The new signage is a lot more organized, and facilitates a smooth drop off for pets.

We have been going to Alpha Vet for many years. Except the last 18months because we didn't have a pet. Now we have a cat. Dr.Bishop is our favorite. She's informative, sweet, kind and caring with a heap of compassion.

I really appreciate Dr. L. She is top notch in care! Highly recommend!

Dr. Gossett is great. We've taken both of our dogs to Dr. Gossett. She is patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. This is the third veterinarian that we used and I would highly recommend this office. You leave knowing that you received quality care at a reasonable price. Also, the do a great job grooming. It is the only place that I was able to take our golden retriever and not have her come back shedding more than when I dropped her off. The staff is friendly, caring, and attentive.

Dr. Langenderfer has been our vet for 15 years. She is truly remarkable. I have never worked with a veterinarian that I trusted more than I trust her. She has always taken time to explain everything to me. She listens patiently to my concerns and questions while providing options. She supported my decisions and guided me when needed. I recently had to put my dog down. Although Dr. Langenderfer was not in Dr. Bishop and the staff were truly amazing! I am so thankful for them and their support. This was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made. They made that situation the best that it could be. They gave me time, let me tell them when and guided me through every step of the way. Additionally, they made me paw prints which I will treasure forever. I will continue to recommend this vet to everyone I know as they have earned my respect and commitment.

POOR! Called to see if they could provide services for a dying animal. Their response was only if the pet was a client. So it's better to make the pet suffer? You should re-look at your business model and the reason WHY you are in this line of work! It obviously isn't to help out animals in any circumstance.

I took my dear departed dog, Larry, here a few times. Once because he ate a sock and it was literally killing him. I was fairly poor at the time and the vet worked with me on billing. Years later I took Larry for his final appointment there. The staff was caring, compassionate, and kind while I was completely beside myself with grief. Now that I once again have a puppy in my life, I plan to go back.

They charge you much more than you believe. Thats right that if you have a pet you are responsible for that, but as l found every two times we took our cat there, they try to do tests as many as they can and charge you. We even asked if how much general screening can cost, they said 45 $ ok, makes sense, but then when they brought her back they asked 81$! thats a shame, list of a lot of things in paper you cant understand the words however you would find out you are being misused.

After going to an awful clinic, I'm even more thankful that this place exists. The staff know what they're doing, you're not waiting forever, and they actually care about your animals.

I adopted a new friend in December and we have been taking him here for his vet visits. We see Dr. Roth and really like her; she was really helpful in getting us started on the right foot with our new dog and was great with answering all of our "first-time-pet-owner" questions! I utilized their grooming services for the first time yesterday and was very impressed! We worked with Sadie and she did a wonderful job! My little boy looks so handsome:) She was so nice and professional, and the service was very convenient for us.

Office process is painful and exasperating! Total lack of internal office communication. First appointment of the day and still over ninety minutes before being able to leave. Doctors , though, are very good and caring.

Great staff, even when waaaaay over-populated with patients. Thank you sooo much, doctors!

Recently our Pup crossed the Rainbow Bridge at the clinic. As heartbreaking as it was the staff were completely supportive and caring. Dr Roth helped us understand and her hugs were much appreciated and needed.

The Doctor's are nice and the prices are reasonable, but the office itself is painfully disorganized. One staff person was openly rude to myself and another guy because according to other staff members, "she was having a bad day." Then the next day they called me to make sure that they didn't "underbill" me for some heartworm medication (which they did not). I mean I get it, but all in all I'd rather pay more and not take an entire day off of work for a routine vet visit.

When my dog came home from the kennel with a cough and no appetite, Alpha Veterinary Clinic was able to fit her in on a Saturday. Then when she wasn't improving, fit me in again, at closing time, to make sure she was on the path of recovery. I cannot recommend them enough. Even during regular check ups, they make sure my pup is getting the care she needs. Absolutely the best!

Best vets I've been to. They have fit Reba right in when she needs to be seen.

Dr Gossett is excellent with our Dachsund and we appreciate the care she gives! Mary Beth is also amazing and we know when she is there, we know our pets get extra love and attention!

As good as it can be, being safe with Covid and staff and Doctors are 10 out of 10, ????

Had an appointment for 4:30 for a new patient puppy. Showed up on time, checked in. One person was in the waiting room and was called back after a few minutes. Then I sat in an empty waiting room for 30 mins. 2 other owners/dogs showed up and each was called back before me. After waiting for 30 mins and seeing two people come in after me and get taken back before me, I left with my puppy with out being seen. No one tried to explain the wrist or apologize or anything. Terrible service!

Have been bringing my dogs here for years. Vets always spend a lot of time with each dog. Staff is very nice. Can Stop in and get their nails trimmed which is nice.
