I take my dog there for her grooming they do an excellent job .

Always friendly and knowledgeable, I know it's the right place for my animals.

They were very caring and compassionate when our cat had to cross the rainbow bridge.

They scheduled me for the same appointment twice. I initially showed up with a stray cat for a chip read. The check up concluded that the cat had no chip. So then we made an appointment to have the animal fixed for that following week, while we were still at the clinic. We came in the following week. We were told our appointment was for two cats. We corrected the staff and said the appointment was for only one cat. We were asked to be seated. After waiting a 1/2 hour and witnessing two other customers checking in there pets, then leaving. I asked the staff if we could leave the cat and come back too, when the cat has been fixed. The staff asked me to give her a moment, and that she would be right back. She went into the back for a brief period. And when she came back out she told me that I was schedule for another chip read, again. The same chip read that I just had a week ago. She said sorry, that there was nothing she could do for me. She said the next appointment available was two weeks out. We just let after that not saying a word. I managed to catch a strayed cat and was willing to give it a nice home once I got all its check ups. Unfortunately, due to these people extreme incompetence I had to release the animal back into the wild. I had the animal locked up in a cage for a week already. I wasn't prepared to keep this animal in a cage another two weeks. I just put food out for the cat and a bowl of water. Its the best I can do for the cat now. The whole experience was a flop and for that I give this place only one star.

I heard about this vet through my boyfriend who took our cat here before we got together; the staff was so kind and helpful! They were very thorough in explaining cost, procedure, and post op care for spaying my dog and she loved the staff also. I received a call from them within a few hours of dropping her off, stating that she did wonderful and there were no complications and when to pick her up. They were very gentle and patient with her. We will definitely be bringing them back for anything they need!

We moved from Texas to Michigan and we adopted a dog so we asked around who would be the best bet and the majority of the people that we asked were first to Care center and they were right it's an awesome place awesome customer service the nurses the vet awesome answered all our questions and they helped us out to send this to the right place for m our dog training ????????

The whole staff is so caring and concerned about our Scruffy.

When I had my cat Scott. I took him to northside in hilladale but when he really sick they refused to take care of him. I called around and love care was the only who would help me. The staff is so kind there. Sweet reliable staff and really care about the animals. I started to take my puppy there and they are so good with him. I am so thankful to the staff.

I always receive excellent care there.

Can be pricey, but its good service. I feel safe to bring my dogs here for anything.

My dog was diagnosed with glaucoma and given drops that helped right away.

This is the best bar none veterinary hospital I have ever patronized. The staff is kind and considerate and loving to our furbabies and people alike. Cost is very fair and products work!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Started using this vet about a year ago. They are amazing. They always have great- quick availability for tour pets! In case of an emergency they have always squeezed my girls in even when they are double booked!! I get to talk with the vet every single time. Which is so important! She will call me and make sure I completely understand everything from that visit! All staff are super friendly. If you want great care for you pups. You get the feeling they care about YOU and your PET not money (a lot places have given me the feeling that they just want your money. But not here) This is the place to go! 10/10 recommend them.
