It’s not everyday you can call a vet clinic and get right in especially a busy clinic, I called because one of our pets passed away and I was told to bring him right in. We had him privately cremated because he meant so much to us! Even though the staff was busy with other animals and surgery I got right in. My fiancé was very attached I got him a paw print and Ken the vet tech had brought it out and wanted to see what I thought first which meant a lot! They turned out perfect! Now we have him returned to us and we couldn’t be more relieved and grateful! Dr. Watters is a very caring vet and I couldn’t ask for a better staff!

Over the years, they have not only provided preventative care, but have also been there for difficult puppy births, canine lymphoma, and end of life care. They have always been extremely caring and professional, and very honest when discussing even the most difficult topics. I have referred many friends to their office, and will continue to do so.

My parents have always taken our family dogs here, and now I take mine here. Everyone is super friendly and understanding, and Heidi is very experienced and knowledgeable. Wouldn't trust anywhere else with my pet's health more!

I have taken our dogs and cats to Dr. Watters for over 20 years now. Obviously, I think she is a great vet, but not only that, she listens and understands the bond we form with our "kids". The staff has always been wonderful, kind and helpful, the new folks and the folks that have been there awhile. We have taken our cats to Lake Cable Animal Hospital for over 25 years, and have always been given great service. The staff is very friendly and professional, and have given the cats wonderful treatment (even when one of them acts like a little monster!). Dr. Watters is great -- very compassionate and understanding, always taking time to answer questions or discuss any concerns. They have been there for us in difficult times, such as surgeries and euthanasia, and continue to provide great preventive care.
