This was our first experience with Barkley Pet Hotel. Barkley required up-to-date vaccinations (of course) and a free evaluation day session before our dog (shepherd/husky mix) Levi could join the doggie daycamp. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, more than willing to answer all of our questions. We were able to watch Levi interact with the staff and other dogs throughout the day via indoor/outdoor webcams. That was reassuring. My family thought it was funny that I would send Levi to daycamp only to watch him throughout the day, but we could not bring him with us on certain day trips. Barkley sent me text updates to let me know how Levi was doing during his evaluation day and while in daycamp. Levi passed his evaluation "with flying colors." Barkley let me know when there was a last-minute boarding cancellation. I kept calling to check our place in line prior to that, though. We were on the waitlist; 10th in line at first, down to 5th in line a day or two beforehand, and then there was finally an opening as long as I could drop off Levi by 2 PM the day before Thanksgiving! So, we were also able to board Levi for two nights over the holidays! The office was closed on Thanksgiving but we could still watch the activities via webcam. I had anticipated missing Thanksgiving activities with family to stay home with Levi, like I did last year, but I was able to join my family this year thanks to Barkley! Overall, it was was a very positive experience and I have already made reservations for Levi for next year!!

My dog has never been at a pet hotel. They were so accomidating and kind. I would easily leave my dog here again knowing he is in kind and capable hands.

Only recently moving to the east side we were in search of a new place to board our dog. While The Barkley's prices were on par with other facilities and the staff was very nice, it was by far one of the most unorganized places we've used. Their inability to find records we've submitted multiple times and losing reservations at the last minute means that we definitely will not be using them again and can't in good conscience recommend them to others.

The staff at the Barkley are A1! They ALWAYS take great care of our pooch, the facility is nice and clean, and they have a number of activities and options that we can choose to make our fur baby more comfortable! It makes traveling easier when we know our dog is in such great hands

We went on vacation and boarded our 15 year old beagle mix, Ernie, for 7 days. 4 days into our trip, we received a phone call about a health emergency for Ernie. They transported and stayed with him at his vet while the vet was trying to figure out what was wrong. Turned out to be much worse . . . a large liver tumor. After a much difficult decision, we decided to put him down to save him from all the pain. The Barkley was very attentive and compassionate while we went through losing a family member. They went beyond all expectations and I highly recommend them. They also did not charge us for any of the time Ernie stayed there. I am forever grateful to the Barkley. Thank you for all you did!

This is one of the best pet hotels and dog spas that I have ever seen. Beautiful venue with extremely helpful and courteous associates. Our puppy boarded for 4 nights and received his first puppy cut. We met with the groomer ahead of time. Our dog looks like a brand new puppy. Excellent service.

I was impressed with the tour and I think our dogs loved it.

So for doggie daycare they are a little pricy, but for my pup they were the only place around that would take her in without all of her shots. She had all th eshots necessary to be safe in a doggie daycare enviroment, but not her rabies simply because she wasnt old enough. The Barkley was wonderful with her, and helped her learn how to socialize with other people and dogs without me there. It is a very nice facility, th eworkers there learned my dogs name and were excited to see her when she came in. COVID was rough fro them and they had some staffing issues but I was there a few days ago and it seamed to be up and funning smooothly with enough staff! My dogs and I will be back!

We have moved all across the country and have had some challenges with finding reputable/good groomers. Just relocated from Los Angeles and thankful to have found The Barkley Pet Hotel. Our cavapoo got his first grooming at Barkley yesterday and they did a fantastic job. He came out looking amazing and was very happy with his new cut. Highly recommend for grooming.

I've utilized most of the dog related services that The Barkley has to offer over the past few years - day camp, boarding, and the spa - and have been very pleased. Day camp is a great way to make sure your pup is getting exercise and socialized!

Coco LOVES staying at the Barkley. She's always happy when I drop her off and pick her up. It's also a great value.

This is the only place I've ever felt comfortable leaving my dogs; I'm so grateful that I live within an easy drive! I can tell my dogs love their time at the Barkley because they're always excited to see the staff and run off to their rooms without a second thought! I always pay for extra amenities, and the 24 hour livestream lets me check on my pups whenever I want.

Conveniently close to my work, and your hours work perfect with mine! Although, due to Covid, I'm not happy about not being able to see where my baby spends his time 3 days out of the week. If Wal-Mart can have 100's of people in and out of it everyday, why can't I at least walk into Barkley to check it out? Do you not follow CDC guidelines there?? Also, $10 extra to play with my dog, why isn't that just included?! So, all I can assume is, I pay $22 a day for my dog to sit in a room all day by himself. I understand he can't play with the other dogs until he's fixed but, he's a dog not a cat, he's not as independent and needs human interaction. The staff that I've met, minus one, are super nice and friendly and there's no doubt my dog loves them.

Absolutely loved being able to watch my dog on the cameras during camp. The staff was professional and accomadating and we cant wait to return again

This place is incredible. My wife and I got married last weekend and we dropped my dog off at Barkley in the morning. They dropped my dog off at our wedding venue (our dog was part of the ceremony), stayed to make sure our dog was taken care of until after our ceremony was over, and made sure our dog was well taken care of. We could not have been happier with the service we received and highly recommend the Barkley!
