Puptown Lounge Columbus, Ohio

They are amazing and take great care of my furbaby!!! I have been taking my dogs to them at both locations for over 5 years for daycare and boarding. I will always recommend them.

Everything was great, except they fed my dog way too much. At check in I told the front desk staff that I packed 10 days worth of food, just in case I was gone longer than expected. When I picked him up after 6 days, there was 1 day of food left. Each meal was in it's own package as to avoid confusion. Due to him being fed 9 days worth of food in 6 days, I'm going to run out of food before his subscription service food arrives.

Kind of bummed to write this review, because their daycare services are great, but we were shocked to find out much they nickel and dime for boarding. We've boarded our dogs at many daycares in Columbus, and were pretty shocked at Puptown's prices. It's 100% our fault for not understanding the policies (extra charges for medication, double charges for last day of day care etc), but it's a bummer that they tack on so many additional fees for a stay. If you can afford the high cost, Puptown can be a great choice (especially if it's close by), but they don't have cameras or provide pictures, so it's hard to justify the significantly higher price tag when it comes to boarding.

We have 3 pups and have taken all of them to Pup Town for a while now. They are always so great and take such good care of our dogs, quick, responsive, reliable, and talented with their grooming skills (one of our pups is a pretty shaggy dog and they always make him look spiffy!)

Great experience with Dr. Renner, the Visiting Veterinarian. Highly recommend her! Thank you Puptown for offering this service.

My two dogs love coming here. Sometime for an overnight and sometimes for the day and a spa.

We have been sending both of our dogs to PTL since the day they opened! Our dogs absolutely love it! The staff at PTL are awesome and so easy to work with! We are so lucky to have such an awesome doggy daycare so close to our house!

Puptown Lounge has always been a favorite among the dog lovers I know for their personalized service and exceptional care. I was thrilled to find out they have a second location near my home now and my pupper nephews have been going their almost every day. Highly recommended ????????

Just moved here from New Mexico & we loved our doggy daycare there but puptown lounge on Kenny rd is even better! The handlers are wonderful with the pups & the environment is awesome! This is where we will be staying!

When your dog is like family it is hard to trust just anyone to care for them. Puptown Lounge though has become a part of my pups weekly routine because of the positive experience. My dog get so excited when we pull into the parking lot for daycare and completely forgets who I am when he sees the Puptown lounge staff. If my dog could talk I’m sure he would tell me he wants to go to daycare at Puptown lounge everyday! The grooming feature is also an added convenience and on days/weeks I am unable to bathe him. He comes home smelling better than I do lol! We love Puptown lounge!

My wife and I took our 2 Great Pyrenees pups to Puptown Lounge today. They are a handful, to say the least. Typically, at other groomers, the dogs look stressed out when we pick them up, and are standoffish for days after. However, they seemed to be comfortable with the groomers here. The groomers did exactly what we asked for, and made it an easy process. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
