Need to majorly work on people skills .. my wife took our turtle in to get looked at and instead of care she gets a reaming on how to care . We are to take animals to hospital to be taken care of yet when we took them gets yelled at due to not following every thing care.. my wife was told to put turtle out side but we have preditores that can kill them ... your vets need to learn patients skills and being a human being

Everyone was amazing here! I brought my macaw and it was refreshing to see so many people that were proficient in what they needed to do for my bird. There are few vets that are able to help me in my area and I am happy to drive the 2 hours each way to make sure my parrots are well taken care of.

Dr Pappas and her staff is amazing with all my babies. I don't trust any other Vet that I've met with birds. Dr Pappas listens to me and doesn't act like she knows my birds better than I do, unlike other vets I've seen.

Dr Pappas is the best vet ever. Kind, always goodnatured, she gives the most loving and professional care to all animals. We just love her. Both our furbabies got sick at the same time. Within hours of treatment both were doing 100% better. Highly recommended!

The Dr. there is very knowledgeable and also a registered wildlife rehabilitater. They gave me some literature with a lot useful information for my pigeon.

Dr. Pappas is an excellent vet who cares about her patients. She also has the training to treat other animals, not just cats and dogs.

They accept coupons from Friends of Animals for less expensive spays and neuters. They are careful and kind. They call the next day after you take your animal home to check on how he/she is doing. They also care for reptiles and I think birds. I've gone to them for 3 spays and I intend to go to them for 3 neuters. I recommend them highly.

The Veterinarian is fantastic! She took great care of my sons gerbils, to my “Chickie” a chicken, to other pocket pets. Intelligent, compassionate, empathetic, reasonable, plus more! Love this place!

We brought our baby tortoise here, the staff was amazing. We will be back with our dogs when they need checkups.

Told my daughter her 15 year old dog was fine after she took him there under my recommendation. Gave him meds for failing/weak hind legs. Three weeks later I recommended another vet because he was getting worse and he was diagnosed with a tumor on his spine and she had to say goodbye to her beloved boy she rescued from a puppy mill. My daughter said they only seemed concerned about the next appointment and the money. 0 stars from this broken hearted Grand.

my pet gerbil went in with a growth on his stomach and came out with a broken leg. they deny anything happening but as soon as he was returned to me his leg was broke...

The entire staff are just wonderful! They love and care for all animals, my dog became suddenly ill they got him in immediately and kept me informed of what was going on. They called me multiple times through out the day and walked me through all the choices I had to make. This will be the only vet I use and I recommend them to everyone!

Lovely staff! It is extremely difficult to find anyone that has knowledge of exotic animal care. Many vets will see hamsters, but do not have proper knowledge of their care. After calling many hospitals and gauging the responses, I called this hospital. Immediately the response was reassuring. I was asked my hamster’s name, and she was referred to as such instead of “it” throughout the call as all other vets in the area did. There was genuine concern for my hamster’s wellbeing and her comfort level. Often hamsters are looked at in the same light as fish, but should be given the respect and care any animal deserves. This office knows that and shared my concern for her health. The staff were friendly when I arrived and had knowledge of proper husbandry for hamsters. My hamster was sent home with antibiotics AND probiotics which I was very happy to see as those are often overlooked by those ignorant in hamster care. The office called days later to check how she was doing as well. I am very pleased with and grateful for this hospital. My hamster is fully recovered and continues to live a happy healthy life!

We were very pleased with the care and attention that our pup Nyka received on several visits. The staff were caring and respectful of both our pup and us. Dr. Pappas was kind with Nyka and took the time to answer our questions regarding proper care and was available immediately or called us back within a reasonable amount of time to update us when needed. As anyone who has loved a pet well knows, losing them is a difficult experience. We were very happy with the staff during the process and were comforted knowing that Nyka was comfortable at the end of her life. Thank you Dr. Pappas, Pamela, Lu, Danielle, Marcus, Elle, Rachel, and anyone that I'm forgetting to mention for your love and compassion that you show to your patient's and their people.
