Very nice people who like my little manic

Little pricey but anything for my furbaby! The ladies there were sweet and super helpful! Got me in quickly especially being a new customer! Was in and out very quick for my appointment!

My dog Molly received her shots. They were very gentle with her and myself nervous mom. Thank you emerald hospital for making my day.

My sister recommended and boy, was she right! My personal pets and hers go here and receive top care, great value, and super medical treatment. That's a total of 11 cats and 3 dogs between us! Emerald is sensitive to both my sister's and my situations and challenges and cares for our pets excellently (even when the outcome is not what I had hoped for. The guidance after exams, services, is in depth and invaluable in keeping our furry family happy and well.

I highly recommend this place. Very friendly and very good with pets.we had to put our dog down 2years ago, and they put us to ease with the process.we just got a new puppy and wouldn't have gone anywhere else.

Never been here , was reccomended though ... called to make an appointment and they didn't answer ... waited a while and called back ... they told me they don't have a doctor shes on leave and they won't take any new clients ...

My family has been bringing our dogs to Emerald for YEARS - like over 15 years. Four years ago, I finally got my own dog and naturally, Emerald has been his vet since. In March 2021 i moved to Cincinnati. I tried a vet down here, they were nice, but nothing like Emerald. So, now, I take my dog back up to Cleveland for regular vet visits at Emerald!

I've been taking my cat here 2 years and they always take great care of her. The staff is friendly and do a great job.

Doctor Lindsey is the best. Lots of money spent in my dog's skin condition at another hospital. Came here and she has been free of symptoms for a few months now.

I took my puppy here for a checkup after noticing his butt really stunk (TMI, but it’s true!) & the entire staff was very welcoming, willing to converse & answer/all questions I had! The receptionist, techs & vet were awesome! After some discussion with my significant other, we have mutually decided that our fur babe will definitely be a regular patient at Emerald Animal Hospital!

Failed to pick up on the fact my cat was in the beginning stages of liver failure. Now we're in over our heads with expensive treatment and fighting for him to pull through. But thanks for trimming his nails????

I've been coming here for 3 years. I first came when my cat carter got sick. They were so good with him and my other cats. They answered all my questions and were very Patient with me after my carter passed away.

I just had my puppy spayed and everyone was wonderful. They took good care of Luca, answered all my questions and were very caring. I am glad I found this veterinary office. Lenore K

Had my first appointment scheduled incorrectly due to the receptionist that was fired. Then was scheduled two months out just to have that appointment canceled as well. It’s unfortunate how I hear good things about this place but yet no accommodations can be made ever.

I have been coming here for roughly 2 years and each visit is great! I just came in for my seniors yearly check up with some concerns. Dr. Lindsay checked her out and I have nothing but good things to say. I had lots of questions and concerns. Each answer was honest and in best interest for my dog and I. We love coming here and all staff is great!!!

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM WITH THIS BUISNESS. MY CAT PASSED SUDDENLY, AND THIS PLACE WAS CLOSE TO HOME, AND OFFERED CREMATION WITH PAW PRINT. THE GIRLS WERE VERY SWEET AND GAVE US TIME TO SAY GOOD BYE, I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTED THAT DAY TO LET ME KNOW IF A TOX SCREEN COULD BE DONE, AND WE WOULD HAVE GIZ BACK IN 2-3 DAYS. NO CALL THAT DAY, OR NEXT, SO FINALLY FRIDAY I CALLED, AND HAD TO LEAVE NAME & NUMBER SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. STILL NO CALL. MONDAY MORNING I CALLED UPSET. WAS TOLD NO. NO TOXICOLOGY COULD BE DONE, I THEN ASKED OK, WHERE IS MY GIZ? FIRST I WAS TOLD THAT HE WOULD BE SENT FOR CREMATION THIS THURSDAY BECAUSE THEY PICK UP/DROP OFF ON MONDAY & THURSDAY/// UMM.. I DROPPED HIM OFF ON WEDS... THE GIRL PUT ME ON HOLD, CAME BACK SAID, OH IM SORRY HE SHOULD BE BACK TODAY OR THURSDAY. THURSDAY COMES, NO CALL.. I CALL AT 1:30.. UM.. IDK.. BY THIS POINT, I ASK FOR A MANAGER OR SOMEONE BC THIS WAS UNEXCEPTABLE. A GIRL COMES ON THE PHONE, IM SO SORRY, HE CAME BACK TODAY, AND YOU CAN PICK HIM UP UNTIL 8. I EXPRESSED MY LEVEL OF SADDNESS, UNPROFESSIONALISM... I GOT A IM SORRY. OUR CAT WAS 11 YEARS OLD, HEALTHY, AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHY HE PASSED. (HE WAS IN PAIN WHEN HE DIED) THE ORIGINAL GIRL SAID SHE WOULD LOOK AT GUMS, ECT TO SEE IF SHE COULD SEE ANYTHING. THIS MADE ME THINK I WOULD GET SOME KIND OF PAPER STATING WHAT WAS CHECKED... NO.. NOTHING.. I PRAY NEVER TO HAVE TO DO THIS AGAIN, BUT I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE. IDK WHO RUNS IT, A BUNCH OF YOUNG GIRLS WHO HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT IS GOIN ON.

Never had a bad experience here. Dr. Lindsay is very attentive and knowledgeable. She truly cares for my loves ones.
