Petco "The health and wellness company"......lol.???? Health and wellness for who? Certainly not the employees... and as long as you're going to sell Science Diet Eukanuba and Royal Canin not for the animals either (read the labels people)LOL perhaps they are referring to corporate "leadership". Give your locally-owned pet store your business please......

Very helpful people and friendly.

Very disappointing. Heard an employee suggesting dry food for a baby bearded dragon (they’re unable to chew, with a high likelihood of choking.) and suggested sand for beginner keepers, where only experienced keepers should. Bought a listless baby that the employee raved about being so active that clearly either had parasites or MBD. Told them nothing about UVB nor proper lighting, and gave them the bare minimum size requirements for a cage. Told an employee and nothing was done. No wonder there’s such a high rate of death in Petco bearded dragons.

I'm very happy shopping there.

They have what I need and the employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

Did not have my product. Did not have an adequate substitute. Very poor selection. Will not be returning.

I like Petco but seem to be always out of what I want being forced to either use a different brand I really don't want my pet to try/eat or try a different brand all together or go somewhere else ????

Very expensive like PetSmart. Friendly staff, but everything is just very very pricey. Maybe see if you can find it cheaper on Amazon or something first

I love Petco. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful.

Plenty of parking. Some staff are friendly. Self were pretty stoked.

Everyone there is friendly and helpful, and ordering was easy.

While I have an auto delivery, I was in need of some supplies. I placed my order on line and it was a breeze to pick up. The associates were friendly and loaded my purchase in my car. The whole pick-up was great.

Everything seemed alright to me

I waited outside Petco for 10 minutes for them to open this morning 7/27/21. I walked in at 9:01 and waited at the register for someone to come up. Finally someone did. A curly red haired kid I had just saw come into work a few minutes prior approached me and I asked for 10 small crickets, please. He threw up his hands and said we don't have crickets and we aren't even open yet. I said yes you are, it's 9:02, are you sure you don't have crickets? He said yeah as he looked into the bin. Is it that hard to treat people with a little dignity and respect these days? I have never had this problem with any of the other employees here.

Expensive. The only good thing is seeing the adoptable animals.

We went for our pups free treats for his birthday. Always great customer service.

We bring our dogs here to get vaccinated. The veterinary staff is so kind and gentle with them, especially my more nervous pup. I always feel good about bringing them here.

They did a super job bathing & trimming my fur baby. The Vital Care plan is a terrific value to keep her nails trimmed & her teeth cleaned.

Always a nice visit. My pup hates getting his nails trimmed and getting a bath but he's always excited to see the ladies at the grooming counter.

Standard Petco. At the time we went, several tanks of fish were not for sale and their cars reader want working so all sales were cast only.

Very knowledgeable staff and healthy reptiles.

Never ventured much past the fish section. Nice selection of aquatic creatures. Quality of said creatures can be hit or miss at times but that comes from suppliers I suppose

Never take you pet here especially to Alisha. Horrible customer service, and definitely not pet friendly!!!
