I found the two vet assistants/clerks to be rude. The vet had provided an estimate for a dental cleaning on my previous visit. When I arrived for the appointment, the clerks asked to see the documents they emailed me. The only emails I received from the vet were advertisements (which I showed them on my phone). They became more impatient and rude when they presented the agreement which was over $1,200.00…with additional “guilt” option service boxes to check to up the cost even more. My young dog has some pretty nice teeth too. This was my second and last trip for this vet. My fist visit was for a rabies vaccination. My dog was sick, vomiting and lethargic. I only discovered that my dog had additional shots when I paid the bill. This happened even after I specified that I wanted only one vaccine at-a time to avoid discomfort for my pet. I still get tons of emails ads from them. This place has taken money motivation to the extreme…at the cost of our animals welfare and their credibility.

I just think that your vet should be able to treat your dog at any hour crazy after a certain time you have to go to that Emergency Zoo one. Absolutely not right. Cost me $1600 for services that should have only been $300...,Ridiculous! Got my dog a vet in Wooster Ohio 3 hr drive but will gladly make that ride if my dog is able to hold out 3 hrs Ohio vets are 24 ht on call. Anything happens anytime they meet you there no matter the time. A little extra fee but nothing like here. And some vets here don't perform surgeries??? That makes no sense...

Took in found dog to see if it had a chip to locate owner. Ladies were extremely nice and helpful

I cannot fully express my gratitude with Dr. Simon and this facility. She is absolutely meticulous with her quality of care and has an even better bedside manner. Sadly, we recently had to put down our 19 year old cat who was very dear to our hearts. She supported our family during what was a exceptionally emotional time with grace and dignity. She made his passing peaceful and surrounded by love and support. She is professional, caring and just an outstanding vet. One positive thing that came from sad ending of life was that she inspired my 10 year old daughter to want to follow in her footsteps and become a vet as well. You are very lucky to have her as an employee and I will continue to take my other animals to see her in the future because I know they will be in the very best care. Thank you

Our little Lucy girl crossed the rainbow bridge today and the people at the animal hospital are the absolute best They are such kind and loving people I can't thank them enough for helping us get through this and I love them all

This was my first time at Animal Kingdom. They were wonderful. It was highly recommended by a trusted friend and I can see why. Every one there was great. From check in to check out. My many questions were answered. Plus it's obvious that they really care about their 'pstients'.

I rescued a 4 year old cat after this facility declawed all four paws. This was approx a year ago. I’ve spent a year trying to get her back into good spirits and health but she’s miserable and in pain 24/7 even with meds. Ark Kingdoms solution? They told me to call someone else. So apparently they just break them. They don’t fix them.

Everyone was so kind to me and my cat, Cookie. Very understanding of our situation as well.

My two year old Pitt mix was diagnosed with Addisions disease and was in full on crisis. She needed around the clock care for 24 hrs. Dr. Jennifer Simon took over and managed her symptoms and my emotions during that stressful time. She was very aware of the situation and genuinely cared about Rosie and understood that it could be hard financially. Rosie got all the care she needed and is doing good! Staff also mentioned how good Dr. Simon is and assured me Rosie was in good hands. She will be seeing Dr. Simon exclusively and so will her siblings. Thank you Dr. Simon for helping Rosie!

We love our vet and it's obvious they all love animals too. Fair priced and knowledgeable

I've been taking my dogs here since they opened. They are very attentive and listened to all your concerns. They treat the animals with love and care about their comfort in ever situation.

Horrible we made an appointment about a week before and then the day when we were supposed to bring our dog in, they said my dog wasn’t scheduled. Maybe the staff should learn how to make appointments

Was very worried about my bird. Dr Raimy was very good with her. Set my mind at ease. Ended up being a respiratory infection. Put her on antibiotics. Seems alittle better today. More interaction with my male bird.

Had to change Vets and they made it so easy for us to do was worried about it because of my boy Gizmo and needing Meds for his seizers but they was great with him
