They had a cat carrier marked at one price but rang up much higher. When I told the clerk, he immediately lowered the price. Much appreciated and kudos to him for a job well done. I could've been lying but he took me at my word. So again, thank you for helping and believing.

Store being stocked while I was there, difficult to get around store

My dog can be a bit hard to deal with at times, however Sarah ALWAYS greets us warmly and does a GREAT job trimming his nails. In and out quickly at affordable price

This is a great PetSmart. All the staff are super sweet and loving to your pet. Haven't tried grooming or boarding yet.

Good groomers and a good place to bring your pets, and buy things for them.

I love this location. I take my dog here occasionally for treats, food, and now that it's winter, jackets. You can tell the staff loves animals and they always give my little girl a treat before we leave. I love bringing my dog to this location and I strongly recommend this location.

Great location and store with good selection of products. Parking lot can get busy and weekends but ample parking available.

They offer more cat toys and food and treats than any other store I have been.

This store is located in a convenient location and always well stocked. They have always had what we needed and their hours are good, except for Sundays when they close early. Employees are friendly and helpful and we always enjoy going to see the kittens and cats for adoption.

Had items in front of the wrong price sticker, and wouldn't honor the price. This was the case a two different locations in Columbus. When it is stocked that way by store employees, the price should be honored. It is not our job as customers to make sure shelf tags are correct.

I am blown away how wonderful all the volunteers and employees were. The place was very friendly and it's just something about it that the dogs that felt easy to choose from. I met Buddy but then I clicked with Marvin. Now five hours later, he's sleeping on my foot after his shopping spree at pet smart.

Clean store with exactly what I was looking for

It was very hot and humid in the building. A lot of the feline items were not stocked. I tried looking for someone to assist me, but I gave up.

Didn't realize there was a PetSmart here. Saved me a bit of driving around. Looks like they company got in a restock of Fancy Feast.

Asisa in the grooming department is really unprofessional, i called to settle a miscommunication about a trim service i wanted on my pet and did not get after paying $73 so i called and she acted very hostile with me stating i didn’t ask for that service when in fact i did and talked to her associate about it she then put me on hold while being super rude towards me and no one ever picked up while i was on hold. She had no reason to be rude towards me if there was miscommunication with her associate what she should of done was nicely say sorry for the misunderstanding and ask her coworker for the facts.

This store is my favorite to go to. The store staff is always friendly and welcoming. Very clean! Any review that says otherwise might not be giving them the benefit of the doubt that COVID-19 is a very stressful time to work through. Every time I go in to get my cat’s food I never have an issue finding it. I am glad it’s my local PetSmart!

They staff is very friendly and helpful. My dog absolutely loves going there. They take great care of him and he is always excited to go. They do very well with a dog who can be difficult when it comes to people. My problem however is the scheduling. There has been many times I have scheduled for services that are not available then I don't know that until I get there. I tried scheduling online for the first time earlier this week. It let me schedule boarding and daycamp for 3 days that were not available. I would not have known that until I got there if I hadn't called to verify since the confirmation emails are hit and miss. The people are great but the company is lacking. After 7 years , I will be looking into alternatives from now on.

Was surprised for a pet store that they only had a very small section of large food storage bins. Otherwise I always enjoy my visit here

The fish department is disgusting. There are several dead fish floating, the whole fish department smells like rotting fish. The people working over there act like they don't care. Don't buy your fish here. All you need to do is walk in and see for yourself.
