Two years ago I gave 5/5 stars. They were amazing. Today they say they are open 8-12... strange hours but okay. Call before I go and im sent to some nation wide call center. Now I have to order batteries and have them shipped. So what does this mean in the future should we have issues? Im starting to question my decesion on selecting such a "trusted" brand. Oh and did I mention that I was not informed of their closing (would have been nice). I do now have 2 collars with red flashing lights and a dog that has breached the fence. Hopefully they arrive quickly!

Supposedly, store is closed. An attempt to reach this location either by in person or telephone gets you a "nationwide" operator that provides needed products by mail or dispatches service technicians as needed.

Family member has had an Invisible Fence from here for years. Never had a problem untill more recently with the addition of two Beagle pups. They had gotten out on several occasions. She had bought new collars for them and two other dogs. The pups got out several more times. Had the collars set to the Maximum Correction Setting.. But still one has gotten out. He now is wearing Two Correction units and has gotten out.. Even went to Three collars. Called Invisible Fence and were informed they had a Bigger more Powerful collar for stubborn dogs a "Manager" has to come out and assess the situation before those can be purchased. She has to Wait untill Middle of September before That Happens. Used to be a Great Company.. Not to sure any more.

We have tried to get in touch with the tech to move our line forward. No one has called back. I’ve called numerous times, emailed and did an online request in the last 2 months with nothing. So, we’ve paid for an invisible fence that our dog is unable to use because the line is now in an unsafe area. We are using a lead instead. Nothing like paying a large sum of money for a leash hooked up to the porch. I would never have used this company if I knew how they ignored those who have already paid them.

The folks that come out are great, they are 5 star caliber. They lose points because they cannot schedule you via email or online. They need to get you on the phone to come to your home. A big company like this should be able to handle online booking. I am on the phone 80% of my day, I do t want to be on the phone anymore than I have to be. I am right in front of my email almost non stop, all day. No reason we need to connect on a phone call. Side note: I can understand why a business wants to get people on the phone before the initial appointment. My issues come after initial business is done.

My dogs and I are extremely happy with your product, service, and staff. I recommend you to everyone I know with pets. Nothing compares to the effectiveness. Best part is not having to trim or spray around it like traditional fences.

We've had an Invisible Fence since 1997. It is the BEST thing ever. They have great service and the office staff is the very best. So helpful, kind and considerate. Love them.

We absolutely love our invisible fence. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful owner/staff. My husband was skeptical about it working with our husky because he had read online that many huskies had escaped other fences but it works great for him! We have 4 dogs all trained on it and they all stay in the boundaries. Don’t think about another brand-we installed one ourselves from a box store first which our dogs would run through. Invisible fence company is the way to go!

Love our invisible fence! It gives my dog and I more freedom. I can let my him roam around our yard without worrying he will get through a gate or dig under a regular fence. Only maintainance is batteries but the helpful staff at the Canton location have me set up with a battery plan where batteries are mailed to me regularly. So easy and convenient!

Had a consultation/training for severe resource guarding and fights between my old dog and new dog. It was just what my pups and I needed. I learned how to give effective corrections. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting well balanced dogs.

We absolutely love our invisible fence. We have a boxer and it gives her the freedom to run in our entire yard. It keeps her safe and very happy!! Our only regret is that we did not get this sooner for our dog that we had before. Our salesman, Randy, was fantastic! He helped us train our dog and answered any questions we had along the way.

Great experience so far with Invisible Fence of Canton! Randy and Erick both did a great job on install as well as the training of my two dogs. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process. Plain and simple they are nice people who know what they are doing! My dogs are doing great with training and we are on our way to fully enjoying our yard. I wish we would have done this sooner!

I can't say enough about Invisible Fence of Canton, both product and service. We have two Bernese Mountain dogs and a "hi-drive" rescue pup. All were trained by Invisible Fence at different ages. The dogs are happy, safe and secure. Chasing squirrels, their favorite pastime, effectively ends at our property line. Great service too. Thank you for everything.

Have had IF for 20+ years and never a problem, 3 dogs remain on property and only maintenance is replacing batteries in collars. Highly recommended!

My experience with Invisible Fence was fantastic all around. Terrific customer service and the installation took hardly any time at all! After seeing how great it worked we immediately suggested the Invisible Fence line of products to all of our pet owning friends and family!
