Stow Falls pet clinic has always given me a pleasant experience. The person who answers the phone is so very helpful and sweet. I have 2 Australian Shepherds and can use all the help I can get! The Duo are not there often, but when they are the staff are attentive to their needs. Have a Blessed day to all the staff.

We visited the Stow Falls Pet Clinic for the first time this past week. The entire staff there was really courteous and friendly. Dr. Victoria Kwasa examined our dog Delaney and she was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely caring, patient, thorough, and very open and friendly. I have been to many vet's over the years with the many dogs that we've had in the past, and I don't think that I've ever felt such a high level of confidence and comfort in a Vet/Doctor as I did with Dr. Kwasa. We are so grateful that we found her. We currently have two dogs and we will not go anywhere else for their care in the future!

The first visit was awesome and everyone still is very friendly. But one day my dog was dry heaving for awhile so I called them to see if it was something serious... thank God it went away because I was on hold for a half hour before I hung up. The people are still great but I have no clue what caused such a wait

I took my bird for his first visit recently and the staff there was nothing but wonderful. The doctor and tech answered all of my questions and were incredibly gentle with my baby bird, Pepito, I am very happy I chose this clinic to visit. Also, the front desk staff were fast, efficient, and so sweet. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs a vet in the area.

Great Vets and very caring

I called because of my old hamster and I wanted to know how much money it would take to get them checked out, the lady was very nice and understanding and she told him everything that I needed to know and I surely will be going here!!
