I do not know what has transpired in this practice in the last year but I will never return! Dr Molnar did a surgery on my dog that resulted in such awful recovery that he had to have a repeat surgery. Dr Burger implied that I am a liar and did not properly care for my pet. She might be the most condescending person I’ve ever talked to-she does not listen! Dr Calhoun did the repeat surgery and the results were better but still not great! All Dr Molnar wants to say is she is “so busy” and “doesn’t have time” -not a great way to keep trust! Dr Wolf was the best! This place is awful since he left and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!! And if zero stars were available, trust me that’s what I would have gave.

I have taken my dogs here for the past 11 yrs and will not be returning due to a negative experience a few days ago. Adopted a dog that was vetted by a VCA Office in Columbus. The dog needed treated for a positive lab test and Beavercreek VCA told me that I would have to pay to have the test repeated again.Would not honor a lab test from another VCA Office! Since the change to being Corporate owned, they seem to be much more about the money before anything else.

Awful!! Worst experience I have ever had and I will NEVER go back. Corporate has definitely made its impact here....uncaring and impersonal. My pets deserve much better!

The absolute worst experience! Dr. Molnar is rude, unprofessional, and incredibly insensitive. If you love your pet, I strongly urge you to find a caring veterinarian. Clearly she has been desensitized over the years and this clinic is all about money and zero compassion for our furry loved ones. On 06/18 we had to make the painful decision to put our 16 year old cat down. When I called the day before to schedule, it was explained that they were only allowing 2 family members in at a time due to Covid. We are a family of 3 and when I asked if there was any way we could all be present, she explained she could not guarantee but we could interchange as needed. My daughter and husband went in at first and then after about 10 minutes I went in while my 12 year old sat sobbing alone in the car. They immediately came in for payment....it was a business transaction that lacked any care or empathy. When I asked again to please allow us to bring my daughter in, Dr. Molnar refused my request stating "They are doing the best they can with Covid!" Mind you the Governor has lifted all orders, so this was in fact her personal policy. We are also all vaccinated and we were all wearing mask. Dr. Molnar also used this moment as an opportunity to reprimand my husband when she entered the room and she saw that he had pulled his mask down to console our pet in her final moments. There was a dog crying and yelping the entire time in the room next door which obviously had our cat very tense. Considering the nature of our appointment, I would have thought they would have taken this into consideration. I said I would go out to allow my daughter to come back in and Dr. Molnar immediately said that was now not allowed. If I leave, I must stay out and my daughter was not allowed to return. Clearly, they do not have a protocol that all staff is aware of and following consistently. I am very clear on Covid protocols as I work in a very high risk area and almost all of our restrictions have been lifted. They made our final moments so much more difficult and I will forever regret not leaving and seeking care elsewhere. As a pet lover I have experienced having the loss of a pet before, it's never easy! My previous veterinarian's were wonderful and made those moments easier by showing empathy and compassion. I recall getting follow up calls and just a feeling of genuine care for not only us but more importantly, our pets.

Highly recommend! Drs Berger, Molnar, Smith & staff have been knowledgeable & compassionate with my 2 aging cats. Swift & accurate diagnoses of pancreatitus, diabetes, IBS & allergies have kept my pets alive & well. They know how to communicate & follow up. The cost is consistent with other vets. This VCA-affiliated vet hospital is staffed with dedicated health care professionals & I'm glad to have found them.

I had to take my pit/lab mix there on 5-6-2020 because he was in severe pain and I wasn’t sure what was wrong. This was the only place that MADE an opening for him, it was late afternoon. Now mind you we was new patients but when I called the vet tech that answered said let me ask the dr. If we can squeeze him in and they did. I was beyond thankful for that and once we got there the ENTIRE staff including Dr. Calhoun was so great with my baby. Impressed me enough that moving forward that will be the ONLY place I go! And I have told everyone with furbabies how exceptional the staff was. Thank you all!

I would highly recommend going elsewhere. I had a very difficult time getting simple things done here. I have had a much better experience at Bigger Road Veterinary Clinic.

We have been taking our dog here for 7+ years. When Dr. Wolf still ran the practice, it was excellent - always professional, responsive, and not trying to pill push or recommend the most expensive option. The doctors there now just seemed concerned with making a "sale" of some sort - pills, surgery, etc. The joining of a national chain of animal hospitals was their demise. They are more focused now on money than animal care. We have taken our dog in multiple times for the same issue. The doctor ignores the issue and instead tries to make us feel bad that our dog has arthritis and has mentioned surgery to help with it. You don't do surgery for arthritis! She also keeps trying to prescribe a pill that our dog cannot take after a bad reaction trying it previously. EVERY visit she still tries to give it to us. I also do not like how they handle the no contact visits. You do not get to speak with the vet before they see your pet. You talk to a tech who then relays concerns to the vet. It is a game of telephone gone bad. Our last visit the information relayed to the vet was completely wrong. When we did speak to the vet after the exam and corrected her on what the issue was, we were told that didn't exist and continued to make us feel bad about the arthritis. Only positive is the front desk staff. I will NEVER take another pet to this place.

When I couldn’t get my rescue pup anymore appointments on base I searched around Beavercreek. This was the only place accepting new patients, apparently other places don’t think other animals need to be taken care of. They are friendly, very responsive and always take care of my pup. The vet is always very explicit and knowledgeable of what she has to say and any concerns even after he has worn her down in the first ten minutes of his appointment ????. I will never go back on base while I live here, this Vet Clinic is top notch from the two appointments he has had.

Very bad experience. I pulled in parking lot to call in ask the front desk a question.I was the first one there on a Saturday morning there was only one other car in the parking lot the young lady that answered the phone refused to answer any of my questions without a credit card number. When I told her she was a piss-poor employee she hung up on me.I waited five minutes tried to call back and no one would answer the phone.I have found a new vet to go to if anybody wants a referral for beavercreek animal hospital I would tell them stay away.

Dr Calhoun and Dr Cheryl spent much time with us discussing needs, answering questions and offering recommendations regarding Kumori our dog and Semion❤️ Very pleased. Auxiliary staff was helpful and friendly too!

They're great. This is our third generation of pets they have treated. Highly recommended.

Everytime you go in, even just for shots you are charged $50 for a health exam, even if you were there 3 or 4 weeks before and you are having your dog return for the next shot in the series. You pay for the shots and then $50 on top for the visit. You are not told if these charges ahead of time.

We've been taking all of our pets here for nearly a decade. Quality of service has severely dropped lately. The vet that used to give us the best service doesn't seem to be here anymore. One of our dogs needed a surgery fairly urgently. In the past they would have found a way to squeeze her in to the schedule. They sent us to an emergency clinic where the surgery would have cost well over $6k... In these uncertain times, that was simply not an option for us. We were able to find another vet that was compassionate enough to take her in (even though we'd never been there before) and literally saved us thousands while still providing outstanding care.

I've gone here with all my pets (1 dog, 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs) over the last 6 1/2 years. The doctors and staff are professional, yet caring and gentle. My sweet, beloved dog Drake had to sadly be put down last week, and for the last month and a half of his life the doctors were kind enough to squeeze him in same-day weekly (sometimes multiple times a week) to make sure he got the treatment and comfort he needed. They also have squeezed him into their schedule in times past when he was ill. The doctors and staff truly do care about our furbabies, and I'm so grateful to have them nearby to provide such excellent care!

Went here over 10 years but one of our dogs died due to a tumor they missed at an appointment right before and more recently they tried to force us to an emergency vet for what could have been a routine surgery because they refused to squeeze us in. Emergency wanted $6-9k. Got a new vet instead.

Have always had good service. Trust them with my animals, which is the same as trusting with my kids. They are not cheap, you could find cheaper vet care, but again, for me it's about trust.

Three months ago I rated them 5 stars. In a series of events in one week, I will no longer take my babies to this vet. The staff made me feel totally unimportant. I told them I would take my business elsewhere and they said okay to that. So I did. All over poor communication from them to me about renewing my dog's meds. They need to treat people better. I ask to speak with the Vet and they told me she was not available today.
