Paws Inn Animal Hospital Dayton, Ohio

I had contacted them early this morning because my cat has had repeat ear infections and I just wasn't getting the treatment I wanted at another vet. My poor buddy was in so much pain but they took excellent care of him and now he's home and eating again in no time at all. I can tell they care and we're very happy to answer all my questions - which I really appreciate, as I had many. Not just the things above but they were also a 4th of the price of my pervious vet. I will be confining to go here.

They have never taken any less than excellent care of my dog. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. While they do recommend certain products that they partner with I never feel forced to buy them. My dog is a nervous one and that has never deterred them from taking amazing care.

Lobby still closed. Didn't find out anything more than I knew going in since they don't have all the necessary equipment. Referred me to specialists. $50 down the toilet.

It was a great first time visit for my kitten. The Vet explained everything in great detail and made sure everything was covered. Everyone that assisted my fella were very nice and helpful. Most important of all the cost was very very reasonable. I'm recommending them to my family and friends. Thankyou everyone for your help and kindness.

We started taking our animals year a few years back when we acquired a very sick baby kitten. Now they have seen most of our animals for various things including putting two of our older animals to sleep. They sent cards of condolence after which was very sweet and were very understanding. Our animals get excellent care here at all times. Their online prescription ordering is also very convenient. We used their boarding facility this summer for our Jack Russell and she came back in wonderful shape and smelling DIVINE! We highly recommend Paws Inn for all your vet needs!

It actually breaks my heart to write what I am about to share. I have been faithfully taking my pets here for 20 years !!! My cockers whole life and they even gave myself and my godsons a beautiful cocker when mine passed. He passed too a few year’s ago. They would let me make payments because I didn’t always have enough money raising my godsons and being a waiter. They started taking care of our beloved cat and German Shepard for the last several years. My cat has a issue with histamine. Today he is sick and scratching. No voice. I called and they told me Monday. Well that’s 5 days from now. I got upset. And said ok let me have medicine. They said it’s been over a year so it’s illegal .the former Manager would have given me the medicine or and Had him a quick once over to release the medicine. Shame on you. If I left to you he would be dead by Monday.

They need a good groomer.

My dog was recently groomed here after being kicked out of several other places for his anxiety about his nails being handled. The last time I took him to our previous groomer they didn't even finish his nails or furminator treatment and I paid over $50. Paws Inn did a fantastic job grooming him, all of his nails were clipped, AND charged less than the other groomers who didn't even finish the job did! Cannot recommend enough.

I understand the issue with Covid but I don't like checking my dog in out in the parking lot when she is on new meds and an added ingredient to her food.

I was very impressed with the staff at Paws Inn. I boarded my puppy there and they took excellent care of him. The facility is clean and very affordable! I will be using them again!

First time we'd been to Paws Inn and we had a pretty serious spinal issue with our dog. They got us right in and gave him great care, giving us all the help they could and some useful recommendations. Considering making this our primary vet.

Can't really give a review, since owner can't accompany their pets in to see the veterinarian.

Paws inn is awesome they treat titan and sugar bear very good at all their visits and are very professional I would recommend paws inn to anyone with the need for a great veterinary hospital

This was our first experience with Paws Inn Animal hospital. First of all, they got us on right away. No one else would do that. Not even the vet we had been using for years! They are all super pleasant and go out of their way to make sure all you needs are met and questions are answered. I definitely recommend them and will go back there for sure. We just switched Vets as far as I'm concerned. They even helped me when my car battery died while I was waiting in the parking lot. (My own fault.) Even the vet came out to assist!

Paws Inn is the BEST! From the receptionist, nurses, doctors, and groomer. They are compassionate, extremely polite and the facility is exceptionally clean. I couldn't think of a better place to care for my little fur baby Deni. ????

Great staff very professional and efficient. No waiting. I was very impressed will definitely return and would highly recommend them.

I wish I can give this place zero stars. I was just hung up on because the front desk person could not find my correct records. I told her I have copies of 85 percent of my records I will bring them over there she said for me to find another Vet. so I will. please do not spend your money with rude people. this happened today 8-27-2020 around 3pm.

I’m a new client, but we had a pleasant first visit with Dr. Mendenhall. I felt like she really listened to all of my concerns and addressed everything promptly. Very efficient and professional. We will definitely be coming back.

The fact that I’ve had three German Shepherds now with them speaks for itself. That’s about 15 years of going to Paws Inn. Prices are reasonable for the care and concern placed on our pets by Paws Inn.

Very pleased with services Dr Mendenhall and staff provided. All were very courteous. Would highly recommend this facility for pet care.

Theses guys did my Boston terrier neuter and was great did great job and picked him up later in day can't beat price or how kind they are with you and your pet awesome job guys

Staff is friendly and my pups love them

They've always been an excellent vet for my dog. They treat him well, and often, making sure he's comfortable and cared for.

They handled the cremation of our baby boy with such love and the beautiful way they preserved his ashes. They also take care of our other 2 kiddos. The staff is so friendly and understanding. Very patient and loving. My babies will be patients always.
