This is the best dog grooming business in the greater Dayton area, they do well taking care of large breeds with long hair. Louise is a 100 pound Bernese mountain dog/golden retriever mix and she loves visiting the spa.

My pupper's had a great time here- and came out looking great! The staff was informative and personable, and reassuring that they would go at the puppy's pace. Ashley was super attentive and asked plenty of questions to ensure she understood what we wanted which is such a refresher to the previous grooming place we went to. Most communications were primarily through text and regardless through text or call, responded to in a quick and prompt manner. Found our go-to Groomer's ❣️

My 3 year old dog Goldendoodle has been going to Doggie styles day spa since she was 8 weeks old. She absolutely loves when we pull in the parking lot, she knows where she is and she gets very excited. They all treat her just like she is one of their pups everytime she's there. They are so good to my Maggie Mae ❤ and they do an amazing job in her grooming . I would highly recommend for any pup to come see them. They will be treated great, they will look great, and u never have to worry while they are there getting beautiful ????

Rude owners. My dog has gone to them since she was a puppy. No problem until recently. I was told my dog is now too aggressive and was pushed out. I think ownership has changed and that's when this issue poped up. This owner handled the interaction with me very poorly. I don't recommend them at all. Customer service is a big fat zero.

I love their scheduling system...it’s so easy. It’s mostly completed through text. Very convenient. Reva is so sweet, kind, and knowledgeable. Our Bella is very nervous and anxious, but the staff is super patient with her. She gets more calm with every visit.

They are one of the best Doggie Day Salons out there in Ohio. They are efficient and compassionate very friendly and loves loves each and every fur baby as if it was there own at the shop. The time and effort that is put into each animal is breath taking and I would recommend them every time. You can walk in there and feel comfortable with the way everyone says hello, or good morning. I look forward to seeing their new shop open up and the way that the Owner is going to design the place. Congratulations ???? I am so lucky to have found this place a couple years ago! Charlene is amazing with my older, shy, little boy and does exactly what I ask and more.

Great place for puppies, dogs and old grumpy old hound dogs as well. Very kind and caring staff. We have a very dangerous animal and when we take him there the staff turns him into a spoiled little puppy.

I love this place!! I've been bringing my dog Dexter here for the longest time and I love how helpful the staff is. I had told them before arriving that I just had a major surgery and I may need help getting him inside. I was so pleased to see a worker come out to greet me when I arrived and she had a loop leash to safely get him inside, he can get a little anxious so I appreciated it so much. I work with dogs myself at a kennel/groom/dog training facility and we use the exact same ones! I was impressed since the first day I brought my pup here. Wouldn't want anybody else to groom my furbaby!

We’ve been taking Charlie since he was a puppy. He absolutely loves every person there and we know we can trust them. Charlie comes out smelling so clean and fresh. We will not take him anywhere else!

I have been having my dogs groomed here for a couple of years. Excellent service, friendly staff, and my two pups always leave smelling and looking great, with smiles on their faces. Highly recommend!

They are the best! They are so loving and kind to my dog and that makes him calm and feeling safe when he goes in for grooming....And of course he looks great when he's done!

So so so happy with the pup cut we got here! We took our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for a trim, and are so happy with the outcome.

We’ve brought our young Golden Retriever here at least 4 times. The first 3 visits were fine. However, the most recent visit just prior to our vacation they didn’t rinse our dog off completely. We came back from vacation to find scabs from his excessive itching. The boarders informed us they could smell a type of soap when rinsing him off a bit that WASN’T oatmeal like we requested due to our dogs skin sensitivity. Adding to that, it took an extra hour to finish him. Clearly they rushed the job and our dog had to suffer. Glad I tipped someone to do a hack job. The bath should be the easy part! We won’t be giving this place our money anymore. We were told it would be another $50 bucks to wash him off when we called to ask them to simply rinse him really well - not even soap him. We are pushing $400 dollars going to this place and they can’t even work with us when they did a poor job. We aren’t looking for anything free; even a discount would have been a nice gesture and the LEAST they could do. I understand it’s been a week but the itching our dog has dealt with is unequivocally their fault.

Great customer service. Tremendous with our dogs. Never have an issue one bit. I know my dogs will be well taken care of and come home clean and happy.

My dogs have wild separation anxiety and cannot be separated from each other. The last groomer separated them and it ended up with one of my dogs breaking a metal crate and injuring his face. Needless to say I did not go back there. I was a little hesitant to take them to a new groomer, but they did such an incredible job with my wild Goldendoodles. Absolutely no injuries and the technicians obviously care a lot about the dogs’s emotions and were really fantastic! Thanks for taking care of my dogs!! Their anxiety has only increased during these weird times and you guys ensured that they were able to get groomed with as little stress as possible! Thank you so much ????
