All they care about there is money and not the animals,will never go back there again,spent thousands of dollars there to have our American bulldog eyes fixed and after taking the thousands of dollars from us her eyes are still messed up and now they are alike well we really can’t do nothing about it after taking the money from us,they are not professional at all and if you care for your animals you won’t go there!!!

The staff at vet are are really great, very caring, and professional.

We bring our two kittens here and they love everyone! They were handled well and weren't stressed out at all. So glad to have this clinic so close to home. We brought our previous cat here as well. He had historically been a fractious cat and he did so well with them. They were always honest about his temperament in clinic, which was always appreciated. They'd let us know if he was good or feisty. We're so happy to have had this clinic in his life.

I took my dog there for a CCL replcement and the vet looked at her mouth and know that she had a bad tooth I called back less than 2 months later and asked for an antibiotic because her mouth flared up and they will not give me an antibiotic and so I bring her back in to pay another office visit like I can afford that

I have been taking my pets here since Vetcare opened. I do not see the level of care and concern that was there a few short years ago. The level of professionalism and service is lacking as well. When I asked for vet records to be transferred they didn’t care why either. So disappointed in this office. They use to be great.

They were very informative regarding the care of my daughter's dachshund Daisy.

Dr. Keith is the best veterinarian and treats animals she sees as if they were her own. Love this place so much!!!

Vet seems knowledgeable, prices were reasonable. I liked them a lot.

Found out my cat tore part of his paw where the dew claw is...about 415pm on a friday. Meaning if I couldn't get him to a vet before 5pm when most close, he would have to wait the weekend. Vet care got us in at 4:45pm, took care of him, updated his shots and really went the extra mile to take care of the poor guy. Highly recommend.

They really went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Very affordable services and friendly staff.

Poor quality care with a whopping zero compassion for their patients and owners. This has been the same review left on anything with their name on it online. Rather than contacting me, they try to discredit drown out my review by Dr. Kieth having her personal friends leave positive reviews. Do yourself a favor and see any other vet but Vetcare animal wellness clinic.

Our first visit here was an emergency visit and unfortunately we had to say our goodbyes to our senior kitty. Dr. Keith and the rest of the staff were amazing from start to finish. They made sure we were well informed with all of our options and what was best for our girl. The end result wasn't what we had hoped for but they made the euthanasia process gentle for our cat and for us. We have 2 more feline friends at home and since we just moved to Delaware we didn't have a local veterinarian. Now we do. Thank you for treating our kitty like family and for making this hard blow a little softer ????

They were able to get me in last moment for an emergency. I just moved to Delaware a couple months ago and had not found a vet yet due to having a baby in November. Not only did they get me in last minute but they were so thorough in explaining what was going on. I think I have definitely found a vet now and would highly recommend.

Went to here for a long time. Was great. Then we had an Emergency. Wife called in a panic. Our dog had gotten a cut and we couldn’t stop the bleeding for a half hour, couldn’t stop the bleeding. I ended up super glueing it... The dog ended up getting staples a day later, even after all the trauma. They kicked us out of the practice... Told us to find a new vet. I just would not recommend them, because, they aren’t reliable when they are needed the most. Then - they say You are a problem.

I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Keith because of the care and patience she has given my sweet rabbit. Not many people know that when you have a rabbit, they are high maintenance and you need to see a special exotic doctor to get the care they need. She has gone out of her way to care for my sweet Theodore and even though I’m such an overprotective mom, she has reassured me and given me the patience and explained EVERYTHING to me. She even asked how he was doing on her day off!! If that doesn’t tell you that she cares about her patients I don’t know what will. Their reception and techs are always so sweet and accommodating, and quick to help you solve a problem and get connected to a vet. Every other vet I’ve gone to has mentioned euthanasia, but Dr. Keith informed me that it is in no way necessary and hasn’t even brought it up (she made that comment after I told her about the other vets). Not to mention they are completely affordable! I know this was a long review, and while I have so much more to say, I’ll end with saying you should trust them with your babies too!

Vetcare Animal Wellness of Delaware is a great place to take your pets. The office is no nonsense, and I like that, because with multiple pets, the pricing just for vaccines can get expensive, let alone emergencies and sicknesses. The veterinarians and the staff are great, they treat my pets like their own! I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

They were kind to my senior dog, and my scared miniature schnauzer. They left happy after getting shots

New to the area and all the vets around aren't taking new patients so I was pretty much was forced to use them. First of all the vet techs were very nice and did seem to listen well to what I was saying I'd like to be checked out. Leaving me hopeful that my pets would get what I wanted done since during this time since you cannot enter the vet with them. Took around a hour for two animals to be seen. Those facts are what get two stars..now onto the rest The Vet did call me to tell me what they found. Unfortunately they did upsell me a flea medication as they stated they didn't carry the one I prefer to use. They also claimed one needed a shot they never had apparently and then a booster for said shot. Which I found odd since from the moment I adopted her she was given every shot available and I gave them full records of that. Anyway everything seemed fine I picked up my pets and paid the bill. Which is extremely higher than I'd ever paid, like I've taken my pets to some expensive vets before but this check up bill was more than I even paid to spay one at a fancy place.So be warned they are overpriced. Upon returning home I see that they didn't even bother to clean up one of them ( glands expressed) I understand some leakage can occur but she was a complete mess all down her tail and legs some even on her upper back.That was the second bad strike in my opinion. Then there was the flea medicine. They didn't apply it like most vets so I did. It was horrible. Greasy and made them act sick for days. Then I discovered that shot they insisted on one getting is sometimes dangerous for an adult to get as they build natural immunity after age 1 anyway. They didn't warn me at all. Icing on the cake they called me back to tell me they didn't enter any medical history for one of them. And wanted me to send it to them. Tldr: I won't be using this vet again.

Vetcare has provided my pets with excellent care and are always good about fitting them in if there is an important need. I highly recommend them.

Not the best place for working dogs. Just go to OSU or other professional vet if you have a major issue. Spent time/money for them to tell me what I already suspected. Receptionist wasn't nice at all. Tech was pretty much man handling the dog (which was unnecessary). They would not let me handling my own dog when they wanted her to lay down. She will no longer be a patient. This is not the first issue we have had with this office. Revolving door of different vets constantly, have never seen the same one twice. Besides, the cost for their level of care is ridiculous.
