Nice place and they have the cutest little outfits and toys for your pets. Very reasonably priced. We had nails done. My little nipper nipped and nothing was said. We will be going back next month!

You can never call an not get VM and if you leave a message they always act they didn't get it. Past experiences have been extremely long time for a groom and since Barbara left the cuts have been iffy at best. Bad more then good, but there have been a couple good ones. Just beware.

We live in Powell and getting a grooming appointment these days around here is quite the undertaking. I lucked out and after calling 10 places got a call back from Top Tail with a cancellation today. Grateful they were able to work in our new adopted puggle, and the very nice woman who took care of him did a fabulous job. Before and after pics below. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely make the drive to Delaware again in the future to patronize this great business. And their prices are more reasonable than Powell businesses as well.

My dog Farrow has nail trimming anxiety. We tried to give him melatonin chewies for his 3rd visit to calm him down. It did not work, we will give him the chewies an hour before this time! Very friendly, kind, understanding, and accommodating staff. She gave him a treat before the nails. He loved it! When he did a warning nose touch and growl she remained calm. We had to muzzle him and in the end he got some love and treats from her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Top Tail! Thank you for helping us today!

Yvonne and Top Tail did an excellent job with our 15y toy poodle. I felt very comfortable leaving her with them after discussing her grooming needs. The little store has super cute collars and accessories at fair prices. I found more things I liked there to buy than some of the chain boutique stores in the area. We will definitely be back!

I brought my malamute in for a bath & brush out and they did such a good job! Aurora has some bald spots on her back legs but they trimmed her so well you can hardly tell anymore! 10/10 couldn't be happier

Friendly staff. Nice shop. However. Was not very happy with the result of the deshedding treatment for my cat and he was limping after the visit here. I cannot say what happened because I was not there. But when we got home and opened his crate he was limping and his hip was swollen. Had to take him to the vet for pain meds and an anti inflammatory shot.

They did a great job! Did not over trim, paws looked good, and reasonably priced services. Dogs are finally allowed back on the bed. Until they start shedding again. Thank you!

We had a scheduled appointment at 11:30am . When arrived we were told they were short staffed . I asked if they would prefer us taking our dog at that time and them calling later in the day when they were caught up and was told no to leave her and come back in 3 to 4 hours . We returned 4 hours later to our dog in a cage still half wet not cut . And were told they had 3 more dogs till our dog would be cut . I said we would just take her at that point. They then tried to charge me . I said no are you kidding me they wasted my day and time , not to mention now I have to look for a groomer again. Extremely unprofessional and Lack of respect for not only the customer but your pet .

Staff was very kind and attentive. They did an excellent job and they are priced competitively as well. We will be using again.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! We took our Golden Retriever mix in to have its yearly hair cut. She usually has pretty bad matting but is always successfully cut out. They informed my wife that they were going to need to cut it pretty short and we were fine with that. They claimed that they told my wife that they would need to shave the dog and that she gave permission to shave the dog. Not true! Only had permission to cut short. They claimed that the dog has sores from the matting, Not True. Now my dog has a high risk of developing sores and risk of not regrowing her winter coat. The shave job was done horribly. I came in the next day to ask for a refund. They claimed that the asking for a refund was like going to a restaurant, eating all the food, and then asking for a refund. I disagree, I thought it was more like having someone work on your house and doing a really terrible job. You either ask them to fix it and if they can’t, you ask for your money back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There is another place heading out to Alum Creek who does a great job, we just couldn’t get in there. Take your animals to that place instead. In response to their response, my dog did not receive a bath at their establishment, that is a lie. The matting was only in the butt hair and it wasn’t as severe as they are indicating. Also, let me be clear! My wife was not happy, she was in shock!! This is crazy! Hacks!!!

They are amazing. They would remember my pets name and we're able get her in really quickly. They were friendly and after they are done my pet looked amazing. As a result of the stay home order with the virus I was not sure if my pet was going to get groomed. They called the day before and asked if I wanted to bring her in the day before the close down in order to get her taken care of. Most places would not go that far. They always call to give reminders of appointments and are super flexible when you can't make it to appointments. They truly care about the pets they take care of and I am really grateful

We had our dogs nails clipped, the ladies are very nice and they know what they are doing when it comes to doing their jobs. Definitely recommend top tail.

I took my scared puppy to have his nails trimmed. They were so sweet with him. We will definitely go back. And I think I see a yellow rain coat in his future from Top Tail!

Our boy is so handsome after his grooming today. He was there for a few hours - so there was no rush. He was the only client at his scheduled appointment- so he was not put in a crate. We will be returning regularly. The items for sale are great. It’s a clean and friendly place to shop.
