Way too expensive for normal people

Wow, even through the holiday's, they are so professional.

Has separate entrance and wait area for cats and dogs. Staff was friendly and was taken care of quickly.

The people I've encountered thus far have all been friendly and helpful. The vet has listened to any concerns I've had and has been knowledgeable in how to proceed. My pets prescriptions are all reasonably priced. So far every visit has cost me less than I nervously anticipated. No complaints.

I am a new puppy owner, and I have done tons of research on the best care for him. I confidently chose Northarlington Vet to have his 8 week appointment when we first got him, and was charged much more than what I was quoted for. There were hidden costs that were not disclosed to me. I couldn't fill prescriptions online, and when I called to express concern was dismissed. Shots and help from vet techs felt very rushed. I have changed vets and feel much more supported about my puppy's health.

I trust them with my dogs life. Literally. They are the best

Traumatized our puppy. When my wife left, our puppy was shivering in fear from the rushed shots she was given. Vets are supposed to be comforting to animals, not just stick them with needles when they’re obvious not calm/ready. We’ve been to other vets that are in another league compared to this place. Don’t bring your pets here. Absolute garbage.

They are amazing!! They have been helpful the whole time as we navigate the world of a new puppy.

My cat was in need of surgery. Had never been there before. They were great. Even though they had to keep her for a few days to ensure her healing process they never forgot me. I would get daily updates on how she was healing as well as her meds eating etc. The first couple of days I got numerous calls. Very thankful for that. Your animal is like one of your kids and they realize that. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. And the Dr called himself afterwards to fill me in on her surgery. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my girl.

Okay so truthfully I’ve never actually been inside of Northarlington Animal Clinic but I had to call multiple times about the care of my hedgehog and every time they have been more than helpful and caring to us. Even though I haven’t had animals seen here I would still recommend them to people I know.

Friendly staff. The doctor took her time with my dog and answer all my questions. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very welcoming to a newbie puppy owner like myself. Dr. was very kind and examined the puppy with care and patience. Easy scheduling process too.

Dr Teders is a great vet. She really cares about our pet and has even called us back at 10pm when we called the emergency line. Care is always thorough from xrays to medications. We've brought our dog here for 8 years and will continue to do so. The vet technicians and front staff are friendly and understanding. I bring one or both of my kids sometimes and the staff are super friendly with them too. I've reccomended Northarlington Animal Clinic many times to others! I trust them 100%

I am so happy we found Northarlington Animal Clinic. We started out taking our puppy to another practice in town that was many times over more expensive. I assumed that paying more would equate to better customer service but when my puppy needed an appointment the most, they didnt have time to get us in. We left and have never looked back. The people at NAC are so thoughtful and really spend time getting to know you and your pet. I have never had an issue getting an appointment and know my puppy is getting great care.

The worst experience I ever had! The overcharge you without previous notice. Rude behavior! Stay away from this clinic.

All my pets love Dr. Teders! We will never go anywhere else and will use them for all future pets. Every single staff member is extremely nice, helpful, responsive, and they all genuinely care. Best vet office ever!

Took the the new guinea pig (rescue) "Harry" for check up & to be neutered. OUTSTANDING care & service from start to finish. Now I have a new VET & happy add to our family. GREAT!!!

They are a great vet clinic. They have seen my cat for urinating issues (male). They also shave him .... he is a long haired cat and gets knots even with brushing.
