Dr. Turenne helped us this past spring when our dog was declining after a cancer diagnosis. We did a telehealth visit and worked with her over many emails and phone calls to make some changes with her diet to support her health while on medication and after radiation. Unfortunately the cancer was terminal and eventually we needed to say goodbye to our sweet girl. Our dog lived with anxiety and we wanted to give her a peaceful death at home. I cannot express enough how responsive, caring, and helpful Dr. Turenne was through the whole experience. The kindness, empathy, and care we experienced, as well as the compassion and calming presence Dr. Turenne blessed our dog with, made her death as peaceful as we could have hoped for. Because we could put our trust is Dr. Turenne, we were able to fully focus on filling the space with love for our dog.

So professional and compassionate. We could not have found a better vet to help us care for, and eventually say goodbye to, our dog. I would also definitely rely on Four Paws for routine, wholistic vet care in addition to end-of-life care. Having someone come to our home made all the difference when our dog couldn't ride in the car. Dr. Turenne presented options to us, explained everything well, and has a lot of knowledge. She not only helped our dog, but also helped our family navigate a difficult time.

Dr. Monica is a saint! She agreed to see our twenty year old kitty after her regular vet couldn’t fit her in. Dr. Monica and her staff were so responsive and caring. Helped us try lots of things to make things better and then helped us make the hard decision we knew was coming. Would recommend her with no hesitation, TRULY a wonderful and caring Veterinarian!

Haven't been was looking for a 24 hour vet this place clearly shows they are open 24/7 but they are NOT they are only open Monday through Thursday not 24/7 no weekends no fridays.....

Last October, out of nowhere, our 10-year-old pups’ health began to spiral downhill. Desperate to find answers, we decided to research different approaches for his care. We liked that Dr. Turenne, doesn’t just treat the symptoms. Dr. Turenne and her team are committed to figuring out the “why” and treating the illness. Preventative care is a part of the equation as well (changes in diet, supplemental support). Bruno is now 11 years old and acting like an 8-year-old pup. Caring and compassionate, thank you all.

Extremely disappointed. My dog has anxiety going to the vet. I thought a mobile vet would be easier as they can meet outside. Without even meeting my Dog or making an effort to see her in person and after taking money for supplements and medicine and virtual visits and after being told I could be helped. I was met with an email today saying my dog would be too difficult to help and that I would need to go somewhere else. Really bummed I am just getting this email now and without ever meeting my Dog and should have been told from the beginning that this would be something too difficult for them. I could have spent the last 5 months of correspondence finding a Vet that was actually willing to help me vs taking my money.

Dr. Turenne and her staff, Giuliana, Annie, and Kelli, have treated my animals as if they were their own, a true testament to the quality of their work and care. I cannot say enough about this team, and can only express my profound gratitude for their compassion, expertise, open-mindedness, creativity, and tenacity in their care of my Louis and me.

Dr. Turenne provided excellent end of life care to my Nola. She took the time to listen and developed a plan of care that treated Nola's symptoms and allowed her a peaceful natural death at home. Dying is inevitable, but dying badly is not and Dr. Turenne ensured a peaceful passing.

I so appreciated their compassion and calm when they came to put my cat out if his suffering. It was the best possible experience.

My wife and I are writing to express our whole hearted appreciation and recommendation for Dr. Monica Turenne's support during the last weeks of our 13 year old Golden's life. She had good days and bad days and Monica worked with us daily to try different med combinations to stabilize her condition. Sadly the day came when we knew it was time. We called Monica and she promptly came over (even though it was a Sunday during her vacation week.) Our beautiful girl was able to pass peacefully being held by her loving humans. It is the greatest gift to let her go in her own home with no stress or anxiety! Since her passing, Monica has kept in touch offering support and sympathy for our loss. Monica, typical of the hospice workers we have met, experience their work as a special calling and passion. We will never forget her expertise, and caring ways with us, as well as our beloved pet. 1/10/2019

Sammy is my service dog and I am so happy that he can get the care he needs specific for his breed and mobility. We think Four Paws is the Best! We love how Dr. Monica incorporates just what Sammy needs ~ holistic or conventional ~ so he can get the treatments possible and continue his work which is very much needed. I recently had to have my beloved cat put down. She was losing a battle with cancer and the whole situation was extremely painful as we have had the cat for well over 16 years. Dr. Turenne made what would be an excruciating situation so much better. She was professional and compassionate and put our minds at ease during the whole procedure. I would highly recommend Four Paws and Dr. Turenne for anyone going through this. Another note - home euthanasia is a much better option than having to bring a pet to a vet. I have now been through both situations and have to say unequivocally that it is much more humane and peaceful having it done at home where the animal is comfortable. House calls are typically more expensive, but for the comfort and happiness of the pet it is SO worth it.
