First time taking my dog there for a groom & everything was great! The staff and my groomer Alisha were very nice and she gave him the best groom he's ever had. I will definitely be taking him there from now on. They also offer daycare & boarding services. Highly recommend.

I would NEVER consider bringing my dog back to this facility for daycare or boarding. I usually like supporting locally owned businesses but not this one. I previously had my dog boarded here in May everything went good. I tried to get him boarded again for a last minute trip. The first person I spoke to over the phone said over the summer they instated a new policy to have your dog come for a day of daycare first to be reevaluated before boarding then after that in the future if I wanted to board again they would have to come regularly for daycare which was fine I understood so we scheduled for me to bring my dog in on Wednesday morning (today) I had my mom bring him in this morning due to me being at work and I received a call the lady I spoke to had ZERO phone etiquette. Was being very rude to me the moment we spoke. She didn’t even bother to get my explanation first of why my dog was there just straight up said my dog can’t be there since he doesn’t attend daycare regularly to be boarded. Every time I tried to speak she kept interrupting me I couldn’t even explain what I was told. She just kept saying .what the policy was then got mad when I told her how rude she was being and that I wanted to talk to someone else. She claimed she was the manager well I would never have someone like her run my business with a nasty attitude talking to customers I called back 3 times after she hung up on me no answer of course. After that I spoke to someone new. My thing is why have a new policy put in place but not alert anyone that’s already on file about it. Makes no sense. Never received an email or any kind of notice about the change. And I would’ve been happy to have still kept my dog there for daycare for the day even though I wouldn’t have been able to board since he was already there but the “manager” didn’t even try to listen to anything I had to say. NEVER again

My dog just had her first ever doggy daycare visit here at The Doggy Den. It was recommended to me by a friend and I liked how affordable their pricing is compared to other daycares in the area. I was nervous because my dog is a recent rescue and can be slow to warm up to new dogs or situations but she did great! They were very kind and professional, even when I called multiple times throughout the day for an update. They give a report card at the end of the visit to say how your dog did and they keep them with dogs of a similar size/activity level so they don't get overwhelmed. They have huge outdoor yards which I love and it was also very clean. I could smell the cleanliness at drop-off and pick up. I met the owner at pick up and he was wonderful. One thing I wish they had is live webcams so I could watch her throughout the day but for the price difference, it's something I can live without. I'll definitely be bringing my girl back to The Doggy Den!

This is where we regularly take our dogs whenever we go out of town. The staff here are all extremely friendly, nice and attentive. They've been really accomodating whenever we come in and our dogs enjoy their stay. We can always tell as they come home super tired after all the play they've had with the other dogs. They also give nice incentives like courtesy baths for boarding for a number of days. We recently tried one of their grooming services and they did a good job. Give them a try!

We have been taking our dog to the doggie down for over 3 years now. They had a great caring staff and do an excellent job taking care of the dogs. they have continually updated the place and improve the place to make it safe for both large and small dogs.

Staff is always cordial. I know that my dog is well cared for when he's there. I like the fact that the dogs are integrated.

We’ve tried 3 other daycares in town for our high energy goldendoodle and the Doggy Den is hands down the best one! It has the most space, isn’t overcrowded, is well-staffed, and most importantly our dog comes home happy and completely exhausted after a full day of play. The staff here is fantastic- they genuinely care about our dog and always have something to share about his day at daycare.
