Eastside Dog & Cat Hospital Chesterland, Ohio

Update for 2021. Same experience as before. Please consider Eastside before stopping at one of the big chain pet stores. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I needed a last minute present for our daughters dog. The woman that helped me asked some questions to narrow down the choices. The pup loves his new toy and has not managed to chew it to pieces.

Very organized store with plenty of the highest quality foods in stock. Bought some bully sticks and chicken feet (all neatly labeled) for the doges for Christmas. I'm sure they'd agree with my rating.

Wide selection of pet products. Definitely a must visit if you're in the area. I was able to find a new fleece jacket for my adventurous puppy and a birthday cookie and toy for my 8 year shiba. Lots of good treats, toys, and accessories you won't find anywhere else. Even dog and cat themed gift items if you're shopping for an animal lover. I always end up buying more than intended here

They were so incredibly helpful answering all of my questions about my rescue dog. I was on my last straw of things to try and she was so insightful and kind. The store selection is incredible and they truly care about your pets! 12/10 recommend!

First off Dawn and all the crew are just amazingly helpful and so friendly. The selection in the store is fantastic and the customer service is top notch. I live in Kirkland, I try to always support local businesses vs the big box stores. This is truly a one stop shop for all your pet needs. Thank all you ladies for the amazing customer service, I very much appreciate it.

This store is amazing! Has so many items and the staff is super helpful. Took time to help us find the items we were looking for and gave great explanations about the product. They have so many types of Primal food as well, we will definitely be coming back!

Great place. Super staff. Only pet store I know of where the staff will take the time to fit your dog to the right size harness. Love LOVE the personalized service.

The best Pet Store ever!

Wide variety of items for dogs, especially creative treat dispensers/puzzles that I've never seen at the larger pet store chains. The staff were helpful in choosing which sizes were most appropriate for my puppy.

Absolutely loooove this store. Holy smokes, talk about amazing customer service from Dawn and staff! I came in there asking about a coat and found the most perfect fit for my mini doxie, thanks to Dawn! My pup was greeted by a treat (with permission) and lots of loving attention. Dawn then went above and beyond and assisted with questions regarding different types of food diets and sent me home with different samples to try! The sheer volume of different products for your fur child is amazing. Looks like I found my go to pet shop! Thanks all for that impeccable customer service.

So helpful and knowledge. Bring in your pup or kitty while you shop. If they don't have what you are looking for no problem! They can get it within the week at a reasonable price. Often times they are cheaper than Amazon and their carbon footprint is less! Don't wait, stop in now for your pets needs!

Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Extremely helpful with every question and need I had. It had been a while since i had a puppy and Debbie (I think that was her name, I am horrible with names) helped ensure I got all the correct items I needed for my new pup!

This place is friendly and has ANYTHING a dog or cat would want!! Many untypical brands of treats and food. If you can't find what your looking for they'll order it and have it on stock just for you!! The people are very knowledgeable about the latest nutritional studies and scares in the dog / cat food world and will explain the significance of it all in laymen terms!

My dog pulls me from the street corner to try and come here, he loves it so much. The staff are really nice, very helpful, and you can tell they are passionate about animals. We buy all our dog items here.

Five stars for the stock and the service, less one for pricing. The staff are super friendly and they have EVERYTHING dog you could need. However the prices are all a little high. So thing Wholefoods in lieu of QFC. Much nicer experience, if you don't mind paying for that.
