Quick in and out. Saw the cutest Black Lab Puppy ahead of me at checkout. And I also got to pet said Pup lol. Made my day! ????❤

Went to Petco in Lenox to get my fish tank back up and running. A worker by the name of Paul was extremely knowledgeable about fish and fish tank set ups. He got me some great plants and a couple of fish. He went above and beyond and I left knowing more about my fish tank. Thanks Paul!

Omg... Marquita was AWESOME!!! She could have turned me down.... got to the store about 2 minutes to 8pm not realizing they close at 8 until I got there.... she still helped me as if it were 2pm in the afternoon. Marquita very patient, helpful and educated me on what food, cage and toys to get our new adoptive puppy ???? Smokey. I will be returning. Thanks again for AMAZING service!!!

After scheduling a 5:30pm appointment weeks out I received a text message that they we rescheduling my original grooming time from 5:30 to 2:30. I believe that great customer service would have been to ask if I am able to change my appointment to an earlier time. After finding someone who would be able to bring my dog at 2:30 (as most people work), on the day of my appointment I get another text canceling my appointment. “My” groomer has Covid. I appreciate that these are difficult times but there are several other stores with other groomers. Could that may have been able to accommodate this groomers appointments. Customer service is all about putting customers first no matter the circumstances.

For larger pet stores, I prefer PetCo over PetSmart any day. Prices are good d on cat/dog food; however is made up on price of accessories and toys (cats). Staff are super helpful & friendly ????

Good selection and can usually find what I need, but usually a bit chaotic and messy inside.

Went out of my way to come here. I finally made the decision to fork out the cash to buy a self cleaning litter box & PetCo had the best price. The guy who helped me (I should have gotten his name but didn't think to ask) was very helpful. The one I wanted was on the top shelf so he climbed the ladder to get it down for me. He also helped me to look it over since I was concerned that there would be some difficult assembly needed, but it was only a matter of attaching the ramp & sliding in the reciprocal tray (both very easy to do). I also found a particular style of shedding comb that I've been looking for at other places & never found, and started to think that they don't make those kind anymore, but I found it at PetCo! I got to the register & the litter box gave a much higher price than what it said online, but the guy at the register was very nice about it when I showed him the online price, he did an override to give me the lower price. I also signed up for the loyalty card, that should have given me another $5 off my purchase, but it wasn't going through. The guy at the register was very nice & patient with me, understanding that I was trying to save as much money as possible and got the first guy who helped me to do another override to get the extra $5 off. Both of these guys were so helpful, sweet & kind, they both deserve high praises. Only thing I would ask PetCo corporate is PLEASE bring a store to the Hilliard area & make sure to staff it with people as great as these guys!

We were there for a harness. For 56 dollars, they only had 2 choices of colors. Not much of a selection. Other than that it was okay

Staff was very friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely concerned to help us find what we needed. Helped us pick out an aquarium, lid and accessories for our new pet. All of their fish, birds, reptiles and mammals seemed very healthy, active and energetic, and all cages were clean which is a good sign of how the animals are treated and if they are healthy or not. They even had cats from Colony cats up for adoption and at the checkout free treats for dogs. I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised at our experience here! Highly recommend compared to PetSmart.

The best it can go taking 4 pups at a time ????????. All staff we came in contact with was a pleasant and helpful, especiallyto our pups. Thats why we love this location and made it our Primary.

I will start out by saying the animals look very well cared for and the cages are very clean. That being said, the feeder insect section was a disaster. Most everything was dead, no crickets, roaches were all dead, half of the meal worms were dead. So they didn’t have any bugs that I needed. I also needed pinky and fuzzie frozen mice, which they were out of as well along with half the rodents in the freezer

Nice place however. . . they do seem to have restocking issues due to Covid.

I took my two dogs to be groomed by Emily today. I have taken my dogs to other places and have been very disappointed. Emily did an amazing job on both of my boys!!! I will not take them anywhere else. Thank you Emily!! My boys thank you too!!!!

After shopping a couple different stores for a pad that would fit my dog crate, we found the exact size and fabric that I was looking for at Petco. They have a large selection of my dogs :)

This is the only place I will go for my pet's needs the staff is always very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I was needing snails and not a huge selection. But i did buy two.

I've been to this petco so many times and it's always been fine (nothing overwhelmingly above and beyond but also I've never had any issues) but today I went in with my partner to get some fish things and we had the most pleasant encounter with Paul who gave us an abundance of information on many plant things that my partner has been interested in trying with their tanks. He was incredibly nice and it was very sweet of him to drop so much knowledge on us. I don't think I've ever had a more pleasant experience at a chain pet shop like this before, so all in all, especially if you have fish questions, I highly recommend going here and asking for paul

Me and my husband got our children two little hamsters ???? They were very helpful, gave us some useful tips on our new furry family and how to care for them.

I was not happy with lack of stock. Many items where not stocked making me have to go elsewhere.

The store itself is just ok from my experience. The grooming is terrible. They hardly did anything for my dogs haircut. The nails weren't any better than before the appointment. The man working clearly doesn't know dogs or what he is doing. 1) Gripping is not biting, especially for a teething pup. 2) Different dog breeds have different coats. I went to a competitor and purchased grooming tools and did it myself
