I love the way everyone remembers Landon by name. The neurology department, ICU, surgical department and front desk have been so good to us during this difficult and stressful time. Very caring staff.

Came because of a life threating pet emergency. These folks took immediate control of the situation and took care of my dog and me.

The staff were so thoughtful and communicative through the entire experience. Even when I didnt think i needed an additional follow through with what was happening. I really appreciated it. In the end I felt they treated him dignified and compassionately. If simply just caring by the care center staff could of kept him alive it he would of pulled through. Its hard to find that level of compassion from strangers. They are a valuable resource to our pets and community.

I was thankful for the staffs quick reaction to start helping my pet. Although I wished at the end when we had to say goodbye to our fur baby that the vet would have been more gentle with his body. She picked him up for us to grab the cage under him and really struggled nearly dropping him. I have never had this experience it was very unsettling to watch my baby moments after death to be slung around. You were Upfront with costs but a bit unprofessional ie "the euthanasia costs $- bucks" gentler language would have been nice

The care center is great about explaining best and worst case scenarios. They gave options of treatment, which I appreciated. I want what's best for my cat, and I feel like he's getting the care that's best for him from Care Center. Explained the diagnostic tests without assuming the results.

Worst service ever. The vet assistant was very rude, as well as the front desk service has no idea what was going on. After being told we could take our puppy home to wait and it was a 9 hour wait that we would receive a call and we hadn’t …

I signed my dog up to be seen by this center at 9:34 am. I received a text at 1046 am to bring my dog in. After driving in and waiting for 3 hours to be seen, they came out and told us we can wait at home due to the number of critical care patients. That's perfectly fine with me. I understand and want critical care patients to be seen first; however, at 5:57 pm, I received a text that now, due to staff shortages, my dog couldn't be seen at all today. This was my first and last visit to this facility. If I wouldn't have been proactive and called around to find a vet to see her, I would now be sitting at Medvet. Luckily, another vet office considered it critical and was able to get her in. I feel I should have been told after the 3 hour wait that they could not see her. Instead, I wasted hours on a place that can't communicate or be up front about the potential she may not be seen. I will certainly not be back.

Everyone was polite and compassionate. They were very professional. They did best by being very sensitive to the situation.

My dog was having an allergic reaction to a vaccine from our vet earlier in the day and I called the front desk to explain the situation and they were professional and very sweet. They gave me instructions and in a timely manner I was able to get him in and checked out. The vet explained and informed us medication he was given to relieve his symptoms and when we picked him up he was a happy boy. They were giving us text updates on the status as well. Very happy with our experience and will be using them in the future for our fur baby.

We received the notification to report to the Center as assured, ahead of the estimated schedule. The service was professional and compassionate on New Year's eve weekend during a global pandemic. The diagnosis was accurate and well explained while same day treatment was provided. Scheduling and veterinarian client communication were ????????!

I am grateful to have a nice clean 24 hour emergency veterinary hospital close to us. The staff was very friendly and I appreciated their kindness. They made a difficult trip more manageable for me.

They took great care of our pet and were up front about costs and everything.

We had Karley in two days in a row. The staff and physicians that took care of her were very compassionate. Dr. Walters spoke to my husband and myself on her condition and our options. We made a difficult decision to have her put to sleep. The process was difficult but the staff was so kind and considerate of us to take as much time as we wanted with her before and after. My only comment is to other clients that are there. Please think about others who may be in the hospital with you. The clients in the room next to us had yelling and laughing children who were running up and down the halls

We came in for a yeast ingestion emergency. The staff was prompt and professional while also being pleasant and kind. Our expectations were exceeded at every turn and we feel comfortable coming here for future emergencies Accurate and quick diagnosis and treatment plan

My pet was lucky enough to NOT be in dire shape when I brought her in, but time was of the essence. Thanks to the advice from my one of my vets (Dr.Boller at Animal MD) to act quickly and the staff at Care Center, she was able to recover fully from her incident. I trusted the care we received and appreciated that the vet collaborated with me on what care options worked best for us, while providing everything we could for our pup. The staff here is so compassionate, professional, capable, and efficient. I watched them care for other much more urgent patients in my time waiting for my girl to be discharged, and I am amazed by everyone here. I would really give it 5 stars, but I think they might be short staffed (like everywhere right now) so that likely impacted wait times. Otherwise - definitely 5 star care. They will do their best for your 4 legged family member.

The team we worked with were very caring and through. They were very patient and helpful with answering our questions.

The people are very nice and sensitive to the needs of their clients. The med team was quick, which was important as every second mattered in my pet's condition.

Overall both of my visits (within a week of each other) were great. The only thing negative I would say is the lady who brought Chauncey out to be discharged the first visit was very obviously not happy with him and couldn't get rid of him fast enough as I guess he was not nice.. seeing how he had a large brain tumor I'm sure that explains it. Just wish she would of been a little nicer. Other than that great experience. The neurologist is fantastic and I truly appreciate his time Taking time to explain.. never felt rushed

I took a very sick stray cat from my neighborhood here. The staff were compassionate and really wonderful.

My young dog had a sudden and long seizure in the middle of the night. Upon arriving to the Care Center she had stabilized, but the front desk staff was still very attentive, prompt, and notified the team of a seizure dog to ensure she was taken care of promptly. A team member was out quickly and took her back to review vitals and draw labs. I was always provided updates and estimated timelines, the cost was reasonable, and I felt the veterinarian was very honest with me about how to proceed. I never felt like they were trying to perform anything that was not necessary. We will happily use them again for a pet emergency.

This place was amazing! The staff was so nice and completely understanding. I took my dog in for what I thought was an emergency but she ended up being just fine! And they made us feel comfortable and took great care of our Lola. And definitely cheaper than some other Emergency vets around. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent emergency pet care available 24/7. My pet needed to be seen immediately for some dental issues and I was able to get him in for treatment same day. I was met by a caring staff and attentive veterinarian technicians that evaluated my pet within a short time after arriving. My pet was treated with the utmost care and attention and we were out the door in under two hours. I highly recommend this facility for your emergency pet needs!

They are responsive and professional and give our dog great care.
