Been going to Cranberry holistic pet care for 5 years now. Dr Maro saved my collie with IBD and my terrier with liver disease and disc disease. Our new adopted terrier is starting as a patient in a few weeks. I wouldn’t trust my dogs care to any other veterinarian clinic. Dr Maro’s expertise in holistic alternative care is the reason I was looking for a new veterinarian years ago. I was done with the practices that push over vaccinations and do nothing to prevent diseases. I needed a clinic that would help my girl with liver disease. And weekly SanaWave kept her liver and disc problems under control. We are fortunate both her offices are close. Many clients I meet there travel hours to see her. Dr Maro will figure out what is causing a dogs problem at the root cause. And her staff all are so helpful and friendly. They know my dogs by name and always fit me in if I have a sick dog that needs help immediately. Highly recommend.

I always like the alternative approach to health for my pets. I know that my dog is being treated the best possible way to keep her healthy. My previous dog lived years longer than what the typical time was for his diagnosis. I always recommend the clinic to other pet lovers!!

Never take your fur baby to this place. We took are baby there two times from Ohio so it was a 2 hour drive. A few days after taking our baby there he got sick and wasn’t acting right so they told us to bring him back in so we drove the two hours with him breathing heavily to get him help when we got there we were in the waiting room for around 30 minutes then they took us back and ran some test the said he had a upper respiratory infection and gave him a bunch of different medicines that costed us around 1500 dollars just for us to take him home the next day and him suffer and pass away the next afternoon. !! I will never take any more of my pets here all they care about is the money and nothing more!!!

Thank you, Dr. Jones and the staff at Holistic Pet Care. You were able to provide us with comfort and empathy, while we had to say goodbye to our sweet dog. She was 14 years old and lived an amazing life. It gives me comfort knowing that she was provided with such great care the last hour of her life. I highly recommend this office and I will be coming here regularly with my other dog!

We can't say enough good about Dr. Maro and team! They are absolutely the best and I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else. Dr. Maro always takes time to review test results, general concerns and the boys overall health. Again, we wouldn't go anywhere else, she's helped us so much and given our dogs a better, longer life.

We had been to a different vet with our previous dog. I would describe them as good for well-baby visits, but nothing else. Of course, i didn't realize this at the time. We were given no answers and no help with a very sick dog. We knew we didn't have many options left and decided to go to Dr. Maro, it was a totally different experience. They did testing, and took great care of our dog. Unfortunately, we spent too much time letting the other vet tell us there was nothing further that could be done and we got our answer after he had passed. With a new puppy, we knew we wanted to start with Cranberry Holistic Pet Care. We have also adopted a young dog and both come here. We are always provided an estimate for charges and give our approval to proceed. I have a 5yr old great Dane with multiple problems including Wobblers disease which causes severe mobility problems, traditional medicine could no longer do anything for her. She was on high dose steroids and was still barely able to move and walk. I was looking at having to put her down by January. The holistic approach was something new to me but I was willing to try anything to see if it could help her. I was hoping for 25% improvement. I honestly felt lt I would be putting my 2 year old Sheppard down by fall. Watching her become a crippled was heartbreaking. Then I met Dr Cindy Maro. I am amazed and impressed. Kimba is happy and running the woods and jumping logs. Praise the Lord for the gifts he gives people to tend to his creatures. Look no further this is the place you and even more, your pet wants. Fairly new the the area and I struck gold finding Cranberry Holistic Pet Care. Tesla and I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Maro, I brought Tesla for numerous health concerns and I definitely probably had more anxiety than my dog. So even tho I was there for my dogs health, Dr. Maro was such an amazing doctor she cured my anxiety, by answering any questions or concerns, basically before I even asked them. I truly don’t leave my dog with anyone even my mother and especially a vet. She’s a loose leash girl, I really put a lot work in on my dog and her comfort is very important to me. I had no problem leaving her for less than a hour for them to run tests and some treatments. If you are looking for a VERY WELL KNOWLEDGEABLE, healthy and caring veterinarian, then look no further. Tesla and I have traveled across the country together and have met many doctors and I had never found a doctor good enough for her, until now. Nice, clean establishment and a very friendly staff and atmosphere. I met some very nice clients in there too. It’s just a truly beautiful place. When I came back for Tesla, I would of thought I walked into my home. She missed me, but she was fine and even just more relaxed. Hands down, all around best place ever for pets real health.

In April of 2019 my beloved dog Bug was diagnosed with kidney failure at a large corporate vet located in a national pet store. They did not want to do any additional testing and basically said that there was nothing that I could do and to bring her back in 3 months for more bloodwork. I wasn’t having it. I scoured the internet for something or someone that could help with her failing kidneys. I found Dr. Maro and the wonderful staff of Elwood city/ Cranberry Holistic Vet. I will not hesitate to tell you that Dr. Maro saved Bug’s life. Her kidneys were failing but it was because she had a stump pyometra and the infection had travelled to her kidneys. After a few weeks of a combination of anti biotics and traditional Chinese medicine, Bugs blood test showed that she was back to almost normal. Her kidneys are weak but we are able to mange and get good blood work back because of the Chinese herbal medicine prescribed my Dr. Maro and her support staff. Let me say that there is no other veterinarian I know who even comes close to the level of care you receive when you step into Dr. Maro’s office. I’d like to give shout out to Dr. Carter and Dr. Sullivan, the two other doctors that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting at the practice. No matter which doctors you see, you are guaranteed the same level of care and compassion you get every time at Cranberry Holistic Vet.

I finally found a veterinarian that agrees with my healthy raw diet choices and does proper titer testing instead of just loading my pets up with shots. They are proactive instead of reactive when it comes to your pets health needs. I drive an hour and a half to go here because I know it’s worth it!

From the veterinarian to the techs- every single person who works for Cranberry Holistic holds a special place in my heart. I trust no one more with my pup.
