I really can’t say enough amazing things about this clinic. The entire staff is welcoming, caring, and efficient. The doctors answer all question, address all concerns, and explain all options wonderfully. We’ve been going here for a couple of years now and we’ve never had a bad experience. We can breathe easier knowing our cats are in safe hands. Highly recommend coming here! Thank you for all that you do!

They are very kind and compassionate with the animals and us pet parents. The vet gives a very detailed and thorough examination and is kind and answers all questions honestly.

Amazing clinic! They always do a great job of explaining things in a way that's easy to understand, and you can tell they really care about the animals.

We had an appointment at 8am along with about 5 or 6 other people. They are still doing curbside, not allowed to go in with your pet. We had no idea they were bringing in numerous animals at one time and you had to leave them until they could be seen. We took our dog and went home and made an appointment with another vet where you can actually go in with your animal for a normal visit.

They still have the covid restrictions in place.

I really like this place. They helped me out so much especially during covid when my old vet dropped me as a patient (because I hadn't been in to their office for over a year) and my animals needed medical care cuyahoga falls vet came to the rescue and got me an appointment. I also really like the curbside pickup and think they should continue to do that because it takes some of the stress away. My cat just recently had a dental procedure done here too and they fixed him right up and he's feeling so much better. I will always recommend coming here!! Thank you!!

We had a great first experience. Everyone was very friendly. I felt very confident that my kittens were, and will be, given the best care.

We first met Dr gates when our 3 yr old dog, Belle lost the ability to walk overnight. At our appointment we found out that she had torn her CCL in both back legs while running in our yard. This surgery is expensive but we had to save our dog. She is family and my son's best friend. Dr Gates has a lot of experience with this type of surgery but we were still worried it may not work....but, it did! 2 surgeries and months later, Belle can run faster than ever. I can't thank Dr Gates and his staff enough. Love this place!

Dr. Ryan Gates is a Money Hungry Vet that will lie to you about necessary blood work, test, etc. to get more money. It wasn't always this way but has transitioned to this style over the past 18 months. I am not sure what is driving this behavior; but, I caution you, do not take your pet to this vet. He is refusing to fill up my cats prescription unless I bring the cat in for blood work every 6 months - - 12 months is normal and I can handle that but 6 months is just unnecessary. I spent thousands of dollars on my cat to see a cardiologist vet b/c Dr. Ryan Gates does NOT have the expertise and this is the prescription they recommended. Dr. Ryan Gates does not have the expertise to change the prescription so why is he requiring blood work. Furthermore, my cat has heart issues and taking him to the vet is stressful on him; why would I put that type of stress on him every 6 months- it's just not necessary. Lastly, his wife who is also a vet there recommended - due to my cats heart issue that I NOT get my cats bad tooth pulled because he may not be able to make it through the anesthesia. She must have seen my cat that day because Dr. Ryan Gates was out. At my cats next appointment, Dr. Ryan Gates persisted that I put the cat under and get the tooth pulled. Again, further solidifying my position that this man is just money hungry. He doesn't care about the potential stress or impact that these procedures & tests have on our loved pets, he just cares about the cash flow. Its absolutely heart-breaking. Save your money - save your body the stress - find a vet that actually cares. SO, here I sit with only 7 days left on his prescription. When i called to get it filled up, that is when they told me they would not fill it up unless I brought him in for a 6 month blood work renewal. My hopes are they they will give me at least 10 days of pills to hold him over until I can get a new vet set up. TALK ABOUT UNNECESSARY STRESS!

I love this Vet!! So thoughtful and through. I can't see myself going anywhere else for my dogs or cat.

I called almost a week ago for my puppy to I have it’s first set of shots. They told me I had to pay a $69 exam fee before seeing my puppy. I called and found another place. Here is the kicker they won’t answer the phone to return my $69 fee. Now I have to dispute it because they won’t answer or the line is busy.

This place was pretty good. They didn’t try to sell you unnecessary treatments or products. Everyone there was great except for Dr. Motsco, who was unhelpful and unfriendly. I would recommend if you can get the other docs.

Dr. Gates is a great vet. She really cares about animal care. She explained everything thoroughly.

The vet really cares about your concerns & your pet. Very clean exam rooms, wait time is usually less than 10 minutes. We're love our vet!

This was our first time here. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The staff were nothing but friendly, provided timely service, and was very transparent with the visit and cost. The doctor was cheerful and showed care for pie dog. Even though the process was different given Covid restrictions, I felt comfortable as did my pet. I am glad we switched vets and we will definitely be coming here for future visits.

I just recently moved into the area and got a new puppy so times were kinda stressful, but choosing the Cuyahoga Falls Veterinary Clinic made it very easy to transition to the new situation. I had a wonderful Vet Assistant named Zack. He made it even easier. He was very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a place to give your pets great medical care!

Great Vets..they really spend time and care for your animals

This place has the best vet ever. Dr. Gates has been taking care of my dog since he was a puppy and he is 14 now. Dr. Gates is very knowledgeable and will do everything in his power to help your dog. He sits and talks with you so you feel important and answers any questions with knowledge and calmness.

Unfortunately, my cat wouldn't stop using my new carpet as a scratching post. As a last resort I had the laser claw removal. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The procedure was affordable. 2 days after the procedure my cat was back to his usual playful self. The recovery time was surprisingly fast! Highly recommend if you are at a last resort stage like I was.

As always, friendly service. They're mid to high range on price, but worth it to me.
