I was gonna buy the blue tongue from there. Associate was really nice and admitted to being scared of handling the reptiles. I wanted to check the temperament of the skink before purchasing because I have years of experience with reptiles. Skinks can either be really nice or really aggressive. This thing was evil. The manager came over and asked what the associate was doing and if I was gonna purchase it. I told her exactly what I was doing. The skink ended up just having really bad cage aggression. Still walked away from it due to the mangers attitude. Was super interested. Not if I the buyer and The poor associate is going to be treated like that.

Took my little rebel kitty there for his shots n flea meds.... it was very reasonable and didn't take long..

Always has what we need for our pets. Clean and friendly place.

I was connected with Lanie and brought home my new member of my family they were very pleasant and very patient and did not rush me and answered all my questions politely about any of the paperwork I had to fill out

Worst customer service I've seen in a pet store in my life. Watching workers walk around ignoring customers looking for help. When someone by us asked politely for help with some fish he rolled his eyes and rudely responded "what do you want ". Customer put back at least a hundred dollars worth of goods and walked out. Horrible

They replaced my fish was nice cause I bought 8 an they all died I 3 days

The staff had no idea how to get the code for using the store tag engraving machine. Also, the engraving machine is between the two sets of automatic doors. So the customer has to freeze while using the machine. Why isn't it INSIDE?

They were courteous, helpful in showing me around for my fish and equipment buying spree.

I placed a recurring order in June for items on the website. I canceled the recurring shipments within the same month. Now, 6 months later, petco charged my card over $50 without my consent. I immediately called & requested a refund, which they said they did. I was told the money they had on hold in my account would be released within 3 days. Now, a full week later, they still haven't released the hold they have on the money in my account! Everytime I call they say I later date! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

Your Cashier was attentive and even took an interest in what pet I owned.

Great store they have excellent stuff definitely a little pricey but I think everyone knows that comes with the territory with pet stores I buy stuff from there but like other stuff I'll buy from Amazon because it's a better deal but they have stuff that is great and my dogs love.. great staff 10/10

Don't waste time trying to buy any salt or freshwater fish. Drove an hr to come to see this store, came to buy a cpl new salt water fish and wow they are expensive here. More than dbl of any place towards the city. I do mean dbl what Aquatic and Exotics, dbl what All About pets. Dbl price of anywhere. I will be driving the extra 45 min to save that 40 a fish. Over priced! Dirt tank water. Accessories were priced for rich people. Not the people that can't afford to go out.

Used to be our go to store, until they decided to stop price matching Chewy.com and other competitors in-store. I would advise chewy simply has the best prices, PetSmart does honor price matching in-store with them. Download the chewy app, scan barcodes and price match with PetSmart. Save your hard earned money.

Great store. The animals are in good condition and they having amazing products

Very fun, very stocked store. One of the most adorable cats was up for adoption named Louis, such a sweet kitty. Lots of birds, a whole wall of various fish, more pet food, pet care products, and pet medicine one could hope to look at. Staff are friendly. Not very handicap accessible inside as some isles are blocked by lots of product/displays. Overall 5/5 would visit again

Just have a preference on finding what I need at a reasonable price and petco is the obvious choice.
