I have always shopped here for everything I need. It is a great store. Recently, I had the best customer service experience from one of their employees, Blue. She was awesome. People always complain about customer service today. I wanted to make sure she was recognized for how good she is.

Great pet store to shop although the food selection is difficult right now. This store is fine though.

Need to hire more people

Store is NOT run properly and management takes advantage of the teenagers working for them. They get minumum wage and no proper training. The store manager is the most condescending person ive ever met. I cant even shop here anymore because im met with hostility as i am an ex-employee. The animals are also not properly taken care of because of the standards set by corporate. Ive seen plenty of sickly small animals here

You can't beat Pet Supplies Plus for your pets needs.

Great service, clean store, Stef in the grooming salon is excellent and takes such pride in her work. I’m only giving a 4 star and not a 5 because I believe the advertisements for walk in nail trims should be changed to “by appointment only” as to alleviate some of the pressure on the groomers who may be taking care of clients who made appointments for grooms previously. Either that, or hire a specific nail trim person. Too much pressure on one person isn’t ok. Otherwise, love the store and grooming salon!

Had a lot of problems getting money returned for 4 fish that died on way home. Had a receipt but that didnt make a difference to the guy at the register.will probably go somewhere else now

This is my go to place for fish, pet supplies and dog grooming services. The staff is friendly and always happy to help.

The store's shelves are always bare when I shop at the Bethel Park Pet Supplies Plus store. They never have any of the products I need for my dog and rabbit. Also, the store associates never can give a precise answer to the stocking of their products. It's always the same answer, "I do not know".

Always good prices. Recently found out about their grooming, and they have a puppy service option for grooming as well, which I haven't found anywhere else.

They have a great variety and good service

I brought my dog in for grooming and after 30 minutes, the groomer called me saying that my dog is not cooperating and she can't do anything. She wanted me to come and pick him up immediately. And l understand that they're very busy sometimes but that's not the reason to be rude to customers.

New puppy owner so went in with questions, a list but above all looking for that guidance I thought my breeder or vet would provide. First store is big, bright, clean and well organized. Second, Blue is EXACTLY what I was hoping to find...gave some guidance, recommendations and suggestions for some great products! There are several stores to get what I need in the area but this will be my number one choice!

Food was good. Staff was nice, parking is a little difficult.

The people who work here are VERY kind and knowledgeable. Adriana dropped what she was doing and helped me out with an urgent Mouse care issue and I couldn't be more grateful. She knew exactly what I needed and was super nice about helping me and giving me knowledge that she had gained over the years. Great store, great people.

Good staff and Blue is a great and kind manager! Unfortunately people keep stealing the probiotic packets and the store is opening them to batch in the back which instead they should put them all in the office unopened. Opening up packages and using rubber bands or tape to band a 30 count isn't the best option because they rip open:(

They have a decent product selection and variety for most all pet types! I'm a steady customer

Have taken my puppy there many times and each time I upgraded my package to have her nails electric filed. When I picked her up I paid first and was then told that they were unable to complete her nail file because she was uncooperative. I asked then why I was charged and she just shrugged her shoulders. I let it go I am sure my dog wasn’t the best and the groomer tried. I just took her yesterday and once again paid to have her nails electric filed and the groomer assured me that she would this time. Welp same thing happened, I then said why did you charge me for it then and she explained that there were other things on the package that she did so I would have to pay for that. I would not have upgraded if she hadn’t assured me. Never again I will not return with my pet to be ripped off a third time!!!!

Stock is kinda low on pet food sometimes, but that's not why it got an average rating. The average rating is giving because the staff is either awesome, or terrible..

Very busy week, out of dog food for my little girl!! I went online to Pet Supplies Plus and ordered her food to be delivered. Placed the order very late on Wednesday. The food was on my porch, wrapped securely, waiting for me when I got home. Hannah never missed a morsel! Thank you, PSP!!!❤

Had to drive out to get my puppy his second set of shots because the vet couldn’t get him in. It’s a bit of a drive for me but it was worth it. The store staff was attentive as soon as we walked in the door. The vet staff was nice and explained everything well. It was super quick and easy.
