No treats like other pet stores.

Me and my dog like this place they always treat my fur baby so good and the grooming I absolutely love. Petco is a little on the pricy side when it comes to shots and meds but other than that I do recommend this place.

Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Good place to find OTC medicine for your pets.

Although they do not groom cats nails they were very kind about telling me, as usual. They do an excellent job on my dogs nails.

The staff is usually quite helpful and knowledgeable about most things. I go here often.

My dogs love coming in here. Employees are always nice and they love getting a treat from them. Always have my dogs food in stock. The dog food deal after so many many bags is great.

They carry the brand and type of food for my dog. Everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful. Even to carrying my purchase to my vehicle.

I was disappointed. The store is small, which isn't an issue but it lacks variety. They basically carry the basics.. no assortment of toys for my pets.

We bought a chocolate lab and absolutely love the dog. We found out the hard way though that this dog doesn't produce chocolate at all.

The store is very close to our house which makes it convenient. They always have what I need. Staff is very helpful and always friendly!

J at the front was present and polite as well as friendly. She was interested in what I purchased (a moon light bulb by zoomed). We had just moved from Florida and brought some plants with us to our new home in Ohio. We had settled in for about a month when we see what we think is a spider running across our living room floor, until closer observatio, we revealed it was a freshly hatched baby anole lizard. We were so cautious to try to get any eggs out but we missed one! So we baught everything that we needed to give him the best Chance possible of survival in the Midwest climate. When we told J she was delighted and so excited for our discovery. We bought a few more items for Spider (what we have named him) while we were there, like food and a basking rock. He is happy in his new little habitate and is thriving! We will be shopping at petco often due to the great additude and knowledge of the staff. Thank you!

What a fantastic, knowledgeable crew!! We just moved here from Florida and we had a little Anole Lizard egg hatch from one of my plants. We knew the cold will kill him. So we took him to Petco to learn how to take care of him. They have been AMAZING in helping us to learn what the little guy needed to survive. Thank you guys so much! Tried it for the 2nd time, Chewy was having stocking problems w/ my usual order. I went there, clean store, large and had what I was looking for in the way of dog food. They were cordial and helpful. I would use the store again.

Crystal is an amazing groomer, but she is over-stretched during this pandemic and the lack of workers. Your store has inexperienced people who do not know their jobs and customer service suffers. Crystal is overworked but her love of and care for the pets is unsurpassed. Chappie has the best puppy cut I have ever seen. Crystal is a true professional and deserves more support than she is receiving.

They no longer stock my cat's preferred food, Purina Complete. It appears they're going for the expensive high end trendy pet food market.
