Jeanette is absolutely wonderful! She watched our beloved dog & cat at our house so my wife & I could have a getaway to the Hocking Hills. She did an amazing job! Jeanette has a great energy & personality. Our pets both got along so well with her! Jeanette made me feel relaxed, listened so well, & has excellent attention to detail! I highly recommend her & her business!

Linda and Jeanette were absolutely amazing with our 2 dogs and 2 cats on an extended vacation. We received so many updates and pictures every day vis their app and it was a relief to see their faces every day. Outside of the animals they took care of everything around the house and it was such a relief to come home to our animals and a house that’s been “kept up”. We can’t wait to continue to use their services for future trips!

Awesome service and people! Things did not work out with my dog as he had too much trouble with anxiety, but Jeannette went above and beyond what I would have ever expected in order to try to make my dog more comfortable. It is a very big relief knowing that someone is really putting in the effort to make your dog feel loved! If you need a dog sitter or walker then look no further!

Jeanette is AMAZING. We have two large dogs that are a HANDFUL and one that is deaf in her old age. Jeanette is one of the few people in the world my wife and I trust to care for them. We tip her every time because we can't believe she doesn't charge more.

I highly recommend Jeanette and Fur Star Pet Care! She has taken great care of our 9 year old Boston and our 15 year old pup multiple times, both in our home and in hers. She is great at what she does -- and even took my older dog for an emergency vet visit while we were away, no questions asked. On our first meeting, she was very thorough in getting to know the dogs' medical histories, quirks and habits, dietary needs, play styles, etc., which really put us at ease, especially because of the age of our dogs. I'm so glad we found Fur Star Pet Care, and am so thankful for the care they give our fur babies.

I reached out to Fur Star Pet Care when I needed to find a place to board my 15-week-old puppy for five days. I was concerned about leaving him in a strange place, but Jeanette took him into her home and took care of him like he was her own. He thrived under the care of Fur Star Pet Care, and Jeanette was such a comfort to me as I panicked about leaving him. She sent photos throughout, and it was clear that our puppy was thriving. There were a few other dogs there and a couple of cats, and somehow Jeanette created an environment where all were safe and coexisting in harmony. The puppy loved having so many playmates and he bid an emotional and adorable farewell to his new friends when we picked him up. This really did feel like a special pet vacation under Jeanette's care. I really appreciated the care she showed to him--it was clear that she really loved our dog, and that made me even more comfortable leaving him and knowing he'd be cared for. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend!
