We have been long-time clients with multiple pets who had multiple complicated medical issues. We have always had reliable care here that is compassionate to both our dogs and us humans. Over the last few days we had some scary issues with our puppy and were able to get an urgent appointment with Dr Torchia. This was our first opportunity to work with her and it was a great experience. She made this a positive experience for our puppy, matching his energy and playing with him even though he had to have a few procedures and tests done. She created a treatment plan for us that was easy to understand and execute on our end. She was also responsive to follow up concerns we had. I can’t recommend RACC enough. From reception and boarding to the knowledgeable and skilled veterinarians this is an amazing office and we were very happy with our recent experience with Dr Torchia.

I’ve been taking my cats here for the last year, and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and practice. Dr. T is very friendly and knowledgeable, all the vet techs friendly and great with my animals. When needed, I’ve been able to schedule urgent visits without a hassle. I’d recommend the practice to any friends or family looking for a veterinary care home.

10/26/2021 I called to get pricing information, (High price) the lady who answered the phone was rude, impolite and hung up on me, before I couldn't even finish my sentence.

Dr. Chen is by far, the best vet I've ever gone to. She is caring and empathetic with my cats Albus and Aberforth. We aren't just another customer walking through the door. She cares about her patients and their owners. If you are an anxious pet owner I recommend seeing Dr. Chen. She always takes the time to answer any questions you may have and give you alternative recommendations for care if you arent sure of something. We know our boys are in good hands with Dr. Chen. 10 stars!

Sad when a person cannot take their pet in just for a nail trim. I cannot do it because it stresses him out and his blood pressure goes up. I'll be moving to a new clinic.

At Riverside Animal Care, it is clear that they love your pet like their own. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions about my new puppy and offered great advice regarding her transition into a new home and her care. Could not recommend them more!

I absolutely love Dr. McGuffin and the staff. Dr. McGuffin is an incredible clinician, explains things well, and just knows his stuff. The staff are always kind to me, and more importantly, to my pets. They are not the least expensive in Columbus, but they are well worth the little bit of extra money!

We have been coming to Riverside for 20+ years. Their doctors and staff are exceptional. We would not go anywhere else.

These veterinarians take care of our 3 dogs. They are professional and compassionate. We initially switched to them from VCA because we wanted a laparoscopic gastropexy for our standard poodle, and nobody at VCA was using this approach. RDAC continues to provide excellent care- we love them!

Dr. Graham is incredible! She is so patient, kind, and takes her time to listen to all of our concerns. Dr. Graham is a true asset to RACC. We are extremely thankful she continues to provide the care our dogs need as they live out the rest of their senior lives.

Dr. Mcguffin has helped us with our dog.He has been her most helpful vet in getting her through her illness. I can’t thank him enough.

Everyone was wonderful with my two cats and their check up! They were helpful with the process of getting them into the office and back to my car. Everything was done efficiently, quickly and thoroughly. They knew how to calm my very nervous cat! They did a great job overall.

We brought our Bernese Mountain dog here for a spay and gastropexy laparoscopically. Our local vet didn’t have the experience or equipment to do the surgery but Dr. McGuffin did! Coming from about an hour away, they accommodated us with an early appointment for checkup then surgery, and our dog was ready to go home at 2:30! We appreciated the calls to see how Bernie was coming along! The office and staff seemed caring, knowledgeable and professional. We were comfortable leaving our dog with them for surgery. We would highly recommend Riverside Animal Care Center!

They did a laparoscopic spay procedure on my dog. She was back to her normal self in 48 hours! They were very professional and helpful during the entire process, even though they are not our regular vet provider. They are one of the few groups that do laparoscopy. I recommend them highly.

We have been going to RACC for years. Love the staff, especially Dr. Miner, and my dogs always receive outstanding care. We also only board our dogs with RACC and have the same things to say about the boarding staff and facilities.

Dr. Torchia is wonderful, very caring and takes a lot of pride in her work.

Dr.Graham is hands down the best! My doh are my children and she is very thorough. I’ve had four different dogs and always remain going to her. She is top of the line ❤️

My eldest kiddog was rescued by RACC, and I love her and her brother with my whole heart. Thanks, RACC for my good girl! and lookin' after my kiddogs.

Dr miner did a acl repair on my dog. He is completely healed now. They take really great care of my dog. We've been coming for over 10 years.

I brought my dog Stevie to Riverside Animal Care Center for the first time a few months ago to check a new growth on his toe after his regular vet was unable to see him for 2 weeks. The doctors at Riverside were able to perform an exam, aspirate, X-rays and blood work all within an hour and a half. Dr. Graham called me after hours with the unfortunate news that the mass was a melanoma and scheduled a toe amputation within a week. Throughout the course of his treatment, we have talked with every doctor on staff and they have always explained everything simply but thoroughly. The technicians and front desk staff are compassionate and capable. Our experience here has been exceptional and I will bring all of our future dogs here for care.

They are a very professional group and the business is run incredibly efficiently. I never question taking my pup there as they seem to be very caring and friendly.

Dr. David McGuffin has been our many pets' vet since 1987. His care for Daisy at this last appointment with her chronic kidney disease is on par with his excellent expertise. His prescribed medicine has improved her blood work and her well being. Always responsive and caring, always answering all questions and easing my concerns. and thus improving my capabilities.

We recently boarded our cat, Delia, with RACC. A few days before we were supposed to leave on vacation, she had a recurrence of a serious inner ear infection with vertigo so severe she could barely walk. Her condition was stable, but we were still very nervous about leaving her, as she was weak and on two daily medications (both pills). RACC was amazing with her! They made sure she had a safe place where she couldn't fall, they administered her medications with no issues, and they updated us on her care. We could not be happier with our experience, and we already have reservations to board Delia the next time we're traveling. Highly recommended!!
