i went in for my appointment for the self wash at the exact time and was immediately taken back. you pay first so that you can just leave after your time is up, through a separate door. They are very considerate of dogs behaviors around other dogs so they limit interactions up close. Super friendly and lovely staff. Will be back!

This was my first visit and was very impressed. All the staff were so nice especially to my dog Joey. He was nervous at first but at the end was all smiles! They did a great job Annie was awesome she kept me updated through the entire process. Very well organized too. We’ll be back for sure!

Today is December 29, 2021 and my little best friend was sprayed by a skunk on Christmas morning. I gave him a bath but the scent still lingered. DDS was able to fit me in, and Huck is skunk scent free! To quote Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty, we are “happy, happy, happy!”

Annie did a great job as a last minute fill in for a sick groomer! They fit us in and made it work right before the holidays and Geordi still has a perfect cut! They even sent a picture of him in a Santa hat (which is so cute). Highly recommend Doggie Day Spa as a super reliable and professional groomer in Columbus. Wouldn’t take our Bernedoodle anywhere else (we have and it was NOWHERE NEAR this consistently amazing experience).

We took our 4-1/2 month-old puppy to DDS for his first professional grooming, and we were delighted by not only the quality of the treatment, but also the spa’s loving attitude toward the pup and how thoroughly we were briefed on products used and observations about his coat and physical condition. Our groomer was Jasmine, who was excellent.

Took our older boxer to have his nails trimmed and all of the staff we encountered were outstanding!! all were VERY friendly and kind to our pup!! Definitely will be going back here regularly and recommending!

Love … love … love Doggie Day Spa !! So do the pups, who are a little feisty when it comes to grooming. They always come home happy and looking (and smelling) great !! Highly recommend.

Have been taking Murphy here for about 5 years now. He loves it and every groomer has been so good to him. I will not go anywhere else. If you get the chance try them out or take advantage of the self grooming days they have available. 10/10

We had another great visit at the Doggie Day Spa today! Their 1:1 scheduling provides excellent service for my dog - our groomer meets us at the desk right at the appointment time and starts working on him immediately, which gets him in and out quickly and limits his stress. Can’t recommend enough!

Doggie Day Spa is always making sure my pup is taken care of from their full services to the do it yourself bathing stations. There is never a bad experience here and I recommend it to anyone who wants their pup to have a great, safe and loving experience.

Doggie Day Spa is a wonderful place to take your dog to get groomed. They always take such good care of my German Shepard. She always come home smelling great and completely deshedded. They also take cute seasonal pictures of your dog and sends them to you. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

This is absolutely the best place to get your dog groomed. I had taken my dog to several places before and Doggie Day Spa is by far the best. The quality of the bath was fantastic (I didn’t know my dog’s fur could get so white!) and they’re careful with details. They’re very professional and accommodating. They’re also just so caring and thoughtful. Olivia always takes care of our dog and she is amazing. As our dog has gotten older, Olivia has been so careful and considerate with her. We won’t go anywhere else!

We had a great experience for our dogs first ever grooming experience. We had all our questions answered fully and kindly and we loved the photos we were texted during her groom. We will definitely return in the future!

If I could give Eleonora and all of the team here more than 5 stars, I would. They gave us an early appointment and took care of our Sheepadoodle, who, because of a perfect storm of reasons was matted head-to-toe. He was shaved as he needed to be and looks about a thousand times better than expected. Thank you!!!!
