Our appointment was at 5pm, but we left home early to make sure we were on time due to the snow, and when we checked in, were told they could take us almost a half hour early. We were out about 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment. Friendly staff, and the vet was very helpful over the phone.

The docs always treat my baby right. I love this place‼️

Very timely, they will take domesticated Norwegian rats (Also known as "fancy rats" to some)! I was in and out in about 40 minutes. The staff was very friendly and supportive of my concerns. I run sapphire rattery if anyone would like to know where this review is coming from :)

This is an amazing place. I moved to the Ypsi/Ann Arbor area recently and needed a new veterinary office, which really worried me. I also have horrible allergies to my cat and wanted to start grooming to try to keep dander and hair under control (grooming a cat, lol ????). I called four other offices, and this is the only place that offered both veterinary and grooming services in the same building. More importantly, the staff here is absolutely incredible. I had taken my cat to two other groomers, where I got feedback that she was "ungroomable." But from the first call I made to the office, they stood out in customer service. I explained in probably too much detail what my experience and situation was, and office admin praised Carrie (their resident groomer) to the skies as "the cat whisperer." Carrie's speciality happens to be the "ungroomable" type of cat. She wasn't lying, and Carrie grooms my cat regularly now. The staff are all jewels, and they continue to remain so even as my cat grows less..."cooperative." My cat is now both a veterinary and grooming patient, and I can't say enough about the quality of care offered here. They truly care about their animals, and as a bonus, they are very Covid-conscious. I saw them maintain protocols faithfully all throughout the pandemic and then some, which protects not only the health of their furry clients, but the health of their fleshy ones. I have so much peace of mind knowing that I've got a safe place to take my pet for all her crazy needs. Give them a call. I'd rate them 10 stars if I could!

Constantly trying to get more money from you. My dog is incredibly sweet but a little anxious, and they would constantly try to sell me and upcharge me for sprays and collars to “calm” my dog. My dog was severely limping and they told me they would need to sedate her to get X-rays, I have never heard of this unless they’re aggressive? Just another way to get money from you. They are incredibly unresponsive and unreliable, when my dog was limping I ended up taking her to another vet where she was immediately given blood tests and X-rays to identify that she actually has Lyme disease and not a soft tissue issue like all creatures identified. They also do not provide you any information up front, had to call to ask about flea/tick medications, had to call to ask about heart worm prevention, just all around not a great vet. If you want to save yourself time and money and not have to call a million times to get answers, go to a different vet that actually cares about your animal. Techs are very nice and kind, not so much anyone else.

I drive 45 minutes and past at least a dozen other vet clinics to see Dr. Zechar and Dr. Alexander. They are both easy to work with, responsive when you have questions, and obviously care about the animals they are caring for. I wouldn't take my hounds anywhere else!

Took our cats here for their yearly rabies shot. Person over the phone was incredibly sweet, as was the doctor that examined them. A little more pricey than the humane society, but also the only place that would take us on such short notice. Will definitely be coming back.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1. They messed up on giving me proper instructions and made me pay for replacement medicine and refused to take any sort of blame. Thee would rather have the money than admit fault and just say it was your fault not ours. They're just scammers. There were no instructions on the instruction sheet about the issue I had nor was it in the video and I have the proof. Keep lying, I can admit a mistake, can you?

I brought in my (m, <1) hedgehog. The doctor did a great job handling him and she was great about connecting with me as the pet owner and about explaining what she was doing and why. When he was almost at the end of his course of meds, the doctor called to follow up on his condition. I could really tell from all my interactions with medical and administrative staff that everyone there cares deeply for animals.

We took our baby hedgehog in today for his first vet visit! all is well with Mr. Hank! Thanks for taking good care of him!

Dr. Alexander is very thoughtful and thorough. Her honesty and thoughtfulness is what everyone needs in a veterinarian.

Wonderful staff and doctors. Very responsive and communicative.

I love this place! Dr. Alexander along with Jerry and the other staff did an amazing job with Pedro today, even with curbside due to Covid, a whole series of needed shots, and Pedro not being terribly chill.

They were prompt and attentive in caring for my little guinea pig. Took great care of her and I felt listened to and included in the plan. Really wonderful attentive staff, will definitely be bringing my cavies here for future needs as well.

We just said goodbye to our last doggy, Baby. This was the third dog we have had to say goodbye to and all at this clinic. Service and care is incredible. Thank you for all you do.

Pros: they were able to get us in very quickly Cons: more expensive than other vets, despite them not really doing anything. Also got charged for a clip & clean but my baby came out filthy. Didn't discuss a post appointment care plan with us. I honestly wish I could get a partial refund as we have to take my pet somewhere else.

I have been taking my guinea pigs to this vet for a few years. Both Dr. Alexander and Dr. Zechar are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer any questions I may have during an appointment. My guinea pigs are in excellent care here. The entire staff are very friendly and do their best to make your appointment as smooth as possible. It is well worth the 20 minute drive coming here.

The first couple times I've called to make an appt I was taken care of. I've called twice recently and have not got a call back. I would to be able to get my cat in soon.

I have been coming to this clinic for about 3 years now. Everyone here is very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely kind hearted. They do very well with my chinchilla. I will always recommend this clinic!

Ive been bringing my dogs here since 2001...they do an amazing job! The staff is so nice. The care is outstanding. And the grooming service is also fantastic! My dogs love coming here.

VERY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I brought 3 of my cats in for a wellness check few months ago and gave the staffs of this clinic details of my previous vets. They were supposed to get information of their vaccines etc and reschedule an appointment with me to get my cats back to the clinic. Now, I do understand it is covid now and I should give them time, which i did. Much to my horror, 3 months later (today) I called and they don't even have my records on their system. This is super unprofessional as I have been waiting for a callback to bring my cats in again. With this experience, I do not trust them when they say my cat pooping blood is NOTHING WRONG. I will be bringing my cats to another clinic for another wellness check and get their vaccines updated. I do not recommend this clinic. Pets are family and if they do not care much, it shows a lot about their attitude in this pets business.

I had an appointment there that I had confirmed the day before. I drove 45 minutes and when I arrived the next day they told me my appointment was thirty minutes earlier and there was no way they could fit me in. My pet was in really bad condition, I let them know that and asked if I could speak to the vet. They told me no that she was too busy. I told them I didn’t think my pet would make it and I had confirmed my appointment the day before. They told me there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to their office manager and they said she was unavailable until Monday. They told me that they would have her call me Monday to sort out the situation. It’s been over two weeks and I have heard nothing. My pet died 3 days later. I would never recommend anyone going there. Not only was there a complete lack of compassion and straight up negligence to turn away an extremely sick pet, but the total absence of professionalism in that establishment is quite disgusting.

I love how caring they are, even in the time of Covid-19.

They are so accommodating. My rat has special needs and they've been nothing but helpful fir his condition. They're very responsive and fair

They do a remarkable job providing our pets with the veterinarian care they need. My only complaint is they are consistently booked so we can't get a same week appointment if our pets get sick all of a sudden.

It was a nice clinic over all. But so pricey! They do so much for one price then the littlest things to have help with is more money. When you would think that it would be included in the office visit.

The whole staff is just wonderful! I get there early every time and they're always ready, no wait. The doctor actually takes time to ask questions, answer your questions and try to build a relationship with both u and your fur baby. This clinic gets my recommendation 100%

Not a bad thing to say about this vet! They are the most caring people I've ever met with my animals and myself. A team of techs and the front desk came help me wrangle my pets while I had my baby. I was given all the time I needed with the doctor and never felt rushed. My pets actually liked it there!
