This is the best vet I have visited in Columbus, OH. They're technically in Dublin, but it was Well worth the drive. The doctor, Dr. Kurtzman, explained everything to me after my 8-year-old dog's dental cleaning/extractions and bloodwork. All the staff members -especially Helen- were super friendly, and they made sure my dog was comfortable. They accommodated our needs and I will definitely take her back here for our next appointment. This place is Way Better than Banfield.

I've been going here for many years. This staff is always so friendly, kind and helpful. The location is close to where I live. Always easy to get an appointment and to be seen pretty quickly in a emergency. Very accomadating.

I've been taking my dog Leo here since he was a puppy. Hi coming to get his nails trimmed their super-friendly at the front. Easy to schedule with and so helpful when I got my new dog. I sent in the shots that he did have and the shots that we will need to schedule.

They always take care of my little dog when we go on vacation to my grandma's house. They also clip her nails, which is something of a feat. The staff is always very nice and flexible with pickup hours.

Fantastic customer service and they are always wonderful with my animals. Until my dog, Mickey, passed away, he looked forward to trips to the vet because of their love and care for him!

Misdiagnosis/Unable to interpret X-Rays. Recently we took our puppy to Noah's Ark and we were displeased with the results. Our dog had been vomiting for 12 hours straight which led us to believe he might have swallowed a sock or rag, (which he has done before but always passed it through). The veterinarian took X-Rays and concluded that there was indeed some object inside of his stomach, not knowing if it had passed into his intestines or not. We were then sent to MedVet for an immediate surgery as Noah's Ark is not board certified to preform surgeries of this nature. The only problem though was there was no sock/rag inside his stomach which the veterinarian at MedVet confirmed for us by looking at the EXACT same X-ray as Noah's Ark. This was only our 2nd visit to this veterinarian and I can say it will be our last. In my first visit, our same puppy had a limp and a Noah's Ark vet offered to take X-rays of his leg for us. Only to then tell me that they would be unable to definitively look at the results and tell me if anything was broken/sprained. They stated I would need to take their X-rays to a specialist for an outside opinion. Overall, if you are taking your pet for a general check up I would say they can do a good job. But if you are concerned something is actually wrong with your pet, I recommend going elsewhere or you will most likely get a referral from Noah's Ark and end up paying twice the bills for 1 diagnosis as we did.

They have saved the lives of 3 of our pets over the years. The doctors and other care providers at Noah's Ark are the kindest, most compassionate people we have ever met. We are blessed to be able to entrust the lives of our pets to their loving, capable hands. I wish health care for humans was even half as good as that we have for our pets.

Took my Westie and Scotty there today for the first time since we are new to the area. Was very impressed with the staff and loved Dr. Couling. She was so friendly and caring with my little ones. They usually shake with fear at every other vet we've been to but they enjoyed the attention they got so much I had to coax them out to the car. Prices were very reasonable for the office visit and bordetella vaccines.

We switched to Noah's Ark Vet from our last vet because they were way too pushy. Every time we left, my wife and I felt like we were not doing enough. Most of this, was because they simply had one way of doing things and were not open to anything else. I am so glad we switched to Noah's Ark Vet. The staff experience was superb. They were all super knowledgeable and friendly. I know they care about every animal that visits. And I trust my family with their expertise. The location is close and the facility is really nice compared to every other vet I have been to. I felt very comfortable, it was very clean. I also really liked how they presented us with options, and didn't try and force us into a single direction. The receipts they print off were also very easy to read and understand what you are being charged for... something I cannot say other vets I have visited provided very clearly. I highly recommend Noah's Ark Vet.

My dog and cat have been a patient at Noah's Ark for about two years now and I highly recommend their services. Whenever I've taken my pets in they have always been polite and very kind to me and have treated my furry friends with great care (including one time when my cat went full "velociraptor at the beginning Jurassic Park" on one of the vets and she treated the situation very calmly while I would have been freaking out, I was very impressed). The biggest thing I recommend them for is how helpful they are on the phone. Though I've taken my pets in for probably less than 5 in-person visits in the past two years it seems like I'm calling them up every other month with a question and they have always been happy to help with any questions ranging from grooming questions, to pest control, to medical advice. It's been invaluable as a pet owner.

We are proud new owners of a french bulldog puppy, and wouldn't trust him with anybody other than the staff at Noah's Ark. We first took our dog to another nearby vet, and didn't feel comfortable with the visit. We're so thankful that we found Noah's Ark as a replacement. Dr. Lovasz took care of our little pup for all of his immunizations and vaccinations. Dr. Couling performed his neutering. The vet techs and front office staff are always so kind and helpful. The office is immaculate in cleanliness, yet warm and comforting. We'll continue to take this pet and any future pets here.

My daughterI took her 7 month old miniature dachshund to Noah's Ark for a routine spay procedure. The incision was done poorly resulting in an infection to her puppy. My wife took her to a follow-up visit and the vet prescribed expensive medications to combat the infection. After the puppy did not get better in the expected time, we took her to another vet for a second opinion. He said it it was one of the worse, amatuerish incisions he had ever seen. We again took the puppy back to Noah's Ark. The attending and supervising vet said the the infection was caused by a rare circumstance in which the puppy damaged the incision somehow. After an unusually long period of time, my puppy recovered, albeit with an abnormal scar for this procedure. Despite my request, Noah's Ark refused to refund any of the nearly $500 they charged for substandard work.
