Good selection of tough toys, treats, and other supplies. My dog loves their table of specialty treats, and the ice cream they carry. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great location, is clean with a big selections. However I only buy "GO!" brand dog food that is usually mixed together. I picked up the duck recipe off a mixed stack and it rung up $17 more expensive than the shelf tag but didn't want to make the cashier switch it out. Will keep this in mind next time.

Always great service and the best selection of high quality and specialty foods. The rewards program is great. I also love the bulk treat bins. My only complaint is that the toys are very over priced imo, but you can find toys anywhere. The foods we prefer for our dog are typically only found here and the staff is super knowledgeable and understanding of any issues or questions that have come up. We don't shop anywhere else for food or treats!

I've been a customer at this location for about 7 years. I have also visited 3 or 4 of the other locations a handful of times I truly believe this is the best pet store chain in town and am glad it's growing. The employees are much more knowledgeable than the other pets stores I have visited. The staff is also much friendlier and truly seems to care. For example, I was in the store looking for something special after my dog got sick and wasn't eating. Not only did I receive some very helpful recommendations that my dog loved, I received a get well card signed by most of the staff. There is also a great assortment of dog chews, toys, and foods. In my opinion, the selection is a little higher end than that of nearby pet stores but the prices are still very competitive. Highly recommended!

Customer service is excellent and they have special deals often. Even though the premium dog food is expensive, sometimes I was happy to find clearance treats or toys at a significant savings.

The staff is excellent! They helped me find the right products for my cat! He was going outside the litter box and we couldn't get him to stop. I bought a new box and new litter. They really know what they're doing!
