I love them they are so good with my dogs and reasonably priced

Vet version of a drill and fill dentist. Application of medical knowledge was minimal. I felt like this place did not care about me or my pet. I wish this place would have been more insistent upon recommendations of medical procedures and tests. Incompetency may be a strong word but it may be appropriate. I did not see years of medical knowledge at work here, just careless concern.

I took my sons Service Dog prospect here the day before christmas, everyone was so sweet and helpful. The vet was thorough but quick and was so helpful especially since we were on a budget that day and unexpectedly found out my dog had ear infection in both ears (extremely common for his breed). She was even willing to answer a few questions about an issue my cat was having (simple issue that has now resolved) I definitely plan on bringing our Beau back.....and our cats

I have been coming here for atleast 15 years. The staff is always kind and gentle with my dogs. They are very compassionate especially as i lost 3 dogs in as much as 3 years. You wont find a better veterinary hospital

I wish I could rate this 0 stars.. we just moved here from Vegas so u had to find a reliable vet, so I went out of my way to take my dog here because of all the great reviews, well sadly we had the worst experience. We only came in for a simple heart worm test and prescription. We don't have heartworm in Nevada so it was something new to us. For starters the vet tech was fine, did not have an issue with her but when the vet came in she was very judgmental of us being a young couple with a baby and said "you shouldn't have brought your baby with you" " next time I don't recommend you bring your baby " and then you could immediately tell she was clearly terrified of my dog, granted she is big for a puppy, she started flashing her flashlight at her while standing a few feet back which made my dog uncomfortable, and did not try and introduce herself to the dog, or get down on the dogs level, instead she aggressively started to check my dog, and my puppy did not like that she got defensive and went to nip at the vet. The vet then refused to look at her untill she was muzzled and in a separate room from us. In result my dog was terrified the rest of the afternoon, and we will definitely not be back to this vet, and will never recommend anybody that has a large breed to take their animal here. Was very displeased with the entire experience, if you are scared of a breed or size of a dog, you should not be in this profession. If you are looking for a vet office that will care for your dog and treat them the same way you would treat your animal, this is not the place to take them.

They were very punctual. They treated my boy with care. Explained things to me along the way. Asked if I had any questions and very friendly. To me the cost was very reasonable

I called and made an urgent appointment. They were going to get me in after 3 days. I ended up going somewhere else over the weekend. But the ladies I spoke with on the phone were extremely helpful, even when I was calling to cancel. Ill go there next time!

I love GRAH. The Doctors are caring and responsive. The staff is wonderful. They also do a lot of in house diagnostic work other vets don't do. Additionally, they are very affordable compared to other vets I've gone to. I actually started going to a different vet closer to my hone for a while and went back to GRAH because I just like them better!

Excellent experience with this veterinarian! Dr Rader is a excellent veterinarian! She did a excellent job doing surgery on my cats eye! And she was very supportive! Excellent quality care!!!!!

We love the casual down to earth vet. She never talks down to us. Our beagle won't let me touch his nails and the trim them in 2 minutes. Reasonably priced as well. During Covid they came out and got our dog then the vet came out and explained everything to us instead of the vet tech. Very oleased

They were wonderful, the staffs answered my phone and my baby girl Princess was seen by the Veterinarian. The staffs came to the car and they were very passionate with my Princess. Love that they can schedule right away and the check up was reasonably priced..... would recommend them 100%
