I've been here a few times now with my cat and the staff has been very quick to get me in and out but still friendly and loving to my baby. I'll keep coming back ????????

Very good team. I highly recommend Cedar Creek. They handled my overly emotional self and my overly aggressive cat gracefully. I recommend them to my sister for her dog, since her visit she has called me at least half a dozen times talking about how much she liked them and how happy she was with her experience.

Staff VERY friendly and helpful and the doctor took time to discuss my pet with me.

We brought our goldendoodle in to be neutered. The secretary I talked to during scheduling was very informative and helpful. When I came in to drop him off they waited for him to be comfortable to be weighed. They were very kind and professional. Once he woke up from surgery I got a phone call to let me know he did well and was awake. The nurse went over all care instructions and any questions I had. We picked him up and he was super happy and snuggly. I missed the call today, but they called to check in to make sure he was doing well. I'm thankful to have found a veterinarian that supports our care plan for our pup and are very professional.

Super friendly staff and impressively clean office and patient rooms. No "vet office" smell! Dr. Stover and her team took my turtle in for an emergency visit and were so gentle and knowledgeable. Dr. Stover is very understanding and empathetic, and doesn't make you feel bad for not knowing something about your pet's care. Both my turtle and cat are the calmest they've ever been at the vet when they see her and her team (also at Animal Hospital of Syracuse).

Terrible! They overlooked a major problem trying to fix a minor one which was caused by the bigger problem, and now my dog has passed away. Spending to much time on unnecessary treatment that wasn’t working and I had to continually restart BECAUSE IT WASN’T THE PROBLEM. They are very much about money making or just negligent. Wouldn’t bring another pet there if their life depended on it!

My puppy loves Cedar Creek Vet so much, he cried when they left the room. Cedar Creek is very clean and has an extraordinary staff.

Our visit to Cedar Creek was great! The staff was friendly and courteous, and very accommodating for our dog, who can be aggressive towards other dogs and cats. They worked with me on the appointment time and helped me make sure we avoided contact with other animals while entering and exiting the office. All my questions were answered and the examination was thorough. We will definitely be returning!
