Love this spot for all my fish needs. Staff is well educated and very helpful. Would highly recommend to any aquarium enthusiasts.

I shop at Pet Supplies Plus all the time for both my dogs and my cat. I have two favorite associates from two favorite locations who are always friendly and helpful. Nisha and Jack. But PSP carry the brand of dog food I feed to my dogs and the cat food for my cat. The stores are both always clean. I have no complaints.

The manager was super kind and helpful. She was also very knowledgeable about the products I had questions about. I will definitely shop at her location again!

I’ve taken my pets here to be groomed ever since we got her which has been over a year. They have always done a nice job. The last time I took my dog here I was late picking her up due to a car issue. It was only like an hour, but I guess since the groomers portion closes way earlier than the store, it was a big deal to them. Even though they charged an additional $20 boarding fee for the hour, which I don’t mind paying because I was late. I booked another appointment and was told that they can no longer service my dog because she’s aggressive. I have a 6 pound Yorkie. She’s not aggressive at all and definitely not a threat to the groomers. The manager Sarah was very unhelpful. This is not good business or a great way to treat a loyal customer.

DO NOT GO TO SOLON PETSUPPLIESPLUS. We had seedbugs in our bulk hamster food not once but TWICE. It should not happen once. I called them to help them out and so they can take it off the shelves and the woman, Terri gives me an attitude when I’m just trying to get my money back or different food. She tells me “or go get more food because you don’t have a receipt.” “Go check there’s no bugs we already checked.” You can’t see the bugs because they’re eating and not coming out unless disturbed. As we found out when we poured the food in my hamsters bowl. We told her to check our card for the receipt because I used to work at the Garfield location so I know that you CAN look up the receipt. The manager just sat in the office telling Terri what to do. You should be apologizing not getting an attitude telling me to “have a receipt next time.” THERE WON’T BE A NEXT TIME BECAUSE YOU HAVE BUGS IN YOUR FOOD AND A BAD ATTITUDE. DON’T GO THERE.

Pet Supplies Plus in Solon ; I was very pleased with the customer service I received and all the employees were very helpful and pleasant! They asked if I needed help, they put the cat litter in my cart, without my asking. I appreciated the good customer service very much.

It was good. I was immediately greeted when I arrived and was asked if I needed any help. Everyone was friendly and I found what I was looking for right away. I just wish that they carried a better selection of dog and cat toys made in America. I won't let my dog chew on anything made in China, I don't know what materials and chemicals they use.

Give Local Stores your business if you want them to remain open in Solon. Do you order Chewy, Amazon? PSPlus Price Matches any product from all the big boys. I literally just SAVED $15 PRICE MATCHING with Chewy at checkout. It's always nice to have experienced customer service folks to direct you and answer questions. They have that at PSPlus, Solon. Has a good variety of things you need for various kinds of pets. I'm a dog owner. Has everything my pet needs, except a good trainer. But, I'm doing my best at that.

Friendly staff and the store is always clean when I come in. Apollo (my dog) always has a great time in there too, especially when treats are involved.

Courteous staff. Well kept store. Curbside pickup is a breeze!

I have a great experience every time I go to Pet Supplies Plus in Solon. The store is clean, well organized and has a great selection. I also want to give a special shout out to Zoe for helping us select the best food for our dog. The help we received was second to none!
