The lady that answered the phone was so kind and patient with me and my concerns.

Very nice staff. Dr was very thorough and listened to what I was saying. I don't know if I'll go back as I never had a Vet tell me I need to drug my cat to have them draw blood. This just makes me think inexperienced staff and afraid of pets. Try a mussel next time. Also no parking lot and clients have to wait in their cars on the street.

I went there because my 7 wk kitten was sick. Every vet is full, they got me an appt the next day. Took blood and trimmed her nails. They gave her antibiotics and the dr I saw called me to give me the blood test results.

I took my pup in after going to 3 different vets and not having any results with my pups allergy issues that had gotten so severe he was losing hair and his skin was covered in rashes and scabs. Dr. Kareem Malik took neo in and took his time to evaluate him prescribed him some medication and now a week later neo is looking brand new! Thank you Dr. Malik and the suburban vet staff!

Took my dalmatian Oreo there for the first time today he had a bad infection gave him meds they even cut his nails which I forgot to mention when I made the appointment I am very happy I choose Suburban as Oreo new Vet he is very happy too thank you Dr Keating!

Today was a very difficult day, having to euthanize my dog because of many physical issues . Suburban animal hospital (dr. Malak) made it easier to contend with.they were very explicit and professional with what to expect ... though it's not easy to put part of your family down, it's best to have a great place there to help with these necessary times, Thank you guys

They will care for your pet as if it were one of there own. Will never take a pet anywhere else and either should you. Great team !!!

This place although affordable, some of the girls are nice but honestly takes them forever to call you back and they didnt even call me when my pup went into recovery. I was the one who had to call them to see if my dog was ready to come home. They also never told me they used two different stitches normal and disolvable ones. Which would of saved me some panic and a trip to the vet when I saw something sticking out of my dogs skin, because all they did was trim it.

Thought I might have to uthenize my chihuahua. Got there and found out it was a blocked gland that burst. Vet was great. Didn't overcharge me and I went home with my baby. Shot of antibiotics and some anti-inflammatory liquid med and he should be just fine. Thanks Doc!

My experience used to always be very positive with them. They have great doctors and I do believe genuinely care. But, there have been some unprofessional interactions I've had with some of the office staff that I didn't really appreciate and I am aware that my dog has some incredibly unique difficulties with anxiety, but my general impression has really been from the start of my dogs anxiety kicking up as it has is that they just really wanted me to stop trying to use their services and the way they never call back or follow up, especially when they say the vet is going to but never does, is frustrating to be on the receiving end of... they don't have a lot of patience for difficult to resolve situations and make that very clear through rude office staff encounters and unwillingness to follow up. In general, I'd say they are a great, caring vets office, but for our specific situation it's best to find someone else to take care of my pup's needs.

I am very pleased with my experience at Suburban Animal Hospital. The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly welcoming to our rescue, Aspen. Our vet explained Aspen's issues clearly and recommended action plans to address existing issues as well as how to prevent future allergy concerns!

My dog hasn't been himself for about a week. Suburban got him in same day for examination/testing. They diagnosed and treated all within an hour and for extremely reasonable rates. As a bonus we live within walking distance. Will be continuing our pup's care at Suburban!

Won't renew my pets worm medicine unless I make an appointment,never heard of that before...

I’ve been going here for years and love it

I took our rescued friend to this place for an exam. The vet did not look at any part of the dog. Gave him a booster shot and drew some blood. They did not call me with the results. The exam cost me $140.

Had my first visit there recently and the staff and doctor were wonderful. Great experience.

This practice is absolutely wonderful! They front desk and assistants were caring, friendly, kind to both me and my pet. They even helped me get my cat's medical records from his previous vet. Doctor Eric was, thorough, knowledgeable, gentle, and exceptionally helpful with treating my cat! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice.

This review is 6 months late. I’ve been going to Suburban since 1980. Come to find out that Dr Clark and Vet Tech Judy retired. The big girls at the front desk are extremely rude and are bothered by having to be there. Every request or question is perceived as a burden to them. After 40 years I now will exclusively go to Kentown.

They took very good care of me and my pet and was very sympathetic for my loss

Staff is very patient and friendly. Its a very clean and pleasant environment. Definitely recommend.They accept care credit, cash, and card(they just ask that you have exact change).Also its a great lower price option for those on a budget.
