I love this location and the staff there are always so helpful, kind and friendly.

Staff went out of their way to help me pick the best and most pet-safe products available to treat a recent flea infestation. I've shopped at this location 3 times, and product selection, value, and customer service were 5 star level each trip.

Great pet store with friendly staff and just a community feel. You might find things cheaper online but I appreciate this store being in the neighborhood.

The employees here MAKE this store. Yes, their products are great, but its the people that make the difference. I have been shopping here for 10 years, they know my name, they sent me a card signed by all of the employees when I mentioned one of my beloved pets passed away. They send me christmas cards. They love ALL animals SOOOOO much, they are so helpful and knowledgeable. I would never shop anywhere else for these supplies. Ever ever ever. Chuck, Vinnie, Liam and many more who should not feel disregarded, are the best pet people out there!!

This place is absolutely amazing! They have everything that you need (no hair clippers, but great recommendations!) it’s actually really hard to stay away from all of the great deals and products! I went in here just to find some things to make my recently attacked shihtzu happy and was amazed by the excellent customer service and products! Vinny and Bri were so awesome they helped me find what I needed and more. They really know what they’re talking about! They are so kind, so helpful! My experience going into the store was so amazing that I really couldn’t put into words! They have a customer for life. If you care about your pets, come here!!! ❤️

Honestly the people at this location are always amazing. They are welcoming and super helpful in making sure I get exactly what I need for my fur babies. I was running late getting out of work and they waited for me to get there and get the pet products I needed right at closing time. Can’t recommend them enough.

Always warm people and excellent service! We also bathe our dog here regularly, it's a great deal with a membership, and offers everything our fur baby needs.

My favorite pet store! They have the friendliest staff. Always offering to help me take my big bag of cat food to the car! Reasonable prices and variety of products. They now offer delivery of certain products as well. Would highly recommend.

First visit to the store. Walked in and was greeted by the staff and asked what I was looking for. She walked me right to the product and put it in my hand. Great customer service and great selection. Very friendly and super helpful.

What I needed was 1/3 the price two other pet stores had I was very happy with that and the service.

I actually came in while visiting my daughter in Columbus. I purchased a few really cute dog collars. While we were there a lady was having a difficult time getting her dog to the dog wash room. The pup wasnt having it. So I asked if I could help. I took the pup on a walk through the store and walked him right in to the wash room. She was so grateful. You thanked me for the help and gave me a coupon I think, for a future visit It was a highlight of my trip.

I mentioned in passing that our boy was getting neutered while checking out and got a get well soon card signed by the entire staff in the mail a week later. (They got our address from our membership info - nothing creepy.) I was always pretty loyal as the staff are all very helpful, personable, and LGBTQ+ friendly. That extra touch with the card has made me a permanent customer. I will never shop anywhere else in Columbus. Thanks!!!!

This place has it own parking which is nice! A lot of places of high dont have any. They only sell high quality cat foods, none with any dyes or anything. They have plenty of litter and small arount of cat toys, but more variety than a grocery store. I cant speak on what they have for dogs but that seemed to be the majority of the store

Love coming here. The staff is so helpful and they always offer to help me carry my large bag if food to my car. :)

Very awesome atmosphere, my dogs are super hyper so i can't bring them but i definitely show lots of pictures and they help me with everything and answer all my questions even if they're stupid
