A few years ago we lost our beloved Basset Hound, Fred. It was traumatic. The people at Regency Northeast Ohio gave us hope. We have him back with us now. This past weekend we lost our Collie/Shepherd mix, Kane. Again not an easy thing to go through but the people here were wonderful in our time of need. We now have them back with us. Thank You for caring so much.

We lost our sweet boy a few days before New Year's. He was our baby and it has been devastating for us. Our vet uses this location for cremation service. I honestly didn't know what to expect, but I am so grateful. We received his ashes back so promptly(we were expecting a very long wait and it was just a few days) I was very surprised. To receive a clipping of his fur and his paw print as well, it is just above and beyond and I am so grateful. I was going to reconstruct his paw print from a painting I did with him a few months ago (for a tattoo) and this will make it so much easier and will also be a cherished keepsake of our baby forever. Thank you so much for making such a difficult time a little bit brighter. After reading others' reviews, I also am very confident that his body was handled with care, which is so comforting. We are eternally grateful.

They are Wonderful here! They always are so kind and thoughtful. I don't trust anyone else to take care of my pets final arrangement! Unfortunately this will be my 4th time in less then 2 years to need their services. They Always are so helpful and make it as easy as possible.

Our Cat Madeline went to Heaven yesterday unexpectedly. Hummel was recommended to us by a vet. These people are highly recommended for your pets. I don’t think I can go anywhere but them! They where the nicest and understandable people with this hard time.

I believe calling someone for payment less than 2 hours after they have put their beloved pet to sleep is extremely insensitive. I was shocked that they felt this was appropriate.

Friendly and caring staff, who take the best care of our pets during such a difficult time for a pet owner. Thank you for making the grieving process easier, and giving us permanent keepsakes of our precious fur babies.

I lost my 11 year old red nose pitbull, Baby, on 2/12/21. It was very sudden. After calling the vet and finding out that she was going to Hummel, I called them and talked to Brenda. She answered my millions of questions. She let me cry on the phone for a minute. She was sweet, kind, caring and very patient with me. She made sure every single question was answered before I got off the phone. I got my pretty girl back and she sits in the shadow box on my wall with all of her belongings surrounding her. I will never take my furbabies anywhere else. Thank you!! ❤❤

They were quick, efficient, and got the job done with great professionalism. They got my deceased friend on a Friday and had him back to me in a handsome box by Monday. They made the best of my bad situation. Thank you Hummel.

They took care of my baby Gengar, through VCA, and it was beautiful. Her box is gorgeous, the engraving is wonderful, the paw print, fur tuft, and poem to me really says they care... It's been so hard but seeing them take such good care of her means the world to me. Thank you to whoever it was who took care of my baby, thank you for all the care, it means the world to us ????

Well this is the second time that I've had to used Hummel Pet Service. I had to have my service dog put down on Monday and I remembered I used Hummel before. I reached out to them and ask them to help me with my Cremation of Xena. These people are so amazing they were there for me very caring wonderful wonderful people I highly recommend them they understood how I felt and how I feel now to lose for my service dog. I just would like to share with everybody that mr. And mrs. Hummel are wonderful and their staff is wonderful. Mr. Mrs. Hummel and that's staff a wonderful wonderful people I want to thank you for everything that you have done for me and trying to make this transaction much easier on me as I am disabled and they understand that I'm disabled. This is a family-owned operation and I just cannot say enough about them if you need help reach out to them they are wonderful people and I want to thank you for everything that you have done for me now and 4 years ago you guys are the best and your staff is wonderful once again I just want to say thank you thank you thank you you are wonderful. I lost my goat on Christmas Eve day and didn’t have the time with the holiday or the manpower to dig a hole. What a great experience! They were so kind and caring and so reasonably priced. Was so thankful I was able to get his remains taken care of so quickly.

My pet recently passed unexpectedly and VCA Great Lakes sent my pet to Hummel for cremation. What i didnt know was they included a nice wooden urn box along with his footprints in a clay heart and a lock of his fur. The people here were incredibly respectful and made the whole process very easy. Their facility is very nice and peaceful, and I had my pet's remains back within 4 days. I was very thankful that a service like theirs was available. Would definitely go through them again and also highly recommend.

I have had 3 pets cremated here. Always are so caring and sincere with each baby. I trust them 100% with the final care of each baby... My pets are my family. I feel they feel that too..

Above and beyond my expectations. This was the first & only time I've had to have a kitty cremated & the package I received brought me to tears. Included was an intricately carved wooden urn with his name engraved on the front (Buddy), his paw print in a clay heart, & a clipping of his fur. The 'Rainbow Bridge' card was comforting. I haven't had a pet die yet (thankfully) but I was in the parking lot of my local veterinarian when a Hummel van pulled up to collect the animals. I was so impressed by the driver and way he handled each animal. It was a large pick up day and he brought each animal out one by one. He handled them so gently, each dog and cat scoped up and held lovingly to his chest. It was exactly the way I would carry my own pet. When that time ever happens, I will absolutely use Hummel Pet Services. They treat your pet like you would your own.

MY Greta died last week at 18--a very difficult loss for our family even though we knew we were basically on precious, borrowed time with her! Within an HOUR of her death we were able to hand her over to Hummel. They were as compassionate and accommodating as any funeral services I have used for my human family!!! They were a much needed comfort, and truely made her passing easier! The pricing was incredibly fair (who has money set aside for a Pet funeral when many of us can barely manage gas bills and groceries!) And even the lowest pricing tier included a nice wooden urn and a keepsake, personalized, ceramic paw-print plaque! They also preserved us some clippings of her fur! I was totally surprised when they called me THE NEXT DAY to let me know I could bring her home! I would recommend them to anyone, and I know we will be using them for Greta's 19 yr.
