I’ve boarded my cat here for one week and the staffs were amazing; in addition to feeding and litter cleaning, they offer a 1 hour playtime for 8 bucks a day. My cat seems to have had a good time here! Definitely recommend.

This was my first time boarding my 2 bunnies. When I came to pick them up, they were completely comfortable, taking a nap. Drop off and pick up were extremely easy. My bunnies were well taken care of; kept separate from the kennels where the dogs would have stressed them out. I would recommend this place to anyone who has bunnies they need boarded!

My dog LOVES to come hear. She gets a TON of attention. She practically runs to the door and pulls so hard on her leash, she's actually pulling me along!!

I take my dog Oliver to be groomed by Stacy. Oliver loves going there and he looks so handsome when I take him home. Love the staff and clean environment.

I can't sing enough praise for the staff at Creature Comforts! We have a special needs dog and they bend over backwards to make him comfortable. I never thought he would be able to handle being boarded but they recommended starting with short stays (2-4 hours) and build up to overnight stays. We did this over a month and a half before we left him there for 10 days. He has acclimated so well! And they don't mind when I bring in his "suitcase" full of toys, bedding, goodies, and meds. Now I can relax when I'm away because I know that he is in good hands.

We have been customers there for years for our dogs. The staff has always been very polite and most importantly out animals seem to enjoy their stay. We call the kennel their spa. Hope it stays the same.

I have used this facility twice since 2014 to board my cat. So far, my experience has been very good. They have nice size suites for the cats with a window view. They are $10 more than the crates, but she has a view and more room to move around. Their facility is large and very clean. I will continue to use them.

It is dirty and smells.. My dog returned home smelling and with a trim that was frightful for a tune of $45.00. When I asked for someone to fix the groomers work they told me to go somewhere else or return to the same groomer. If they are disrespectful to human beings it is of great concern about how they may treat a defenseless animal My dog was stressed out by this place. Management is arrogant.

Beware the grooming staff is very mean, rude, and hurtful. After waiting for an appointment I took my dog into them to be groomed. My appt was at 9am and the groomer was not there yet. Another older tall woman started talking to me about my dog. She was talking down to me saying "when was the last time you groomed your dog?". She actually came over and pulled hair out of the hind quarters of my dog and said he would have to be shaved down. My dog was fearful of her after she did that. Then the groomer that was late came in and was like "deers in head lights" listening to the older woman talk about my dog. I left my dog even though my gut told me not to because I waited so long for my scheduled appointment. It was not 10 mins later I received a call and was asked to pick up my dog. That two of them could not pick him up for the tub and that he was to scared. When I arrived the older woman lectured me about how a scared dog is worse than an aggressive dog. I immediately called another groomer and told them how and what happened. They made me an appointment and I have waited until my dog was groomed there before I wrote this review. I went to Groom N Go on Industrial, they have a tub with stairs so your dog can walk right in and they have grooming tables that lower to the floor so that the animals do not have to be picked up. They were so kind and told me that my dog did not need to be shaved and that if he was shaved it would of ruined his coat. They also told me that my dog did great. They did such a good job, my dog looked amazing. So my advice to any one reading this review is beware of Creature Comforts Grooming their vet service is not as bad.

My Dachshund Mix is cared for and groomed at Animal Kingdom/Creature Comforts. It's a one place does it all establishment.(Doggy Doc, Pet Grooming and Boarding) I am totally comfortable with everyone I deal with there. They have a genuine concern for animals, without any of the Doctors or Staff putting pressure on me to do unnecessary tests. My dog has been there numerous times probably because I am a little neurotic about him never being sick or in any kind of pain. I want him comfortable at al times. I am hesitant to hand him over to just anyone. Right now he is there being boarded for a week or two and I will sleep well knowing he is there. The place is kept spotless, and the appearance is very warm, and on a huge piece of property. There are walking trails I didn't even know about until today. I did an overnight test stay two days ago and of course my dog was happy to see me pick him up. However his stay didn't seem to have any effect on him at all. When I brought him back today he was not showing any signs of "please don't leave me here". He walked right in too his quarters and is there now with plenty of room to move around in a nice sized kennel. I am confident he will be well cared for and kept occupied. The price for his stay is very reasonable. I highly recommend them for all pet needs. I will add to this or write another review upon my return. ( today is 07/26/2014)

I dropped off my little 5 pound Pomeranian Rocko the last weekend in June. They dropped him and Broke His Leg. Then put him back in the cage unattended. He suffered all night without care. When I was contacted in the morning he was next door at the Vet. I spoke to the groomer and she told me all the details. My thoughts were that the person that dropped him was more afraid of losing her job than the welfare of a helpless dog. The only thing the Vet next door cared about was telling me they were not connected to Creature Comforts. Funny because that is why I used them. I thought if anything happened he would have close by medical attention. She is also married to Creature Comforts owner Steve Marsh. This place looks good on the out side but truth is they really don't care about animals or have a emergency plan. I spoke to Steve Marsh he didn't even know or care about the details. I am crying in Florida and he was saying to me I had a horse once that had a fracture and I didn't know it. I just lost it and screamed at him this is a 5 pound dog that was left all night alone to suffer and you compare him to a horse? I called my Vet Dr Ajaib Dhaliwal at Michigan Avenue Animal Hospital. I told him what happened, the first thing he said to me was do you want me to pick him up? At that point Anna from the front desk was already driving him to Dr Dhaliwal. Anna was the only person that stepped up to help from Creature Comforts and I greatly apreciate her help. From then on Dr Dhaliwal took care of everything, made him comfortable did the Xrays and dertermined the surgery needed. Dr Dhaliwal stayed late on a Saturday night and did the surgery, he put a plate in his leg. By the time we made it home he was recovering nicely. He is doing very well now and walking fine. Creature Comforts never contacted me after in any way to ask how Rocko was.
