My fiance and I have a Cane Corso & Aussie and have been disappointed with a few places in the city so finding this place felt like a blessing. Very professional yet warm and welcoming, my dogs (who are both prone to anxiety) always come home happy and well taken care of from Friendly Paws in McKeesport. Thank you for loving our pups ♥️

The employees are the reason Friendly Paws is a great business. My dog was returned to me after his boarding experience clean (he didn't get a bath but he didn't smell overtly like "dog kennel") and in good spirits. I found him lounging behind the staff desk and he enjoyed the staff's attention. They also adapted to his special needs (they emphasize outside play at this facility but he was much happier inside and they seemed to facilitate that). I have boarded my dog at a variety of facilities and I have learned how to spot a good facility based on how my dog is returned to me and I strongly believe Friendly Paws is a good facility. I will be a repeat customer.

Leia always gets well taken care of when she's there. I highly recommend them. I'm very anxious about leaving her but feel at peace knowing she's in good hands when we travel.

Our puppy stayed for a trial run since we planned to board him for an upcoming trip. We rescued him two months ago from what we believe was an abusive home that was practically (if not certainly) a puppy mill. Since we brought him home, he’s been nervous and standoff ish towards anyone but his mom and dad. He’s grown a lot and this was a great opportunity for him to socialize with other pooches and people. Everyone at the resort was so kind, patient, and answered all sorts of questions. As nervous first time pet parents- we checked in and they were fast to respond and assure us he was doing just fine! Well absolutely be returning to friendly paws for upcoming stays. Can not recommend this place enough!!

There is nothing more satisfying than picking up your cattle dog from daycare and he is worn out. I am beyond thankful for this place and their genuine dog loving employees!

Friendly Paws Littles is amazing! We boarded our cats for the weekend and the staff took such great care of them. You can tell that they truly care about the animals like they were their own. I highly recommend friendly paws littles!

We have been going to Friendly Paws for 7+ years now, and we absolutely love the staff and the care we receive. As soon as we adopted our dog, Gunner, we realized it is important to us that he socialize with other dogs, other people and that he lives a life that includes fun and play outside of the home also. That’s exactly what we get at Friendly Paws. Gunner is always very excited to go to daycare, and we love taking him there to burn off energy, play with other dogs and people who love dogs! The prices have always fit into our budget, which is also appreciated with our growing family. Thank you Friendly Paws for all you’ve done for us over the years!

Our pug is 12 years old and lost her hearing and her eye sight is compromised. I haven’t had her to the kennel in a few years as the prior two times she did not handle it well. We had to travel for a wedding and thought we would try Littles. It was a great success! The staff is very responsive and shared pictures with me throughout our trip. The day it snowed they put her in a sweater to keep her warm-nice touch! After picking her up and once we were home, she seemed very happy and even younger! We would definitely use Littles again for her.

We had been taking our dog to Friendly Paws for nearly two years. We were regular, loyal customers- despite an offer to visit a newer, cleaner facility opening nearby. We purchased "punch cards" for 95% of our dog's visit. These allot for 10 visits per card. Our dog was a regular, visiting 1-3 times per week. We have credit cards on file to be billed if our dog ran out of punches--which we always verbalized our consent for these days. Just yesterday, I received an email that they were going through their books and noticed 6 visits they had missed-from as far back as July! I immediately called, as we have never had an issue prior to this. I was told by the employee that if I "could prove where my dog was on those days" they would look into it. I am a dedicated dog mom, but was surprised by this statement. I can't remember where I was on specific days in July, let alone if my dog went to daycare. The purpose of the punch card is for Friendly Paws to properly track attendance and bill the account. At the very minimum, this error should have been caught months ago! Oddly enough, I have emails from them showing the number of visits remaining on the punch cards. They recently alerted us to an upcoming price increase--the second in less than 2 years. Which we would have accepted because we believed in the staff's commitment to our dog. After nearly 2 years of patronizing this facility, I'm truly disappointed by this error and the absolutely unprofessional manner it was handled. I had recently purchased another punch card and had 7 visits remaining. I was told in the email they were going to use his card to clean up the "unpaid" visits. And we would be left with one session. I've never had a business do anything like this and offer no apology or explanation for their error. We also were not contacted by the owner. Not by phone or even an email. She left the cleanup and subsequent fall out to be shouldered by her employee. We had already been feeling a little trepidatious about continuing our relationship with Friendly Paws due to the stand-offish demeanor of the owner. We recently saw the owner at a local pizza restaurant. She and her family came into the restaurant and were seated directly next to us--less than 5 feet away. We attempted to just give a friendly hello. But she acted as though she didn't see us (though she made eye contact) and literally turned her back to us. Keep in mind we have been patronizing her business 1-3 per week for the last 2 years. We could have let that rudeness pass. Everyone has off days...but the owner seems she's unconcerned with maintaining niceties beyond her financial gain. Over the years, we had noticed a lot of turnover with her staff--which can often be attributed to the management/ownership. But there are two young ladies who have remained steady. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of her staff. The two girls who work there are the absolute best. They truly love the dogs. And I'm saddened my dog will not be near them any longer. Every time I mentioned their names, my dog would perk up and get excited to see them. The employees do the best with what they are given. And they try to manage despite the owner's lack of leadership. If you decide to take your dog here, I'd ask for a paper receipt for each visit to avoid the nonsense we experienced. And again, we have received no explanation nor apology from the owner for this error.

My dog loves her days here and she gets all wore out, gets her little bath there, it is nice and they drive her home!

My dog loves it here! Going to daycare even once a week helps him get his playtime and energy out, and helps me with the guilt of being at work all day. We also boarded him for almost a week. It being our first time leaving him, I was super anxious! Everyone was so kind, and took great care of my dog. I was able to call for updates throughout the week, and one of the girls even sent me pictures! I knew my dog was getting lots of love and care, and I didn’t have to worry about him. One thing I’d love to have in the future is webcams to watch, but I’m a crazy dog mom and it’s not necessary lol. Highly recommend friendly paws for daycare and boarding!

Always takes great care of Feyn. Everyone there seems to care so much for the dogs and it's honestly such a great place to board when going on vacations.

I love this place. I love that it’s small dogs only and you don’t have to worry about your 10lb dog getting thrown in with 200lb dogs. Place is clean and always super busy. Love that they also have an outside area, which some day cares do not always offer. The prices are also the best around and VERY reasonable. Katelynn is the greatest asset to this company. She is super nice, definitely a people person as well as a dog lover and I trust her with all my heart. I would highly recommend this place.

They love on my fur babies during the day. My lab starts shaking his tail with excitement the second we turn down the driveway. My doggies are thriving here. I am so thankful for the staff!

Great doggie resort! Our regular kennel was booked several months in advance so we had to shop around for somewhere to board our 1 yr old Shepherd-Husky while on vacation. I was nervous leaving my girl with someone new for a week, as she is shy and hasn't been around a lot of other dogs or people, but Friendly Paws came through for us. They were reliable, affordable, friendly, and our Ellie seemed to warm right up to the girls in the office. I love that they are straight forward with pricing and booking requirements, with everything right on their web portal, which you can upload shot records straight onto. Very professional. I would never hesitate to take any of our pets to Friendly Paws, and we have already recommended them to friends for dog boarding. Thank you for taking good care of our Ellie!

We just completed our first day at Friendly Paws Littles and I couldn't be happier. The staff was amazing and getting us oriented and ensuring that all our documentation was in order before the visit and letting us know how the dogs would spend their day. After our short vacation I came back to find the dogs well taken care of and clearly enthusiastic about the time that they spent at Frendly Paws Littles. We are very happy with our experience.

My daughter was having surgery and I was in a bind, needed to be able to board our two pups within a short time. We were fortunate that Friendly Paws Littles had space and we were able to bring them in ASAP. This was our second time using the facility, and we were so satisfied with the care that our dogs were getting during a stressful time for us. It was a relief to know that our pups would be ok while I could focus on my daughter.

I was very nervous to drop my dogs off for boarding as they had never been away front me for that long; however, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, answering any and every question or concern I had. They have a few different social media platforms that they consistently post on that gave me an insight into what my boys were doing throughout the week! I would definitely recommend Friendly Paws Littles to a friend and my dogs will be returning!

Such a wonderful experience, my pup copper had a great stay. It was wonderful seeing all the fun he was having on the Facebook posts! Professional staff! Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend.

I have a temperamental dog the staff are always courteous. They seem to know what each pet needs. I recommended them to a coworker who also can’t stop raving about the staff to other coworkers. A special thanks to Dawn and Katlyn
