I can't say enough about how great this place is. Everyone is so caring and compassionate with every visit and every phone conference. I've been coming here for only a few months, and I plan to bring all my pets here.

Kind staff and knowledgeable providers. It's amazing the range of treatment they offer for exotics. I won't take my bunny any place else! They saved his life.

We took our two cats here for initial check up and update on shots. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue I have with this vet is their prices. Other reviews stated that they were reasonably priced, but we paid over $300 for their visit and we were quoted $500 to spay our kitten!! The prices seem somewhat unreasonable but we chose this vet because it’s only a few minutes from our home and our cats don’t like the car.

Brought our precious kitten in acouple times and they provided us with amazing and professional care! Will be coming here from now on!

The staff and doctors are top notch and treat you and your pets like family. They have repeatedly saved my pet(s) life thru medicine.

They are fully staffed with doctors and techs. It is nice to have a location that provides great treatment to animals. They are very friendly and care about your pet.

It’s a shame you can never get your pet in when it’s an emergency.

I have been using Dr. Seigert and her staff since they opened on Broughton Road. They are like family now and I trust them with my babies 100%.

We had by far the best veterinary experience in our 50+ years at Bethel Park Animal Clinic. The staff made it clear right away that our chocolate lab and his needs were very important to them. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very caring. No overselling of products, bloodwork or testing. Thorough exam, great recommendations and lots of treats! So thankful we switched to this animal clinic.

The staff is nice enough but they are way overpriced

I’ve gone here for a couple of months now for my 3 ferrets after their last vet clinic let their exotic vet go and we had to find a new place to go. I wish I would’ve come here before I ever went to the last place! They are all so kind and so helpful here, you can tell that they genuinely care about each animal that comes in. The only downside is that they’re so busy, but if you’re just understanding that they’re busy for a reason (because they’re amazing!), it’s very easy to look past going back for your appointment a little bit late. In the last two weeks two of my babies have had to go in for emergency visits, and were both able to be seen that day with great care! I got results of testing for both of them very quickly and was given an array of options for treatment for both of them, as they knew I was tight on money. Both of my babies are feeling much better right now, and one has surgery tomorrow morning to remove multiple bladder stones. They were very patient with the many questions I had about the procedure and treatment, and they let me know every detail and I truly appreciated that they were so upfront and honest and not trying to sugarcoat anything just to make me feel better. Long story short, my little stinkies and I love the people and care here! Dr Backus and Dr Goldstein are both wonderful vets for ferrets and me and my stinky slinkies are so grateful to have them as our vets!

I never went, called to get a price to have a bunny fixed and it was over 500.00 for a 5 lb rabbit.

Very busy, everyone was really nice was raining let me come inside & wait. Doc was very gentle with my cat, suggested a few things, blood work was late In Coming back & it took a while for doc to call. Otherwise I would have given a 5.

Been going to them over a yr in the most part they are good. She did get hurt on sun I called told them about her foot they could not see her till Fri. I could not wait foot got swollen and I had to find an emergency clinic I did and she is better now. Such a shame considering looking for an emergency vet they are in there for emergency but they would see a client. Might consider changing vets.

Have seen many of the doctors and staff here and everyone has been very kind and attentive. Gentle with pets, great customer service and fair pricing compared to other vet clinics. Overall very satisfied after spending 3 years with them as our pet's vet.

Horrible service. We have a 13 week old puppy who broke her foot about a month ago. We have had her foot wrapped at 2 different vets before this one with no problems. We took her in yesterday for a wrap and they did a horrible job. It fell off within an hour. We have never had this problem before. We came back the next day and asked if they could rewrap it. They did and yelled at us as if it was us who did it. We take great care of our dog and listen to all vets requests. They wrapped the foot again and charged us DOUBLE the amount the day before. We asked the vet why we were being charged and she said because we needed a new splint. Why weren’t we given a new splint in the first place? The lady who cashed us out even complained saying that we should not be charged. Yet we ended leaving paying an insane amount for a horrible job. NEVER COMING BACK!!
