My dog suffers from a very rare disorder and the doctors and staff have been able to treat him and ensure that his life is full and that my time with him is as long as possible. Absolutely the greatest care I could ask for.

We have used this Vet for 2 dogs now, one had complete ACL(CCL) and meniscus tear, and one was neutered. Both doctors were fantastic and the surgeries and recoveries went great. Everyone from the doctors to the people answering the phones were very nice and patient and seemed to genuinely care for my dogs. Will be going back for anything that may arise in the future. EDIT: first dog had now had both knees fixed, operation and recovery went flawless both times.

What a breath of fresh air. This was our first visit to this facility and will not be our last. The entire staff is friendly, attentive and professional in all matters. We were greeted and checked in pleasantly and escorted to our room with our new addition to our family, our new boy Tuffy the puppy at almost 9 weeks old a shihtschon. Aka as teddy bear. The technician can in and reviewed our shot record and gathered all the needed information and advised up of the next steps and what would be happening next when they took our baby boy to get his shots and checkup. They brought back and the vet came into our room and broke down the observations from her checking him. She was definitely aware of our breed and informed her personal house had a breed similar to ours. She was very informative and informed us what was recommended, reviewed eating, what types of foods and why. Every took their time and answered all of our questions. We were not just a number. This facility compared to what we were going is like night and day difference. This place being a ray of sunshine and the brightness day. We are coming from Kettering due to not being able to find the professionalism and care that we have here. Our last facility would change the price of services from before the procedure etc to over inflated at time of or and after. They can't keep their appoints straight and their employees act on the most part as bing bothered by your visit. That was not the case at this facility. Thank you all for making this family feel like our member of our family is being well taken care of with professionalism and care that we were looking for. Bravo from the staff at greeting through the checking out and arranging our next visit. We will be recommending this facility as we were also.

They really gave my dog the most thorough examination and explained everything in terms that I could understand. They also gave me OPTIONS that no other vet offered. They're friendly caring and whenever I need immediate attention for my Marley, they have always got him in right away.

Very clean. Very thoural with explaining costs and procedures. Feline neutering is less expensive than other area veterinarians.

Dr. Holtz is great. Despite the pandemic going on she is very clear on the phone as to what's going on with my pets. My dog just had surgery and I couldn't be happier with the way everything was explained to me without even seeing her face.

Dr. Martin is the best veterinary that I have taken my dog to, she is a four year old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. We have tried three veterinarians prior to him and I was less than impressed with all of them. He preformed a CCL surgery on her in February and everything went very well, and she is doing great! He does a very good job at explaining what is going on and what needs to be done to correct it. When I left his office after the consultation I was very well informed and felt very good about what needed to be done. I would recommend Animal Medical Center of Springboro to anyone and I have to all my friends and family.

This place is amazing. Everyone who works there is so kind and the establishment is kept very clean. The vet helped us figure out what's wrong with our shepherd and even recommended a great specialist to help with his injury. When I had to rush our territory in for an emergency they were very helping and able to squeeze me in. Only down side is there prices are a little high, we would of stayed but due to income change had to find someone else. I still recommend though.

Dr Martin saved my Doodle Otis. He had been hit by a car and had a broken leg and hips. He fixed his leg and monitored my dog for the next few months to make sure he healed properly. He explained each step so throughly. Made me and my family at complete peace with leaving Otis in his care. His prices are reasonable and they way he and his staff care for the animals is exceptional. I couldn’t recommend him enough, wish there were 10 stars available. ⭐️ ⭐️

My cat Milo, it was his first visit there, and they made him feel very comfortable, even though he's an outdoor cat and is not very accepting of people, right away. They were very careful with him and made him feel really welcome. They were very efficient in telling me what they needed to do for him since he hasn't been to the vet in a long time, because his previous owners abandoned him.

We've been bringing our dogs here since 2004, and have always received excellent care and kind service. Dr Martin and Dr Pugh-Gilchrist exceed in their capacity to provide the best care for our pets, and they even sent us a boquet of flowers when our very old Labrador passed away. The entire staff are patient, friendly, and helpful.

We love Animal Medical Center. They have taken great care of pur puppy and always take the time to answer my endless and sometimes crazy questions.

Dr. Martin and his staff are compassionate knowledgeable and achieve the best results possible. My family has used this vet office since prior to Dr. Martin being the owner. Wonderful kind professional effective I wish there was a 6 star option available in this rating system.

Dr Martin did amazing surgery on our fur baby that we couldn't afford at the vet hospital. He literally saves his life. We were so impressed with the service, the skill, and the surgical ability. Highly recommend!
