Listen I had a HORRIBLE experience with my last vet. That being said I was looking for someone who would explain things to me, without belittling me like the other guy did and boy this place is IT! Not only is it super clean but the staff are SO friendly and kind to my pup. The vet also made sure to explain anything and answer every question I had. The best part? I just left a teaching job which left me on a budget, which I explained to them, and they provided cheaper treatment options for my puppo as well as describing other meds that may cost more but do the same job. It was so nice to have options and to have everything explained 15/10 recommending to anyone!

Dr. Bogdan and staff go above and beyond with customer care. We've made several recommendations to friends to bring their pets here. Easily accessed from the highway and very flexible open hours.

Clean , Immaculate & Professional Place Of Business! They Called Right Back To Reschedule Appointments When It Wasn't Available. Very Considerate & Prompt Fitting You Into A Flexible Schedule. I Love The Way They Care For Our Animals. Receptionist & Staff Are Really Sweet, Considerate, Professional, Friendly! Great Staff, Great Teamwork , Good Location. They Took Great Care Of My Animal Since Taking Him Home From The Euclid Animal Shelter. I Only Feel Comfortable With This Establishment! All Vaccinations, Rabies, & Complete Examination Were Done In A Nice Timely Manner!

I could not recommend them enough!! Dr. Bogdan is absolutely incredible and his staff are so incredibly kind and caring. Even after moving to the West side, we still drive to Euclid because they make it so worth it! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I have taken my cats & dog here for several years now. About 2 years ago I took my cat here to be examined for nasal congestion and respiratory issues. I took her in 3-4 separate times throughout this time for a diagnosis because she was never getting better, just worse. And every time, dr bogdan would tell me to change the litter I am using, or change the food I am feeding her, or tell me it was probably just her overexerting herself. She is 11, I have been using the same litter and food for most of her life and there was never an issue. He never gave me any medicine or suggested an actual remedy or issue. But every time I did as he suggested because I trusted him. Now, she is way worse and I decided to take her to a different vet to hopefully get an actual diagnosis. Turns out she has a nasal tumor from likely an untreated respiratory infection. Now I have spent a ton of money on this and still have to put her down thanks to this dr ignoring my concerns and failing to help me prevent something that could have easily been prevented. They also took forever to send over her records. Had to call them 3 separate times to get them to actually do it. I do not feel like this dr took my concerns seriously, and now my cat is suffering and dying because of it. I would never return here or recommend anyone doing so.

Doc and his staff are amazing in every way. I highly recommend and have recommend several friends and family members. They are all absolutely amazing by Quality of care their pets receive. This fine establishment is the only place I will ever go for all my pet care needs thank you Doc and thank your staff for your excellent service and commitment to animals and of course Maya just loves you too much ❣️ you can see the love in her face ❣️

I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire staff was professional and caring. When I was having trouble finding care for my dog when she was very sick, they got her in right away. The vet also found the problem right away when 2 different emergency vets misdiagnosed her. I am forever grateful for their care and compassion for my fur baby.

We needed to get our 18 year old cat in quickly to see what was wrong with him. Dr. Bogdan and his team made sure we were in the next day as their first appointment. Dr. Bogdan is an excellent and thorough vet. We have moved all of our four kitties over to him. He and his staff are the best!

Amazing vet clinic. It's been the best one that we've ever had for our pets as we've moved over the years. They're quick with scheduling and the vet is very knowledgeable. Dr. Klinkosz is awesome. It's obvious how knowledgeable he is and how much he cares for the animals. We fostered 5 kittens and they were great when we took the kittens in for their appointments. Dr. Klinkosz was very helpful and knowledgeable when one of the kittens that we ended up keeping had an eye infection. It has been our favorite vet clinic hands down and highly recommend them.

Dr. Bogdan immediately took an interest in the health of my dog and is the first vet I've been to in a long time who genuinely seems to care about his long term well being.

Dr. Bogdan and his staff are always very kind and helpful with my 2 dogs when we come in. Dr. Bogdan is very thorough when he examines them. They make Bumper and Moochie feel comfortable as well as myself. So I would like to thank all of you.

Best vet in the area!!

Great and caring staff. The vet and tech tech were very nice and pleasant to work with. I have been coming here since 2014 and have my 2 pets have received top tier examinations and medical advice. They follow up the next day with a phone call asking how the pets are doing.

Wonderfull staff Wonderfull Doc there to earn their money and not try to take it on your love for your pet for things really not needed like I've noticed by many others. Office is prestine and I'm confident they gave me the fairest deal to get my buddy back to normal. Thanks guys
