Very efficient and clear on communication

Dr was very rough with scared, Ferrell cat. Turned carrier upside down & shook it to get cat out, which made her more STRESSED. I won't ever go back there & I have told friends the same. The girls I saw were VERY nice & helpful.

They always take wonderful care of the animals brought there, we've been with them for both our dogs and my granny's and they've been outstanding every time.

This place is one of the best vet ever! We needed a USDA accreditation for our great dane for international travel. All other vets in Ohio said they can't do it, it's to much work, they are to busy ecc, not Apple hill Animal hospital. They researched everything we needed they contacted us reminding us what to bring and informed us the of the procedures. Once we saw the Veterinarian, Alyssa, she checked our dog and was super gentle and professional. Then she took al the time needed to fill out all the documentions. She even check in that all documents have been recived on her day off. The staff at the reception have been so friendly and helpful! In short this place is perfect!

I really hate waiting outside while they go in but at least I know they're in good hands.

Dr. Grossman always kind and caring

So appreciative of the care provided by Apple Hill and Dr. Hatala. Our dog, Zooey, is our baby and we have come across multiple medical issues over the recent months. Dr. Hatala has given accurate diagnosis and treatment. She contacts us immediately and is there to help. We are so lucky to have found such a fantastic physician. Thank you Apple Hill staff as well. You are all amazing!

Stressed me and my dog out! I had the first appointment, they said come 10 minutes early, well...they took me 20 minutes later than my appointment. I might still be waiting there if I didn't call and tell them I was waiting in the parking lot. Overall, the staff was helpful and caring.

Our first time there and we're very impressed by all the staff we dealt with so very friendly and very professional we will be back with our puppy for their care and service.

The office staff is extremely helpful and kind. And Dr. Rust is an incredible, amazing doctor! She is kind, gentle and very cautious. We are so grateful and blessed to have her for our kitties.

One of the most expensive vet clinic in northeastern Ohio. But They helped my Golden because he gets frequent yeast infections in his ears due to swimming. For the quick check and ear drops of one dose I paid $135. I found another vet who’s great and much cheaper. I’ll be picking up my file shortly.

The best vets around! We moved away from the area, but still make the drive to see Dr. Hatala! The staff is kind, professional, and prompt. Not to mention, they remember every pet that comes through those doors and how to best support them.

Friendly staff is warm and welcoming. They took wonderful care of our cat on multiple occasions. I highly recommend them.

I recently went to apple Hill with my pup, couldn't go in because of covid, they didn't call me the next day with the results of her test. I called them, the test was in but told me I have to wait for the vet that seen me. Not good any if the vets there could have called, it was for geardia. Long story short, she missed a heart murmur, and when I called there of my concerns, Dr. Grossman hung up on me, professional, NOT

We will be forever grateful for the responsiveness, and care we received at Apple Hill. We had an emergency with a puppy we had just adopted from SC. They quickly diagnosed that he had internal bleeding, called ahead to the veterinarian hospital where he received two blood transfusions over the next week. They saved little Giuseppe Luca's life!

The staff was really great! Dr. Grossman helped us so much with our special needs minature poodle. (He is diabetic and blind). Thank you for taking the time to go over everything and giving us some suggestions Dr. Grossman!

Always Pleasant and very thorough. They truly care about your pet.

We ended up here as a means to try and find a more reasonably priced vet nearby. This ended up being a little more expensive after everything was said and done. Got out RX for his heartworm and flea control and found it cheaper online. However, they require a fax from our vet. They not only refused to fax over the prescriptions to (claiming VetRX could misuse the Vets signature) but then lied to us about it actually being faxed, when in fact it, was not. Now 5 days later and this still hasn't been resolved. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Going back to Greystone.

Dr. Grossman is amazing! We loved her and if we didn't move, we would definitely be bringing our cats to her forever. Shes so sweet, she really loves animals, and she is very good about explaining everything and communicating with us. My only complaint is that a select few of the receptionists are not very good - general confusion, poor communication, a little rude, etc.

Dr Hatala and staff are so helpful and they love the animals! I use take my westie snowie there AND now I take my shihpoo Josie.

Apple Hill has always been so accommodating and thoughtful with our 2 dogs. The care is top notch but is done respectfully for what you want or don't want for your pet. The treatments are affordable (especially compared to stories I've heard about other vet clinics) and you're never pressured into something you're not comfortable with. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Rust--she made herself available in challenging times over the holidays and was very caring and compassionate with our pup. We got the right treatment to avoid a painful surgery. Highly recommend all the staff including the front office and techs!

They were extremely nice and caring here. They saved my cats life by giving here what she needed. They even donated some things to me because i couldn't afford to spend a ton to save her.

Fantastic staff. Never had anything but warm friendly delightful service, and Dr. Grossman is incredible. So thankful to have found this place...seriously, this is the vet you hope and look for when you move. They're wonderful!

Everyone here is so friendly. They are also quite thorough and do an excellent job of staying on schedule.

Great place for your pets.

Really great group. Feel like Dr. Grossman and her team are part of our family. Both our "pups" feel totally comfortable and safe during veterinary care and boarding.

Dr. Rust is amazing. She makes me feel as though my dog her is her own. I have never saw bedside manner in a vet like this before. The whole staff is cordial and the prices are fair.
