The women at the Groomery did a great job working with my less than compliant puggle. My other dog, an older obedient pug, went along with the process, though, and he was very happy with his nail job. Thank you!

I used the self service wash and got my dog nail trim. Place was clean and staff was friendly and polite.I gave it 3 stars cause my dog, during her nail trim got clip really bad that she was bleeding. In all of her nail trimming years this is the first time she was bleeding.

I will not ever go back here and will warn others not to go if they get stuck with Amanda. She was rude and condescending to me. Never take a new puppy to her. She basically berated me for my 14 wk old puppy and left her in a crate for over an hour for no reason. Don’t be a dog groomer if you hate your job. Afraid she was mean to my dog

Have had my puppy there twice. Different groomers. Both were great. Did exactly what was asked.

The grooming for our 9 lb yorkie poo took 6 hours, when we were told 3. It was done incredibly poorly/incompletely and they cut the poor girl’s ear. We are pretty easy going with grooming, and don’t expect anywhere near perfection, but this experience was horrible.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. My wife is crying her eyes out and I am outraged. Our dog looks completely different. He is a white, fluffy dog. We told them we wanted to keep him fluffy. We showed them a picture of him before, which is how we wanted it. The first picture is what we showed them how he is, the second is what we got. They completely shaved his ears off and shaved his body, and it’s not even even.

In all My. years i have not seen such terrible service.I believe this place needs to fire their staff and hire some competent pet groomers.

Not only was the staff absolutely rude about butchering my dogs haircut, but they cut the inside of his ear open as well. Do not take your pet here if you want good service and your pet to be safe.

The staff here are friendly and eager to help. I love the fact they proudly and openly support the lgtqa+ community.

Pets N Groom has been nothing but amazing when it comes to taking care of my puppy Fiji. They pay attention to exactly what you ask and are there to always answer any questions you may have. I travel from a different city because I cannot trust anyone else to groom my puppy. I receive endless compliments after Fiji gets groomed and he smells amazing for weeks after. My puppy is very nervous when it comes to unknown environments but the staff takes their time to ensure they gain his trust so he feels more comfortable. They keep you updated on how the appointment is going and are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend pets n groom with your puppy and ensure you will be 100% satisfied when they are done! Thank you to all the staff for taking care of my baby and making sure he looks absolutely adorable after every visit!

My Poms 1st haircut was perfect! The wait was a little long, but I imagine everyone is getting their pets cleaned up for spring!

Location is for pet grooming only. There are a few toys and pet shampoos available, but no pet foods.

Last chance, never to return. You would think holiday specials. NOT, The price goes up. And then they give me the wrong collar. They can not follow directions. My dog's white tip cut off. What part of do not cut tail and the next time they still cut the tail. My little dog, they cut to short and did a lousy face cut. I am done. Cost to much for a terrible cut!! Never again. And they don't even smell good. Did they really bath them??

I use the self wash as well as their bathing services for my pitbull and the staff are so friendly and caring with my shy dog. I would never go anywhere else.

I have Pugle and they do a great job on his bath and nails.

Destiny did my pup. Though I didn't particularly like the cut (personal preference), my dog looked great, smelled great and was most importantly, HAPPY!! I'd like to come back... it seems like it's so hard to get an appointment, especially with everything that's been going on lately.

The groomery got us scheduled in quickly within the same week my dog got his rabies shot. I am very happy with his grooming as is my dog. Its boosted my dogs confidence up. ????

Did not trim fur on pads. Had to do it myself when I got home. Dog still had several mats on hair. Had to trim myself when I got home. Shaved unevenly and off 2 one side on dog's rear. Barely touched the spot where dog urinates. May as well just groomed the dog myself. Basically paid for wash and comb and nail trim. Never again.

I tried The Groomery today for the first time with my dog Max and it was a great experience. The staff went above in beyond in getting me a convenient appointment and working well with my sometimes stubborn 85 lb dog. I also appreciated the cleanliness and COVID-19 precautions. He just had nail grinding today, but would definitely go back

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! My poor pup was very unhappy but I cleaned him myself for $10 and I cant beat that. Thank you!
