The 1st time I came in was the same time I had to have my best friend of 11.5 years put to sleep. The staff was so understanding and let me have all the time my family and I needed. They stayed late for us as well. I will absolutely bring pets here from now on.

I've actually taken my animals to different veterinarians before & in a pinch I needed a Vet when I stumbled upon Bethel Community Pet Hospital. I absolutely LOVE the staff and the Doctor at this office, they are so patient & sweet with the animal's no matter how long it takes. Their office is so warm & inviting with an effect that feels like home

This is my first time dealing with these people they don't seem to be price gouging or trying to trick you into doing things that you're not asking for so I will let you know as my experience continues that she how they do with neutering my boy dog

We've been going here for several years after switching from our previous vet. We were looking for a place that would provide quality care without feeling like we were being upsold for something everytime we brought our pets in. I feel like the veterinarians, and all the staff here, treat our pets like they were their own. I always leave feeling like the care received was exactly what my pets needed, without a shocking bill at the end. I love my pets, but just like my own healthcare, their care needs to be reasonable and appropriate for the given concern or condition. That is what we get here, with genuine care and concern for our pets health. I trust the staff here and feel so welcomed anytime we come in. So glad we found our family vet!

I love taking my dog Jeepers to BCPH. The staff is friendly and caring. She has always received exceptional care. And the prices are reasonable.

Took my 4 month old boxer Otis here, and had a great experience, he got some vaccines and rabies shot, and ended up having a allergic reaction, so I brought him in the next morning and they were very kind and helpful, especially me being panicked about my pup. They gave him an IV and he came back out good as new. I highly recommend their services. Very kind and professional. Thanks

Edit to add: Just walked in to pick up my pets charts. They knew who I was enough to be able to charge all kinds of bills to me this year. Knew enough to recognize which account I am under and which charts I needed. Refusing to discuss actual diagnosis or make the time to discuss WHY they did what they did. This place is dangerous. Read on for more. Picked my dog up from a cleaning and they willy nilly decided to extract several teeth. No request for treatment, no indication as to WHY, no alternative treatment proposed. As a medical professional this is appauling, and bad practice. To say I am livid is an understatement. If you want your dog to be a toothless bethel hillbilly this might be a good idea for you to try out. Now, moving on to the actual logistics of what happened today: When you extract teeth, the opposing dentition has a tendency to migrate towards a force to stop. Because my dog no longer has his SIX front bottom teeth, eventually (sooner rather than later) the top teeth will begin working their way out. He is less than 1/3 of the way through his life expectancy. Soon to be halfway to edentulous. Bone resorbtion will cause his cute little facial features to appear sunken in. And this is all without considering alternative treatment. Now I'm sure this country vet isn't capable of providing additional dental services to canines, but that doesn't mean that other vets aren't qualified to do so. I wasn't looking for a hack job here. This is a member of my family. He has no voice of his own. I am aware he was in need of his cleaning, and aware that there was probably periodontal issues at large. We came in for a CLEANING. If additional treatment was necessary we can address that as it becomes apparent. Bad standard of care. This isn't the first issue with low quality care from this place but it surely was the worst and last. We also had a biopsy done a month ago on another dog. No results were given though they were happy to charge fee after fee. Just given a "negative to cancer" and "go ahead and take out the stiches on your own". Hack job. Don't ignore the red flags and always trust your gut. We will be moving vets due to lack of compassion and care.

Just recently started going here with our German Shepherd that was having a lot of issues with her ears. We thought she had ear mites but the vet found out quickly it was a bacteria infection. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw an improvement in our pup the same night after she was treated. Also did not cost us a kidney either! Lol Would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had to put my boy down. And the staff. And Dr Kelly. Is absolutely fantastic. They made the process so much easier and less painless. There will never be another vet in our animals life. Can't say enough ????

It was okay. Had old dog and brought inside with old dog body. Many people stared with their young and fresh pets and some looked compassionate. What is a vet for if not to help old and aging animals? City vets are different than the country vets because I have frequented both. But most don't seem to help much either way. It must be harder on them to understand animals because animals cant verbally speak and tell them what it wrong. Vets have to play a guessing game sometimes and a lot of times they guess too late.
