Been going to them over 20 years. Absolutely love all of the doctors and staff there. Wonderful with the animals.

We had our kitten spayed at this location. Unfortunately, they broke one of her top canines. When we picked her up they had every opportunity to tell us but they didn’t. I called to speak to someone the day we brought her home. I explained the situation to the person who answered the phone and she said “I’m so sorry about this I’m going to ask some to give you a call back” well that never happened, I had to call them back today and Sabrina said “we’ll call you back I’m going to talk to my staff and ask what happened, they won’t deny it if they did it” … yeah right, they’ll admit it… I will not bring my pets here again.

My fur baby had a sudden serious issue on a Sunday. Our usual vet proved useless so we called here knowing that we had to let our fur baby become the newest doggy angel. The family traveled about an hour. After the paperwork was filled out and the money was paid we waited about another hour+. A nurse told us we wouldn't all (5 of us) be able to be with our beloved during his final moments, which didn't fly with us. One call to the front desk changed that. The doctor had a heart and allowed all of us in to be with our fur baby while the sedation took effect. He talked us through the procedure and told us what to expect. He expressed his sympathy and then allowed us to spend as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Less then a week later we received the ashes in a beautiful box with some keepsakes from our doggy angel. The only negatives were the cost, $250 for the visit and euthanasia and $390 for the cremation. And no bathrooms. All of us had to go. 2 of us were having severe anxiety issues as this was a life changing event. Even a port a potty would have been nice. This was our 1st experience with the loss of a family pet.

Didn't go. Just called and asked if they handle chicken emergency. They said no so I went to choice vets in Fairview

we have been taking our dogs here forever . they really do care allot . we have a special needs fog and the dr took her time to deal with her . this is great

Our cat injured it's leg and we called the next morning and got an appointment for that afternoon. Everyone there was great from the people at the desk to the Vets, which was very nice!! Prices were reasonable for services rendered. Such a breathe of fresh air to have a vet who has decent pricing for our fur babies!! Thank you Erie Animal Hospital!!

My kitten Scruffers got very very sick, they where quick to get him an appointment the next day got him in an take care of quickly. The staff was polite & consitert when I explained what was wrong an I had a funds limit they where able to get what was priority to his care done with in the limit. They call to check on him. Have put up with my thousands of calls with half a million questions. Staff is always polite when answering. Scruffy is starting to act like Scruffy again. I would definitely take all my kitty's here & recommend them to anyone

Took my Mom and her dog there just for a check up and up to date shots and was there for 2 hours! Found that to be a little to long.was not happy , but that's were my Mom wants to go.

I took my dog there today (Sunday morning) after noticing she had urgency to pee and her urine was red in color. I got there around 8:30 and my dog was in to see the Vet by 9:30. They ran tests, gave her a pain med injection and sent her home with meds for a positive UTI. The staff was great. I wasn’t sure how much all of this was going to cost since I had never used the ER before. Really the only up charge appeared to be the emergent visit charge itself. Total bill, meds included, $300. I was expecting more.

Both vet and staff were awesome and professional. Very patient with me and Mr sato. Overall 10/10.

Been taking my dog here for years. When my wife didn’t have a card on her instead of sending a bill they refused to return our dog. Will be transferring immediately.

I definitely recommend Erie Animal Hospital. They helped us tremendously when we had an emergency. They went above and beyond for us and our dog.

Did nothing for my dog. Even though I had the money. Never had any vet be so uncaring!
