Dr. Hogan puts us at ease with her compassion for our bunnies! She is the most caring vet, and the vet techs were so kind. Boarding goes above and beyond and made our bunny feel right at home. I can’t say enough good things about All Creatures Amelia! 10/10 recommend :)

They run morning to night seeing as many as they possibly can. They serve Atypical house pets and have exotic certified vets that are probably the most professional vets I've bared witness to. It's worth the wait time to bring my animals here

I brought my dog in and I was extremely anxious about a problem I thought he had. Fortunately he turned out to be fine. Dr Wallace and the team were so professional and kind. She got down on the floor with him and I could tell she was an animal person because he was all over her. He was very responsive to everyone involved in his care.I really appreciated the care and kindness we received.

Had a Vet appointment today with Dr. Hogan for my dog (Blu). This veterinarian has got to be one of the nicest I’ve ever been to. Actually, they’re all pretty good. Not sure if Dr. Meakin’s (both)did the hiring here or not but this group really is top notch. The grooming dept does great work as well. Really pleased here lately

All Creatures Animal Hospital - Amelia, OH truly handled my dog's emergency situation with fast, friendly, professional expertise. I am extremely pleased with the entire process of getting my dog the emergency surgical care she needed; especially being on a Sunday. I definitely recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital - Amelia, OH to anyone who has veterinary needs.

We were taking our bearded dragon here today and the receptionist was very snotty telling us we HAD to wear a mask to enter while HER mask wasn't even over her whole mouth and nose. It was barely hanging on to her chin. You demand people wear masks, at least set an example and wear yours properly!

My rat woke up this morning with an upper respiratory infection - We called and were told we could come in immediately to be seen. Within 5 minutes of arriving we were taken back to an exotic pet room and the doctor was able to meet with me quickly. He was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns / background information, then quickly diagnosed and went over next steps. All in I was only there for about 20 minutes - while this may not be the norm, I was very appreciative of the staffs understanding and willingness to see my rat so quickly.

Convenient hours and they see exotic animals and reptiles. A little more expensive than other places but hours are convenient and care is awesome!

We brought in a GSD to our family 11 months ago and were recommended by a family friend to take her to AC for their “puppy program”. Multiple times over the past year we had brought up concerns to AC with her being underweight, stool issues, and eating feces. We were told “don’t worry about it, she is fine” and “she is just a puppy, she will fill out”.. we decided to get a second opinion on her and took her to another vet. Immediately that vet informed us as to her concerns about the GSD having EPI (a common pancreatic deficiency in that breed). Why was this an immediate concern for the new Vet and not AC? So for 11 months, the medical professionals at AC we trusted the most important developmental stages of our dogs life with have left our dog underdeveloped and stunted. When I asked my self why a veterinarian would let this happen I come to a realization about all of our experiences at AC. It’s all about quantity of pets they care for. Whenever we would call for an appointment we were treated as if we were interrupting the staff answering the phones, in person the reception and interactions were curt and non caring, and now with the EPI diagnosis, I can see they would rather give a low quality care to a higher quantity of animals as opposed to a higher standard of care to a lower quantity of animals. I understand that is the nature of business, and I do not expect AC not to be a profitable business for the ownership, they are not a non profit. But at some point, there should be a decision where a veterinarian looks at their revenue goals and ambitions and quality of care they provide and finds a balance. Otherwise they are no different than McDonalds when they provide subpar service, with low quality products, to as many people as possible. TL;DR - Profits beat out care at AC and that is NOT what our family farm with 6 dogs, a cat, and many other farm animals is looking for in a care provider.

The staff went out of there way to help my 2 puppy's in a emergency. The nurses were very kind and even let me borrow a phone charger so I could keep my family updated. But it wasn't fair they don't except payments and I had to surrender custody because I didn't have 2000 dollars. It's just not fair.

All creatures has been my pets 2nd home for a very long time now. The staff is great and really care for your animals no matter what you are there for. They even offer emergency services on the weekend when Medvedet as amazing as they are cost and arm and a leg and during covid wait time is not 9 hours long. Highly recommend.

Dr Raab and her assistant were very nice and thorough explained everything in a way you could understand. I recommend the wellness plan since being updated it’s well worth it. Only thing I thought the antibiotic was a little pricey. Overall was very pleased with the visit.

This was our first experience after being a loyal customer for 9 years at our previous vet, and I could be happier with the switch. I drive by at least 5 vets to get to this one. Great choice.

We adopted our dog from here and have loved the experience. They are well versed to handle just about anything and the staff is amazing. Just amazing from the hospital to the adoption center. Honestly if I was looking for work it would be a great place to go if your interested in working with animals. Just the time I spent there adopting my dog and the couple visits I'm thankful for. The staff is the best part and the way the operate is second to none. Margret was our adoption specialist and like a said amazing. She is the most helpful and considerate person I've ever met. If you live in the tristate area there ain't no better place, not one.

Had 12 great years of service with ACAH until Dr. Dan moved out of the Amelia location. My dog went in for teeth cleaning, received call saying 2 were bad, gave the OK for extraction. Picked dog up that evening to find 8 teeth removed with no printed record or photos of the procedure. A week later had to go in for emergency issue with dog not being able to walk, stand, or eat. Given meds and sent home. Another 2 weeks later went in for a 2nd emergency visit for dog not getting better, given more meds and sent home. 1 week later dog was dead. I'll spare you the video of my dog gasping in her final days. Enough said. Christmas 2020 dog in perfect health after grooming and no reported teeth issues from ACAH, Jan 2021 teeth cleaning/extraction procedure, Feb 2021 dead dog. Never again will ACAH get my business.
